资本市场发展与经济增长均衡关系协整检验

在总结国内外相关成果的基础上,分析了股票市场促进经济增长的作用机制,运用1994年到2005年的季度数据进行分段检验,实证研究了股票市场发展与中国经济增长的关系,得出了出人意料的结论.     

高速道路入口匝道控制方法综述

高速道路入口匝道控制，在国外许多大城市已有广泛的应用和研究．其控制方法依据控制范围、复杂程度可归纳为静态控制、单点动态控制、动态协调控制三类．国内在此领域内尚未展开大规模的研究，目前也没有实际应用的案例。本文对几种基本的高速道路入口匝道控制方法及其优缺点进行总结和分析，并对相关研究的发展提出看法．     

Effect of thrombin on the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in vitro

Hippocampal neurons were treated by thrombin and thrombin receptor activating peptides (TRAP). Cell survival rate was decreased in a dose-dependent manner by MTT assay. The numbers of apoptotic cell and apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons treated by different concentrations of thrombin were increased in a dose-dependent manner by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) mediated dUTP-biotin nick end-labeling (TUNEL) method and Flow Cytometry. When the concentration of thrombin is 40 U/mL, TUNEL positive cells and apoptotic rate of hippocampal neurons reached peak value, were 27.3±4.0 and (29.333±4.633)%, respectively. Immunocytochemistry assay show that Bcl-2 protein expression was down-regulated and Bax protein expression was up-regulated with the concentration of thrombin increased. TRAP can mimic the effect of thrombin to induce apoptosis on hippocampal neurons. These data demonstrated that thrombin induced hippocampal neuron apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner through activating protease-activated protein-1 (PAR-1). The change in expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was related with the effect of high concentration thrombin induced apoptosis on hippocampal neurons. Stereo- and regio-selectivity in the photosensitized dimerization of 1, 3-dimethylthymine in solution

The effects of reaction pathway and temperature on stereo- and regio-selectivity of photocycloaddition of 1, 3-dimethylthymine (DMT) which gives four cyclobutane type dimers in solution using acetone as the photosensitizer, are investigated by measuring the product distribution. It is demonstrated that the ground-state aggregation between DMT molecules mainly leads to (h-t)dimers, and the diffusion-controlled triplet dimerization is favorable to the formation of (h-h) dimers.     

Combined adjustment project of national astronomical geodetic networks and 2000'' national GPS control network

The combined adjustment project of the nationwide astronomical geodetic networks and 2000' national GPS control network involve 48519 terrestrial observational stations and 2666 GPS observational stations. In the terrestrial network, 25107 stations are height fixed and 23412 stations are in three dimensions. 440793 terrestrial observations and 183668 unknowns are involved in the adjustment. The three-dimensional observational models for the adjustment have been established. The crustal deformation influences and corrections are researched. Fast methods of solving partitioned adjustment for super large-scale geodetic network have been studied. The standard deviations of three-dimensional coordinates for all stations are evaluated. As a result of the combined adjustment, a unified national geodetic network with nearly 50000 stations is established, the high accurate three-dimensional geocentric coordinates are obtained. The standard deviation for geoid is averagely 0.2 m, for vertical deflection is about 1.5″, for the horizontal position is about 0.12 m, for the geodetic height is about 0.14 m, and for the three-dimensional position is averagely 0.3 m.     

简谐激励弹簧测力机构的3次超谐共振

应用拉格朗日方程,得到了有阻尼弹簧测力机构在简谐激励作用下具有周期系数的非线性运动微分方程-- Duffing-Mathieu方程;根据非线性振动的多尺度解法,得到了系统满足3次超谐共振情况的一次近似解以及对应的定常解,并对其进行了数值计算,分析了激振力、谐调值、系统阻尼、弹簧刚度等对系统的影响,揭示了一些新的动力学现象.     

热连轧机的仿真研究

为能对复杂多变的热连轧过程进行仿真,应选择模块化的软件平台,从而方便地组合各种控制系统.通过动态仿真,可以研究各种参数变化对于轧制过程的影响.使用MATLAB/Simulink软件可以达到灵活、开放和形象的效果.这种方式通用性好、方便、快捷,有利于对多种方案进行分析.
