开源项目下探讨式教学法在Java课程中的应用

分析了以往Java课程教学存在的如下问题：课程教学内容以书本知识为主心轴；教学方法侧重于知识的传授；缺乏理论与实践一体化的教学环境和工具．为提高教学质量和效果，将探讨式教学引入其中．从学生分组探讨、逐层分解开源项目和鼓励学生探讨新知识三个方面，详细介绍了在Java技术开源项目下探讨式教学法的应用．实践表明，这种方法教学效果良好，有利于培养学生的综合素质能力．     

基于高职院校人才培养目标的专业科技型学生社团研究

研究专业科技型学生社团与高职院校人才培养目标紧密结合的运作模式，提出“比赛型”和“创业型”学生社团建设在思路、师资配备、场所和经费等方面的难点及解决途径，以期为高职院校实现人才培养目标提供一些建议。     

Enhancing Phosphorous Recovery in a Novel Biofilter System

Developing new techniques to remove and recover phosphorous simultaneously from wastewaters is very important for sustainable utilization of phosphorous resource and prevention of eutrophication. The feasibility of phosphorus bioaccumulation in a novel continuous alternating anaerobic /aerobic biofilter and benefits of such accumulation for its further recovery as magnesium ammonia phosphate （MAP） were studied. The system was operated for seven months and employed the atomic absorption spectrophotometer （AAS） method to analyze the distribution change of magnesium and calcium with phosphate in the biofilter during that period. The benefits of utilizing the biofilter system to accumulate phosphorous ＆ magnesium and suppress calcium simultaneously to phosphorous recovery as MAP were explained with the aid of chemical equilibrium models. The improved phosphorus recovery from 42% to 82% was approved in the recovery experiments and the recovery products mainly as MAP were evidenced and characterized with scanning electron microscopy （SEM） . The study provides references for designing and operating the novel alternating anaerobic /aerobic biofilter for phosphorus bioaccumulation and recovery.

语汇研究园地的一朵奇葩——介绍并推荐语汇学新作《瓯越语语汇研究》

盛爱萍的《瓯越语语汇研究》特色鲜明、分量厚重，体现在三个方面：一是对瓯越语语汇来源的多层次考察；二是对瓯越语语汇性质的多角度分析；三是对瓯越语语汇文化的多方面探求。该书是语汇研究园地的一朵奇葩，在此愿意将它作为语汇学研究的新成果加以介绍并推荐。     

克拉霉素结合体外短波治疗支原体性前列腺炎的临床分析

目的探讨支原体性前列腺炎的治疗效果，为这类患者提供安全、高效的治疗方法。方法取90例支原体性前列腺炎患者，随机分为试验组（A组）与对照组（B组），各45例，A组接受口服克拉霉素片250mg，每日2次，同时结合体外短波治疗2～4周。B组接受口服克拉霉素片250mg，每日2次，2～4周。结果A组有效率为86．7％；B组有效率为60．0％。结论采用克拉霉素片结合短波治疗支原体性前列腺炎，既减少了药物不良反应，而且具有无痛苦、无创伤、安全等优点，是一种有效的治疗方法。     

The p38/MAPK pathway regulates microtubule polymerization through phosphorylation of MAP4 and Op18 in hypoxic cells

In both cardiomyocytes and HeLa cells, hypoxia (1% O₂) quickly leads to microtubule disruption, but little is known about how microtubule dynamics change during the early stages of hypoxia. We demonstrate that microtubule associated protein 4 (MAP4) phosphorylation increases while oncoprotein 18/stathmin (Op18) phosphorylation decreases after hypoxia, but their protein levels do not change. p38/MAPK activity increases quickly after hypoxia concomitant with MAP4 phosphorylation, and the activated p38/MAPK signaling leads to MAP4 phosphorylation and to Op18 dephosphorylation, both of which induce microtubule disruption. We confirmed the interaction between phospho-p38 and MAP4 using immunoprecipitation and found that SB203580, a p38/MAPK inhibitor, increases and MKK6(Glu) overexpression decreases hypoxic cell viability. Our results demonstrate that hypoxia induces microtubule depolymerization and decreased cell viability via the activation of the p38/MAPK signaling pathway and changes the phosphorylation levels of its downstream effectors, MAP4 and Op18.     

浅谈大学英语教学中文化意识的渗透

聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳快速显色方法的研究

通过对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的固定方法、时间、染色液种类、染色方法及蛋白灵敏度的研究,确定了以10%三氯乙酸为固定液,室温固定10min的固定方法;染色液为：考马斯亮蓝G-250、95%乙醇和10%磷酸,染色时间为15min;蛋白质灵敏度与考马斯亮蓝R-250相当,达到0.1μg。     

PDCA循环在提高外墙面砖镶贴质量中的运用

PDCA是企业推行全面质量管理(TQC)在方法上的重大变革,是提高产品工程质量的一种科学方法。本文通过某工程外墙面砖镶贴质量控制的实例表明,合理运用该方法能取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。
