网络攻防训练效果评估研究初探

从网络攻防技能训练效果评估的特点入手,分析了它与其它技能训练效果评估的相同点与不同点,提出了一种专门针对网络攻防技能的训练效果评估的研究方法。该方法较全面地考虑了影响效果评估的各种因素,提出了相应的解决办法。

液态金属电阻仪数据采集处理系统的开发与应用

液态金属电阻仪数据采集处理系统采用2182纳伏表并配用K型热电偶进行电压测量和温度测量,用PF66M型数字多用表加装电流换向器供给直流恒定电流,并基于VB语言开发了一套测量液态金属电阻率随温度变化的实时数据采集和数据分析处理软件,实现了计算机与测量仪表的通讯和测量数据的自动采集记录。通过对PbSn61.9合金的实测应用分析,该数据采集系统工作可靠,显著提高了液态金属电阻测量的精度和效率。     

谱配置法求解常微分方程初值问题的超收敛性

研究了常微分方程初值问题的谱配置方法.针对一阶和二阶线性常微分方程初值问题,基于Legendre-Gauss点提出了相应的谱配置方法,并给出了具体的计算格式.最后,通过一些数值算例探讨了所提Legendre-Gauss谱配置方法的超收敛性.     

A20 (TNFAIP3) deficiency in myeloid cells triggers erosive polyarthritis resembling rheumatoid arthritis

A20 (TNFAIP3) is a protein that is involved in the negative feedback regulation of NF-κB signaling in response to specific proinflammatory stimuli in different cell types and has been suggested as a susceptibility gene for rheumatoid arthritis. To define the contribution of A20 to rheumatoid arthritis pathology, we generated myeloid-specific A20-deficient mice and show that specific ablation of Tnfaip3 in myeloid cells results in spontaneous development of a severe destructive polyarthritis with many features of rheumatoid arthritis. Myeloid-A20-deficient mice have high levels of inflammatory cytokines in their serum, consistent with a sustained NF-κB activation and higher TNF production by macrophages. Destructive polyarthritis in myeloid A20 knockout mice was TLR4-MyD88 and IL-6 dependent but was TNF independent. Myeloid A20 deficiency also promoted osteoclastogenesis in mice. Together, these observations indicate a critical and cell-specific function for A20 in the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis, supporting the idea of developing A20 modulatory drugs as cell-targeted therapies.     

Forecasting the Daily Time‐Varying Beta of European Banks During the Crisis Period: Comparison Between GARCH Models and the Kalman Filter

This intention of this paper is to empirically forecast the daily betas of a few European banks by means of four generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (GARCH) models and the Kalman filter method during the pre‐global financial crisis period and the crisis period. The four GARCH models employed are BEKK GARCH, DCC GARCH, DCC‐MIDAS GARCH and Gaussian‐copula GARCH. The data consist of daily stock prices from 2001 to 2013 from two large banks each from Austria, Belgium, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain. We apply the rolling forecasting method and the model confidence sets (MCS) to compare the daily forecasting ability of the five models during one month of the pre‐crisis (January 2007) and the crisis (January 2013) periods. Based on the MCS results, the BEKK proves the best model in the January 2007 period, and the Kalman filter overly outperforms the other models during the January 2013 period. Results have implications regarding the choice of model during different periods by practitioners and academics. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于聚邻苯二胺和纳米金电位型免疫传感器的研究

利用电聚合和电沉积技术将邻苯二胺和纳米金固定在石墨电极上,通过白组装的方法使抗体（羊抗小鼠IgG）与石墨电极表面上的纳米金结合,制备了一种免疫传感器（Ab／GNPs／POPD／GE）,并对实验条件进行了优化。该传感器能够对抗原（小鼠IgG）进行定量检测,具有灵敏度高、响应速度快、检测范围宽等优良性能。其检测范围为4．0×10^-～1．0×10^-3ng／mL,检测下限为1．0×10^-3ng／mL．而且该免疫传感器具有较高的选择性和较好的稳定性,寿命可达15d左右。     

区间值直觉模糊Petri网及其在空战决策的应用

直觉模糊集中隶属度和非隶属度是确定值,而在空战对抗中,飞行员以及专家知识很难准确地确定隶属度和非隶属度的准确值,只能给出大致范围。针对此问题,结合Petri网强大的知识表示及并行推理能力,设计了区间值直觉模糊Petri网(interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy Petri net,IIFPN)及其推理算法与规则,讨论了算法的复杂度。最后,以“二对一”态势下的空战为例,在不确定条件下,采用本文提出的方法对决策过程进行建模并推理,结果验证了本文提出方法的可行性。

SUS441不锈钢/Al金属间化合物微叠层复合板的界面结构与力学性能

采用“表面预处理—交替层叠—热轧复合—热处理”的工艺流程制备了SUS441不锈钢/Al金属间化合物微叠层复合板。利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等检测与表征方法研究了热处理温度对复合板界面形貌、微观组织、物相组成、维氏硬度、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明：复合板界面结合良好;热处理后,固–液反应界面氧化严重,易导致界面分层而开裂;固–固、固–半固、固–液热处理后,金属间化合物层由均匀层和两相层组成,均匀层的物相组成为Fe₂A1₅,两相层的物相组成为Fe₄Al₁₃和Al₁₃Cr₂,且两相层具有韧性特征,固–半固反应所得到的复合板的综合力学性能最佳。
