MF—TDMA宽带多媒体通信卫星系统无线资源分配的研究与设计

文章介绍了MF—TDMA宽带多媒体通信卫星系统无线资源分配的工作模式，对工作于该模式下的First fit和RCP fit算法进行了分析，并在算法中加入了进行卫星通信需要的相关限制条件，而后进行了仿真比较，得出了加入限制条件的RCP fit算法在减少系统碎片方面的优越性；根据加入限制条件的RCP fit算法的基本思想和加入的限制条件，为MF—TDMA宽带多媒体通信卫星系统设计了一个基于加入限制条件的RCP fit算法的资源分配程序，实现了在MF—TDMA宽带多媒体通信卫星系统中进行高效的资源分配的目的。     

Drifter trajectory tracking experiment and analysis with multi-frequency HFSWR in the East China Sea

We conducted the drifter trajectory tracking experiment for two drifters in the East China Sea,in which the currents were detected by two multi-frequency HFSWRs using the Lagrange-tracking method.The tracking drifter trajectory shows good agreement with the GPS records by qualitative and quantitative analysis that indicates that drifter tracking by HFSWR is valid.In the 12-hour tracking for drifters P1 and P2,the average errors are 1.84 km,1.73 km,and the maximum errors are 3.52 km and 3.12 km,respectively.The current measurement is evaluated by an acoustic Doppler current profilers(ADCP) in-situ observation,and it is the first multi-frequency HFSWR ocean surface monitoring experiment in China.In addition,the main aspects(HFSWR current measurement error,wind,and wave) influencing the tracking accuracy are discussed,and especially the wind factor’s impact is analyzed through the wind filed data.     

小麦胚性细胞发生中淀粉代谢动态的量化研究

结合生物学研究，应用计算机图像技术，根据细胞形态计量学原理，以量化形式揭示了小麦胚性细胞发生中淀粉的代谢动态。研究结果表明，在小麦体细胞胚发生过程中淀粉的代谢呈现动态变化，在胚性细胞形成时，单个胚性细胞内淀粉的积累达到第一个峰值５．００９８％，随着胚性细胞的分裂，淀粉含量逐渐下降，球形胚期淀粉再次积累，形成第二个峰值２．３６５６％，还结合量化结果讨论了淀粉代谢动态与体细胞胚发生，发育过程的关系。     

Exome sequencing identifies frequent mutation of ARID1A in molecular subtypes of gastric cancer

Gastric cancer is a heterogeneous disease with multiple environmental etiologies and alternative pathways of carcinogenesis. Beyond mutations in TP53, alterations in other genes or pathways account for only small subsets of the disease. We performed exome sequencing of 22 gastric cancer samples and identified previously unreported mutated genes and pathway alterations; in particular, we found genes involved in chromatin modification to be commonly mutated. A downstream validation study confirmed frequent inactivating mutations or protein deficiency of ARID1A, which encodes a member of the SWI-SNF chromatin remodeling family, in 83% of gastric cancers with microsatellite instability (MSI), 73% of those with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and 11% of those that were not infected with EBV and microsatellite stable (MSS). The mutation spectrum for ARID1A differs between molecular subtypes of gastric cancer, and mutation prevalence is negatively associated with mutations in TP53. Clinically, ARID1A alterations were associated with better prognosis in a stage-independent manner. These results reveal the genomic landscape, and highlight the importance of chromatin remodeling, in the molecular taxonomy of gastric cancer.

分层异构网络中基于负载预测分组的家庭基站频谱分配算法研究

针对分层异构网络中严重的干扰问题,提出一种基于负载预测分组的家庭基站频谱分配算法。该算法通过对各个家庭基站以及宏基站的历史负载信息优化得到对未来时段的负载预测信息。利用得到的各家庭基站的负载预测值对小区内的家庭基站进行分组,通过分组后每个小组独立地使用和分配频谱资源,从而有效的降低家庭基站之间的同层干扰。仿真数据表明由于采用了基于负载预测分组的家庭基站频谱分配算法,系统的SINR和吞吐量都有明显的提高,干扰得到了有效的抑制。     

High-precision thermal ionization mass spectrometry dating of young volcanic rocks by using U-series method

A high precision thermal ionization mass spectrometric (HP-TIMS) technique is used to determine²³⁸U,²³⁴U,²³²Th,²³⁰Th concentrations and their ratios in whole rocks and minerals separated from Quaternary Maanshan, Dayingshan and Heikongshan volcanic rocks of Tengchong volcanic field, Yunnan Province, China. The²³⁸U-²³⁰Th isochrons are given, yielding four age values (227±20) ka (D-1, Dayingshan), (79.6±5.5) ka (D-7, Dayingshan), (21.9±3.0) ka (h-1, Heikongshan), and (7.5±1.0) ka (M-1, Maanshan). The result is not only consistent with but also preciser than those measured by the K-Ar method and the alpha spectrometry U-series method, indicating that the HP-TIMS method is reliable and has high precision. Besides, a procedure of HP-TIMS analysis of young volcanic rocks in China is set up preliminarily.     

长江三峡库区第四纪哺乳动物群及生态环境的演替

根据长江三峡库区范围已发现的２８个第四纪哺乳动物化石点资料,应用系统分析法,对其形成时代反复论证后,通过性质比较,确认该区第四纪哺乳动物群性质为热带－亚热带森林为主的东洋界大熊猫动物群,其演替过程可分为５个阶段。其演替原因是环境的变化,主导因素是造貌运动和气候变化,但到中晚全新世则为人类活动。     

Spectral characteristic of infrared radiations of some acupoint and non-acupoint areas in human arm surface

Using infrared spectrum detective device, we experiment on Neiguan, Laogong and Hegu acupoints of seven adult volunteers as well as contrastive points beside ones. We get 63 infrared spectrums. The experiment outcome tells us that the differences of the intensities among individuals are great, and so are the differences between acupoint and non-acupoint areas. However, the differences of spectral character are small, which indicates that infrared radiations of human body are based on the same biophysical fundament.     

杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺的表征及催化研究进展

近年来,杂多酸的催化研究备受人们的关注,寻找适当的载体,将杂多酸有效地分散开,已成为催化应用的关键。聚苯胺以其独特的掺杂现象和良好的稳定性,为杂多酸催化载体的选择提供了又一新的研究课题,现就杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺的光谱表征及催化研究作一简要的概述。
