提高江砂胶结充填体强度的试验

针对某硫铁矿应用长江砂胶结充填体存在的质量问题，采用向长江砂胶结充填料中加掺合料及减水剂的方法．结果表明，采用这种方法，提高了江砂胶结充填体的强度，为该矿安全采矿、充分回收资源提供了科学依据．     

Synthesis of glucoside compounds of ferrocenyl phenols and their antianemic activity

Six glucoside compounds have been synthesized by means of phase-transfer catalytic method and deacetylation from the starting material ferrocene. Their structures have been confirmed by elementary analysis, IR,¹HNMR and MS. The antianemic activities of some compounds have also been tested. Results indicate that these glucoside compounds possess the antianemic activities and therefore, the further study is well worth making. Studies on a series complexes of copper (II), zinc (II), cobalt (III) with Schiff base derived fromd-glucosamine and salicylaldehyde

Copper (II) zinc (II) cobalt (III) complexes with the Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde andd-glucosamine were synthesized. These compounds abbreviated as SG, CuSG, ZnSG, CoSG were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis,¹H NMR and MS spectrum. ESR spectrum, magnetic susceptibility measured by Evans method for CuSG had also been done. It is suggested that the complexes in solution have pseudotetrahedral structure. It was found that SG would occur a photochemical reaction if a beach of 355 nm ultravisible light shone on its aqueous solution. The reaction was in further research. 构建及表达小麦高分子量容蛋白基因5′端调控序列缺失突变体嵌合质粒

通过定点突变，在小麦高分子量（ＨＭＷ）谷蛋白基因５′上游调控序列的ＴＡＴＡｂｏｘ与基因翻译起始密码子ＡＴＧ之间，改变三个碱基，产生新的ＢａｍＨⅠ内切酶位点．在调控序列中，选择四个合适的内切酶，对上游序列进行缺失，分离到四个大小分别为２４００、６１０、４４０和１１０ｂｐ的含有不同调控元件的ＨＭＷ谷蛋白基因启动子，与质粒ｐＢＩ１０１．１的报告基因ＧＵＳ重组，构建了四个嵌合质粒ｐＷＧ２４００、ｐＷＧ６００、ｐＷＧ４４０和ｐＷＧ１００．经基因枪、微束激光和ＰＥＧ等方法将ｐＷＧ２４００转化玉米胚乳悬浮细胞，ＧＵＳ基因获得表达．这为进一步研究ＨＭＷ谷蛋白基因的调控机理奠定了基础．

从中国南海海绵Ｐｈｙｌｏｓｐｏｎｇｉａｓｐ．中分离得到了一个神经酰胺类化合物Ｐｈｙｌ－ｌｏａｍｉｄｅＡ，它的结构通过波谱方法和化学方法确定．     

计及界面作用的单向复合材料统计强度

对单向纤维增强复合材料的纵向拉伸破坏进行了细观统计分析。基于随机扩大临界核统计模型，结合含纤维／基体界面损伤的应力集中分析结果，导出了具有界面剪切强度效应的复合材料的强度分布函数和破坏准则，得到了复合材料拉伸强度与界面剪切强度的关系，为复合材料微结构的优化设计提供了重要的理论依据。文中用已有的实验证实了本文方法和结果的正确性和合理性，并定量地讨论了最优界面粘合问题。     

硫酸盐光亮镀铜组合光亮剂的研究

本文对硫酸盐光亮镀铜组合光亮剂进行了探索，将研制得到的三种组合光亮剂与进口光亮剂进行性能测试并比较。结果表明：研制的三种组合光亮剂性能虽然比进口光亮剂稍逊，但综合考虑，在生产上仍是可用的。

论厚板问题的基本解

文章利用Ｈｏｒｍａｎｄｅｒ算子法将计入横向剪切变形的厚板的基本解表示成一个标量函数及其微分的线性组合。文中分别就两参数地基厚板，各向同性厚板，两参数地基上对称叠层厚板和对称叠层原板四种情况加以讨论，采用一种较为系统的方法，求出了相应的四种标量函数。
