Improved flight conflict detection algorithm based on Gauss-Hermite particle filter

In order to improve the accuracy of free flight conflict detection and reduce the false alarm rate, an improved flight conflict detection algorithm is proposed based on Gauss-Hermite particle filter (GHPF). The algorithm improves the traditional flight conflict detection method in two aspects: (i) New observation data are integrated into system state transition probability, and Gauss-Hermite Filter (GHF) is used for generating the importance density function. (ii) GHPF is used for flight trajectory prediction and flight conflict probability calculation. The experimental results show that the accuracy of conflict detection and tracing with GHPF is better than that with standard particle filter. The detected conflict probability is more precise with GHPF, and GHPF is suitable for early free flight conflict detection.     

Life prediction and test period optimization research based on small sample reliability test of hydraulic pumps

Hydraulic pumps belong to reliable long-life hydraulic components.The reliability evaluation includes characters such as long test period,high cost,and high power loss and so on.Based on the principle of energy-saving and power recovery,a small sample hydraulic pump reliability test rig is built,and the service life of hydraulic pump is predicted,and then the sampling period of reliability test is optimized.On the basis of considering the performance degradation mechanism of hydraulic pump,the feature information of degradation distribution of hydraulic pump volumetric efficiency during the test is collected,so an optimal degradation path model of feature information is selected from the aspect of fitting accuracy,and pseudo life data are obtained.Then a small sample reliability test of period constrained optimization search strategy for hydraulic pump is constructed to solve the optimization problem of the test sampling period and tightening end threshold,and it is verified that the accuracy of the minimum sampling period by the non-parametric hypothes is tested.Simulation result shows it could possess instructional significance and referenced value for hydraulic pump reliability life evaluation and the test' s research and design.

为顺利完成《水污染防治行动计划》的既定目标,本文对意大利在城镇污水处理方面的先进经验进行了系统的总结与分析,对照识别了我国在城镇污水处理管理方面存在的不足,从而对我国目前存在的监管体系不完善、违规排污的法律概念不明确、合理的计罚体系缺失、污水污泥处理技术不完善、公众参与度及公信力低等问题提出了可行性建议,为我国的城镇污水处理管理给予一定的借鉴与参考.     

5.0%高效氯氰菊酯微乳剂的研究

采用自配复合乳化剂成功制备高效氯氰菊酯质量分数为5.0%的微乳剂,测定其稳定性能均能达到国家标准;采用新型研究方法从微观领域考察高效氯氰菊酯的微乳剂和乳油这两种不同剂型,发现稀释后,二者在水溶液中的分散状态、风干后的聚集状态以及在植物叶片表面的浸润情况都存在差异.这些微观检测结果说明高效氯氰菊酯质量分数为5.0%的微乳剂相较于传统乳油有更好的分散效果和浸润性,并显示了与乳油截然不同的结晶状态.     

静电场理论在印刷行业的实际应用

以静电场为例,紧扣物理在印刷上的应用,阐述了喷墨打印机、静电植绒印刷和压电喷墨的物理原理,计算了静电复印机硒鼓表面的电荷面密度,给出了电容测油墨量、电容测纸张厚度的方法等.     

淄博市粮食生产与耕地变化分析与预测

随着城市化进程的加快,淄博市耕地与粮食生产正面临严重威胁,分析与预测淄博市耕地变化与粮食生产状况,对实现社会可持续发展意义重大．采用最小人均耕地面积、耕地压力指数模型、回归分析方法和平滑预测法及Excel软件,在分析1990—2008年淄博市耕地、人口、粮食动态变化的基础上,对未来5年耕地、人口、粮食、最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数进行了预测．结果表明：1990年以来,虽然淄博市人均耕地面积持续减少,但由于耕地生产率不断提高,粮食总产量和人均粮食产量总体上呈增加趋势;未来5年,最小人均耕地面积和耕地压力指数将进一步降低．可见,依靠增加投入和科技进步从而不断提高耕地生产率,是减轻耕地压力、保证粮食安全生产的根本途径．     

Age of the Miyun dyke swarm: Constraints on the maximum depositional age of the Changcheng System

A group of NE-trending(～30°)mafic dykes,termed Miyun swarm herein,are distributed around the Miyun Reservoir,northe China,and have individual widths of over 40 m,and lengths of up to 8000 m.Baddeleyite grains were extracted from a～40 wide dyke.Using an isotope dilution thermal ionization mass spectrometry method,these grains yield an average 207Pb/206Pb a of 1731±4 Ma(n=4;or 1731±1 Ma,n=3).Because this dyke is overlain unconformably by conglomerates of the Changzhoug Formation,the lowermost formation of the Changcheng Group,the maximum depositional age of this group is constrained to no earlier than 1731 Ma.This result also suggests that the Changcheng System,with the Changcheng Group as its standard stra graphic section,is younger than 1731 Ma.The Miyun dykes possibly have distinct petrogenesis from the subsequent anorth site-rapakivi intrusions(1730-1680 Ma),which are thought to be responsible for the opening of the Yan-Liao rift,where Changcheng Group was deposited.Thus it is reasonable to set the initial boundary of the Changchengian Period at 1730 Ma slightly younger.     

优势关系多粒度粗糙模糊集及决策规则获取

为了将多粒度粗糙集方法进一步扩展以适应模糊信息系统的需求,将多粒度思想引入到基于优势关系的粗糙模糊集模型中,提出了基于优势关系的乐观和悲观多粒度粗糙模糊集.在这2种多粒度粗糙模糊集中,采用一族而非一个优势概念来进行目标的逼近,并且被近似的目标是模糊而非清晰的集合.不仅对这2种新的粗糙模糊集的性质进行了讨论,而且研究了如何从模糊信息系统中获取逻辑连接词为"或"的决策规则,并采用一个模糊信息系统对新提出的粗糙集模型及决策规则获取进行了实例分析.结果表明:借助优势关系的方法,可以进一步扩展多粒度粗糙集方法,以处理模糊数据,从而扩大多粒度概念的应用范围.
