介绍了CALIS分布式联合虚拟参考咨询系统CDCVRS,在调查排名前50位的大学图书馆使用CDCVRS的情况基础上,总结了CDCVRS使用过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决办法。

Science Letters： A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 ligand decreases allergic immune responses in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to mite allergen

It has been proposed that activation of Toll-like receptors （TLRs） plays crucial roles in the polarization of adaptive immune responses. A synthetic Toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） ligand, Pam3CSK4, has been reported to modulate the balance of Th1/Th2 responses. We evaluated the modulation effect of Pam3CSK4 on allergic immune response in a mouse rhinitis model sensitized to house dust mite allergen （HDM）. Mice were sensitized and challenged with Dermatophagoidesfarinae allergen （Der f）, and then the allergic mice were treated by Pam3CSK4. Nasal allergic symptoms and eosinophils were scored. Der f-specific cytokine responses were examined in the splenocytes and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）. Serum level of total IgE was also detected. After establishing a mouse allergic rhinitis model with HDM, we have showed that Pam3CSK4 treatment not only ameliorated the nasal allergic symptoms remarkably but also decreased the eosinophils and total inflammation cells in BALF significantly. Analysis of cytokine profile found that IFN-7 released from either BALF or stimulated splenocytes increased markedly in Pam3CSK4-treated mice, while IL-13 decreased significantly. Moreover, serum level of total IgE was significantly lower in Pam3CSK4-treated mice than in the untreated. Thus, in an allergic rhinitis mouse model developed with HDM, Pam3CSK4 was shown to exhibit an antiallergic effect, indicating its potential application in allergic diseases.     

多档次概率罐子模型估计的渐近性质

对多个处理且试验结果为多档次的临床试验,构建了其概率罐子模型。研究了模型中每个处理试验结果发生的概率。利用极大似然估计方法得到其估计量,并获得此估计量具有渐近正态性。     

关于人体经络的一个试探性观点

在考察针刺穴位治疗作用的基础上，根据现有的实验事实，将人体经络的观念和经改进后的神经-内分泌-免疫系统的观念统一起来，提出人体经络是具有敏感节点和功能连接的神经-内分泌-免疫网络的假说。人体经络的复杂网络不仅是遍及全身的系统，而且可以通过敏感节点及其功能连接对身体起调控作用。     

Mechanical Design and Research on Process of Air Suction Drawing System of Spunbonded Nonwoven

The design guideline for the air suction drawing system with auxiliary air was analyzed, a spunbonding nonwoven system named PADHL1 - 3200 was designed and polypropylene （PP） spunbonded nonwoven fabrics with excellent properties were achieved after many trial runs. On the other hand, the suction air velocity （VA） was calculated and the influence of VA on the bonding strengh of PP nonwoven fabrics was Studied as well. It was found that VA is 1.5 - 2.5 times of the spinning velocity. With the increase of VA, PP fibers become finer and the bonding strength of PP nonwoven fabrics increases as well.     

自治主体建模在海军战术仿真中的应用

多主体系统是分布人工智能和分布计算的交叉研究领域,也是普遍公认的研究和解决复杂自适应系统问题的一种有效途径,而武器装备体系对抗就是一类典型的复杂自适应系统问题.从分析实体模型层次和类型入手,利用作战主体刻画具有复杂作战行为的实体,提出一个作战主体模型框架,阐述作战单元、作战平台和装备的(装配或指挥控制)关联关系.     

Long term monitoring of urban subsidence by Permanent Scatterer DInSAR

When using differential SAR interferometry (DInSAR) to monitor the surface deformation over a long time scale, it is often strongly affected by the spatial and temporal decorrelations and atmospheric dishomogeneities. The recently developed Permanent Scatterers (PS) technique proposed by Fertti et al. can overcome these difficulties by interpreting time-series of interferometric phase only at coherent point scatterers. In this study, we apply this PS technique using 25 ERS-1/2 scenes from 1992 to 2000 to monitor the subsidence in Suzhou. By using the linear deformation model, the deformation map in Suzhou urban area over the eight years is obtained. And the calculated results are in good agreement with the measurements of leveling.     

光谱辐射标准和计量实验站的建设和研究

介绍了光谱辐射标准和计量光束线（U27）的光学设计、结构和实验站设备，利用透射光栅和AXUV100G探测器系统研究了掠入射分支（SGM）5～140nm的高次谐波情况；给出了研究结果和不同滤片材料对高次谐波的抑制情况，Zr，Si3N4和Al滤片可以有效的抑制5～34nm的高次谐波，MgF2能有效的抑制115～140nm的高次谐波．     

椭圆偏振法研究四方氧化锆对Zr-Sn-Nb合金氧化膜耐腐蚀性能的影响

将经过不同热处理的Zr-Sn-Nb合金样品放在350℃、16．8mol／LPa、0．01mol／LLiOH溶液的高压釜中进行腐蚀。用椭圆偏振法研究氧化膜中的四方氧化锆，发现经过580℃／冷轧／500℃处理的样品在腐蚀42天和190天后氧化膜中的四方氧化锆比其它样品的多。四方氧化锆是影响合金耐腐蚀性能的一个主要因素，四方氧化锆的形成有利于提高合金的耐腐蚀性能。
