银企改革的反思及其对策

本文分析了银企改革中存在的主要问题，指出银企改革的重点是科学管理，而政企分开和产权明只是银企改革的外部环境，并提出了解决当前银企改革的具体措施。     

一类偏微分方程的边值问题适定的充分必要条件

本文通过对平面带角点的区域中普通Sobolev空间H~1函数在角点附近边界性质的讨论,以及H~1与带权Sobolev空间H~(1.1)的联系,利用空间H~(1/2)的一个等价范数,给出了一系列函数集合非空的充分必要条件。利用这一结果,得到了在区域内部未知函数具有强间断的拟线性椭圆型偏微分方程的边值问题广义解存在唯一的充分必要条件。     

Query through heterogeneous ontologies using association matrix

This paper introduces the definition and calculation of the association matrix between ontologies, h uses the association matrix to describe the relations between concepls ill different ontologics and uses concept vectors to represent queries; then computes the vectors with the association matrix in order to rewrite queries, This paper proposes a simple method of querying through heterogeneous Ontology using association matrix. This method is based on the correctness of approximate information filtering theory; and it is simple to be implemented and expected to run quite fast.     

Watermarking on 3D mesh based on spherical wavelet transform

In this paper we propose a robust watermarking algorithm for 3D mesh. The algorithm is based on spherical wavelet transform. Our basic idea is to decompose the original mesh into a series of details at different scales by using spherical wavelet transform; the watermark is then embedded into the different levels of details. The embedding process includes: global sphere parameterization, spherical uniform sampling, spherical wavelet forward transform, embedding watermark, spherical wavelet inverse transform, and at last resampling the mesh watermarked to recover the topological connectivity of the original model. Experiments showed that our algorithm can improve the capacity of the watermark and the robustness of watermarking against attacks.

西安要参与21世纪的城市竞争,必须明确自身的空间发展战略。针对这一目标,对区域空间结构优化指标体系进行改进,增选产业空间协调度这一复合指标以及修改判断矩阵的权值。西安空间结构协调度的计算结果表明:西安空间结构正逐步趋于协调,但空间结构仍需要优化;应调整区域内城镇的区位分布,构造集中与分散相协调的空间结构体系;继续加强中心城市的辐射作用,协调各区县的产业趋同化现象,通过公路交通网络的建设,带动城市化进程和城镇密度的提高等。
