5G电力应急通信装置的研究和设计

 从理论、硬件、软件、组网应用及关键技术等方面研究了5G电力应急通信装置。5G电力应急通信装置具有一款多端口多模组的融合网关，并采用多模融合、抗干扰等技术，实现了5G网络与电力无线专网以及其他网络的兼容，可依据无线信道质量选择无线网络，支持动态路由，能够为电力数据回传提供可靠高速的无线传输通道，满足了应急救援指挥行动的通信需求。     

Permeation study of the potassium channel from streptomyces Lividans

A three-state hopping model is established according to experiments to study permeation of an open-state potassium channel from Streptomyces Lividans (KcsA potassium channel). The master equations are used to characterize the dynamics of the system. In this model, ion conduction involves transitions of three states, with one three-ion state and two two-ion states in the selectivity filter respectively. In equilibrium, the well-known Nernst equation is deduced. It is further shown that the current follows Michaelis-Menten kinetics in steady state. According to the parameters provided by Nelson, the current-voltage relationship is proved to be ohmic and the current-concentration relationship is also obtained reasonably. Additional validation of the model in the characteristic time to reach the steady state for the potassium channel is also discussed. This model lays a possible physical basis for the permeation of ion channel, and opens an avenue for further research.

碳纳米管薄膜场效应晶体管的初步研究

硅电子器件是微电子科技中最重要的一类器件,它对二十世纪的科技发展起了重要的影响。但是小型化,高速,低能耗和散热的问题,使硅器件越来越难满足发展的需求。碳以很多形式出现,如金刚石,石墨,富勒烯和纳米管,无定型碳等。和氢结合以后,可以得到一系列的有机物。碳基材料范围很广,包括小分子和聚合物,它们包括绝缘体,半导性能和导电聚合物,具有开关性能,具有超导性能和磁性能等。将来碳基电子将有可能取代硅电子器件。固态碳有两种成键方式,sp3和sp2成键形式。在它的sp2成键形式中,如富勒烯和石墨,碳是半导体性能的。富勒烯的衍生物如C60和C70已经被用于制备有机薄膜晶体管。石墨本身尽管在电子器件中没有很多的应用,但是如果它按一定角度卷成管状——纳米碳管。碳纳米管具有独特的电学和力学性能,自1991年被发现以来,立即引起了各国科学家的广泛兴趣,其研究热情有增无减。由碳纳米管制备纳米电子器件,这可能是集碳纳米管各种物理化学性能于一体的,实现其巨大潜能的终极目标。     

Preparation of 3-D porous fibroin scaffolds by freeze drying with treatment of methanol solutions

In this study, silk scaffolds with appropriate porous structures were prepared by adjusting solution concentrations and providing treatment with methanol solutions in the way of freeze drying. The effects of the preparation conditions on the microstructures and properties of the scaffolds were discussed. Fibroin solutions with different concentrations of 4, 6, 8, 10 wt% were used respectively to prepare the scaffolds. The effects of the addition of 20 vol% methanol before or after freeze drying to the 4 wt% fibroin solution were investigated. As demonstrated by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the fib-roin scaffolds prepared without methanol had porous microstructures composed of thin sheets, and the sizes of the pores decreased with the increase of the fibroin solution concentrations, while the scaffolds prepared in the presence of methanol showed porous microstructures formed by fine-particle aggregates. The porosities and mechanical properties of the prepared fibroin scaffolds under different conditions were tested. The crystalline structures and conformations of the fibroin scaffolds were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).     

云制造环境下基于本体的资源虚拟化方法

针对云制造环境下资源的描述及虚拟化问题,分析了现有文献存在的局限性,充分考虑了云制造中制造资源的分类和特点,分析了资源描述及虚拟化需求,提出了基于本体的资源描述及虚拟化方法.在本体开发过程中,通过分析比较现有本体描述语言的优缺点,选用了有较好综合性能的OWL-S,建立了制造资源本体模型.在此基础上,给出了虚拟资源的定义,并描述了其与制造资源本体的关系.最后,通过一个基于本体描述的虚拟资源查找和调度的应用案例,验证了本文所提的资源描述及虚拟化方法的正确性.

影响铸造涂料工艺性能的因素分析

通过正交实验研究，测试了铸造涂料的碾压工艺、原材料以及原材料的处理工艺对涂料的悬浮性、表面强度、发气量等主要工艺性能的影响。结果表明：当选用轮碾机制作铸造涂料时，碾压时间达到１．５小时即可满足工艺性能的要求；涂料中无论是粘结剂还是悬浮剂的增加均会大幅度提高涂料的表面强度和悬浮性。     

法坐标系的性质及应用一例

论述了在Ｐｏｉｎｃａｒｅ规范场论中选用径向规范条件等价于选择法坐标系，证明了法坐标系中的局部活动标架沿着从原点开始的自平行线构成平行矢量场，给出了一般坐标与法坐标之间的变换关系，再利用这个关系在法坐标系中微扰计算了联络场的一重积分对量子Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ圈的贡献。
