The GaInP/GaAs/Ge triple-junction tandem cells with a conversion efficiency of 27.1% were fabricated using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique. Temperature dependence of the spectral response measurements of the GaInP/GaAs/Ge tandem cell was performed by a quantum effi-ciency system at temperatures ranging from 25℃ to 160℃. The red-shift phenomena of the absorption limit for all subcells were observed with increasing temperature, which is dued to the energy gap nar-rowing with temperature. The short-circuit current densities (Jsc)of GaInP, GaAs and Ge subcells at room temperature calculated based on the spectral response data were 12.9, 13.7 and 17 mA/cm2, re-spectively. The temperature coefficient of Jsc for the tandem cell was determined to be 8.9 mA/(cm2·℃), and the corresponding temperature coefficient of the open-circuit voltage deduced from the se-ries-connected model was -6.27 mV/℃.  相似文献

The outbreak of a novel influenza A (H1N1) virus across the globe poses a threat to human health. It is of paramount importance to develop a rapid, reliable and inexpensive diagnostic procedure. Based on the bioinformatic information from public database, primers specific for influenza A virus surface protein haemagglutinin (HA) of several subtypes (including H1, H2, H3, H5, H7 and H9) were designed. Primer-specific PCR products were subiected to sequencing for accurately distinguishing H1 and H3 subtypes from others. This sequencing-based detection method will not only be applied to rapid detection and simultaneous subtype identification of new influenza A virus H1N1, but also provide the strategies to monitor other new types of influenza virus with explosive potential.  相似文献

The phenomena of anther opening and closing in Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis (Franch) Hand.-Mazz were described in detail, and the effects of ecological factors on those phenomena related to anther opening, closing and the fly-pollination mechanism were discussed. Anthers of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis open in the morning and close in the evening every day during an over 20 days’ period of anthesis. Light was detected as the main factor controlling this daily anther opening and closing. Anther opening can be reversed in response to rain and re-opens when rain stops. Relative humidity (RH) has a slight effect on anther opening and closing. Flower spans can be prolonged under laboratory conditions. This novel behavior of anther is likely to be a mechanism to enhance the male fitness in this species, of which has no inherited structure to protect pollen from the perianth.  相似文献

Near monodisperse Fe3O4 sub-microspheres with an average diameter of 170 nm have been synthesized by a solvothermal reduction method, using K3[Fe(CN)6] as the raw material in the absence of any surfactants at 200~C℃ for 24 h. The products were detected by XRD, FESEM, TEM, and XPS. The investigation of the reaction parameters indicates that ethylene glycol plays a key role both as reducing agent and solvent. In addition, the reaction time and temperature also have important influences on the final product. The hysteresis loop of the near monodisperse Fe3O4 sub-microspheres shows a ferromagnetic behavior with saturation magnetization of 60.8 emu/g and coercivity of 124.7Oe.  相似文献

In this study, GFP mRNA in COS-7 cell and GFP-transfected COS-7 cell was detected in real time using phosphorothioate-modified molecular beacon based on living cell imaging method. Results showed that phosphorothioate-modified molecular beacon still kept the advantages of molecular beacon, such as, excellent selectivity, high sensitivity, and no separation detection. In addition, this modification could significantly increase the nuclease resistance of molecular beacon. Phosphorothioate-modified molecular beacon can efficiently reduce the false positive signal and improve the accuracy of living cell mRNA detection. For an arbitrary (3,L) quasi-cyclic(QC) low-density parity-check (LDPC) code with girth at least ten, a tight lower bound of the consecutive lengths is presented. For an arbitrary length above the bound the corresponding LDPC code necessarily has a girth at least ten, and for the length equal to the bound, the resultant code inevitably has a girth smaller than ten. This new conclusion can be well applied to some important issues, such as the proofs of the existence of large girth QC-LDPC codes, the construction of large girth QC-LDPC codes based on the Chinese remainder theorem, as well as the construction of LDPC codes with the guaranteed error correction capability.  相似文献

To prevent the damage caused by DNA strand breaks, eukaryotic cells have evolved a series of highly conserved DNA repair mechanisms. The ubiquitously expressed acetyltransferase, Tip60, plays a central role in ATM (ataxia-telangiectasia mutated) activation which is involved in DNA repair. Recent work uncovered a new mechanism of ATM activation mediated by Tip60 and demonstrated that histone methylation, specifically, trimethylation of histone H3, is a key factor in the process. Here, we review the current understanding of how Tip60 is activated and how it activates ATM in response to DNA damage.  相似文献

根据双塔连体结构柔性连接体系的3-DOF模型,以平稳白噪声为地震动激励,推导了塔楼位移的频响函数及功率谱密度函数,建立了结构振动能量表达式.以连廊两端的连接刚度和连接阻尼为研究参数,分别以单体塔楼结构和整体结构的振动能量最小为控制目标,采用数值分析方法探讨了连廊两端连接刚度和连接阻尼对结构振动的影响,得到了多种工况下的优化连接参数分布和在EICentro波、Taft波及人工波激励下的时程分析对比了减震效果.最后对某工程实例进行了位移反应功率谱密度分布分析和地震作用时程分析,对比了减震效果.结果表明连廊两端连接参数对底部塔楼结构动力反应具有交叉影响,塔楼结构不能同时达到最优减震效果,但可根据不同控制目标选取优化参数以取得较好减震效果.  相似文献
