铂(II)与胺类配合物的合成、晶体结构和抗肿瘤活性研究

研究铂(II)与三种胺类配合物的合成、晶体结构和体外抗肿瘤活性,化合物1的X-射线单晶结构分析表明:这是一个很少见的具有四方锥几何构型的铂(II)配合物,顺式平面四方形配位的铂的轴向上有第5个配位原子。其抗肿瘤活性实验显示3个配合物对几种研究的癌细胞都有较强的抑制作用。     

Microstructure and functional morphology of the Early Cambrian problematical fossil Rhombocorniculum

Rhombocorniculum cancellatum from the Lower Cambrian of southern Shaanxi Province (South China) is represented by the dextral and sinistral tooth-like sclerites (both in nearly equal numbers), indicating that the body plan of the organism with these sclerites probably was bilaterian. The main feature of the microstructure of the sclerites is the presence of longitudinally arranged, mutually contiguous hollow tubules, the shared walls consisting of microcrystalline apatite. In transverse cross sections, the sclerite wall mainly exhibits a spongy structure, with pore size decreasing adapically. Functional morphological analysis indicates that the sclerites serve as a defensive rather than a grasping function.     

Initial organic geochemical investigation on Late Neoproterozoic-Early Cambrian sediments in the Yangtze region, China

Totally 19 samples of typical Upper Proterozoic-Lower Cambrian sedimentary rocks were collected and analyzed for an organic geochemical investigation. Almost all these rocks have high TOCs, super-maturities and similar biomarker distribution. As an exception, however, the Sinian Nantuo Tillite shows much lower TOCs and little phytane and pristane in comparison with those in other strata, which implies a very faint photosynthetic process, and a restricted euphotic zone and quite limited sunlight within the sedimentary water column during the Sinian glaciation age in the western Yangtze region providing an evidence for palaeo-oceanic environment of the Neoproterozoic Snowball Earth age.

玉米淀粉与丙烯酸胺接枝共聚物的制备

本文研究玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的合成工艺及其在造纸工艺中用作干强剂、助留/助滤剂的效果。研究表明玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺的质量比为5:3.5,引发剂硝酸铈铵用量为0.2g,反应时间为3h,反应温度为62℃,聚合物质量较好。     

Effect of Carboxymethyl Starch as Stabilizer for Increasing the Stability of Warp Sizing Pastes

The influences of carboxymethyl starch used as stabilizer upon the stability of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes for warp sizing have been investigated. The effect of the modified starch on the paste stability was evaluated in terms of the initial demixing time and the volume percentage of separated starch. The carboxymethyl starch with a series of different degrees of substitution was prepared in ethanol dispersion by varying the amount of monochloroacetic acid reacted with refined native cornstarch. The paste stability strongly depends on the modification extent and amount of carboxymethyl starch used, and on native starch content in the paste. Increase in the modification extent and/or the amount of the modified starch effectively retards the phase separation and reduces the separation extent of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes. 基于图像分析的实验模型变形场量测标点法

在模型观测面上 ,通过设置嵌入式彩色标点 ,在实验各阶段利用数码相机拍摄照片 ,然后应用数字图像处理技术 ,识别并比较每一实验阶段的标点坐标 ,利用有限元中常用的四边形等参变换的方法将测点图像空间坐标转换为模型空间坐标 ,实现了图像校准和变形计算 .开发了一套应用软件系统 ,用于数字图像标点识别分析和结果数据的可视化处理 ,精度检验实验结果表明测点位移识别均方误差为 0 .14～ 0 .5 2个像素 ,相当于模型观测范围的 5 / 10 0 0 0 0～ 1.5 / 10 0 0 0 .最后给出一个在粘土地基承载力模型实验中的应用实例     

EPC用锆英粉涂料的研制

以超细锆英粉作为耐火骨料,配制EPC用锆英粉涂料。测试涂料的密度、悬浮性、涂层强度、涂层厚度、透气性五种性能,并通过浇注实验,由铸件成型、铸件表面以及涂层残片来分析改进后涂料的使用效果,获取最佳超细锆英粉涂料。
