智能给药系统研究进展——物理刺激响应性药物释放系统

综述了近年来物理刺激响应性凝胶材料方面的研究进展,介绍了能感应温度、光、电场、磁场、超声波等物理刺激因素变化的响应性凝胶在药物控制释放方面的研究近况及其结构特点和响应机理.     

回顾、反思、求索、徘徊、出游——《离骚》的分段及其叙事与幻想

关于《离骚》的分段，自古以来众说纷纭，莫衷一是。迄今流传最广、影响最大的三大段、两部分的分法，仍然留下未辨过脉之失和割裂全诗之憾。根据《离骚》诗中叙述的情节，笔者认为将全诗分为五大段才为合理，即依次为回顾、反思、求索、徘徊、出游。也可以分为两部分，即第一、二大段为前半部分，写诗人有生以来的不懈追求与奋斗，以及遭致失败之后所引发的检视与思考，第三、四、五大段为后半部分，写诗人矢志不渝地继续努力，以及努力无果之后所产生的矛盾与苦闷。全诗在体裁形式和表现方式方面表现出两大基本特色，其一是结合叙事以抒情，在体裁形式上通篇都是叙事的结构，其二是借助“虚写”以“写实”，在表现方式上通篇都是浪漫的幻想。     

Phase relationships in 500℃ isothermal section of Ho-Ni-Ti Ternary system and the fundamental characteristics of the related compounds

By means of X-ray powder diffraction (powder XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray electron dispersed spectrum microanalysis (EDS), the isothermal section at 500℃ in Ho-Ni-Ti ternary system is determined. Intermetallic phases in this section and the relationships among them are studied. In addition, the characteristics of some of these compounds are analyzed. This section consists of 13 singlephase regions, 23 two-phase regions and 11 three-phase regions. The existence of 10 binary compounds is confirmed.No ternary. compound is found.

C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther, 1873

The C-banding pattern and nucleolar organizer regions of the metaphase chromosomes of Cynoglossus semilaevis are reported. The interstitial regions in all chromosomes including the pair of sex chromosomes had positive C-bands, and the 6th and 12th pairs of chromosomes were entirely stained in most cases. Some chromosomes such as the 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th pairs showed C-bands at centromeric or distal ends. The C-banding heretochromatin occupies 30.03% of the total chromosome surface in C. semilaevis, which is similar to that of amphibians such as Mixophyes fasciolatus (30. 2% ) and M. schevilli (20. 7% ), but is rather lower than that of cephalochordate Branchiostoma belcheri (54. 3 % ). Silver staining revealed a single pair of nucleolar organizer regions ( NORs) located in the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2. The association of NORs with heterochromatin observed in vertebrates also occurs in C. semilaevis as the telomeric regions of Chromosome 2 are always stained positively with C-banding.

基于RFID技术的市政设施标定系统研究

【目的】基于RFID技术研究了市政基础设施的标定系统,为市政设施的信息化管理提供数据支撑和决策分析。【方法】研究了物联网RFID技术、NFC近场通讯等技术,分析了市政设施管理中存在的问题,以及将信息化技术运用到设施管理中的可能性。【结果】以此提出了基于RFID技术的市政设施标定系统研究,通过标定系统,采集设施基础信息,建立设施数据档案库。【结论】提高了市政设施的管理效率和响应能力,为市政设施的信息化建设提供了参考。
     

加强学生心理健康教育的意义与措施

阐述了加强心理健康教育的重要意义，提出了加强心理健康教育的措施。包括：建立专兼职相结合的心理咨询教师队伍，组织心理测评等系列活动，开展有益于身心健康的校园文化活动，做好大学生就业心理辅导，开展网上心理健康教育，构建心理健康教育机制等。     

基于CPLD的时差法在小管径流量测量中的应用

基于小管径流量检测,采用高性能CPLD,实现了一种新的测量超声波渡越时间的方法。实验结果表明,应用CPLD技术可以显著地提高测时精度,简化电路的设计,提高了系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力,从而提高对流量的测量精度。
