Polyacetylenes from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves

Summary Several high molecular weight polyacetylenes have been isolated from the spongePetrosia ficiformis found in dark caves. These compounds are related to, but different from, the polyacetylenes isolated from the same sponge living in its usual habitat.This work is a part of the Progetto finalizzato per l'Oceanografia e i Fondi Marini, CNR, Roma.The authors thank Mr G. Effects of ACTH and diabetes on phospholipid metabolism in adrenal mitochondria.

Incorporation of 32P into adrenal mitochondrial phospholipids (PL) incrased in ACTH-treated rats, but it decreased in diabetics, inspite of the fact that these animals showed adrenal overacity. Since diabetics did not show increased 11 beta-hydroxylation. as opposed to ACTH-treated rats, it is suggested that the stimulation of this enzyme activity by exogenous ACTH is related to an increased turnover of PL at the mitochondrial membrane. The process is impaired in diabetics and prevents the stimulation of 11 beta-hydroxylation.     

Changes in ecdysone levels in the spiderPisaura mirabilis nymphs (Araneae,Pisauridae)

Summary RIA of ecdysones are made on nymphal extracts ofPisaura mirabilis during the intermoulting cycle. The hormone level is low during exuviation and the greatest part of the intermoulting period but increases notably before and after ecdysis. The main hormonal peak or pre-ecdysial peak is due to -ecdysone, characterized by combined TLC/RIA.Acknowledgment. We wish to thank Dr M. Hirn for his help during the manipulations and J. 白花茵陈茎叶中挥发油化学成分的研究

分别采用水蒸气蒸馏和石油醚萃取法提取白花茵陈中的挥发油,并通过GC-MS对其化学成分进行了分析鉴定.结果表明,2种方法提取的挥发油的主要化学成分基本相似,主要为萜烯类及其含氧衍生物（如百里香酚和香荆芥酚）和脂肪酸及其酯等.     

非线性算子方程的迭代求解方法

在较弱的条件下,利用锥理论和单调迭代方法,建立了Banach空间中一类非线性算子方程的最大最小藕合解的存在性定理和不动点定理,并给出了相应的迭代逼近式及误差估计式,改进了一些相应结果.     

基于关联规则的数据挖掘在供水管网故障诊断中的运用

找出引起供水公司管网故障的原因是供水公司进行客户服务的关键。在介绍关联规则基本概念的基础上，进一步研究了关联规则在供水公司管网故障诊断中的运用情况，并得到一些有用的规则，为管理者和分析人员提供了决策支持。     

不可能的可能--试论冰心和丁玲笔下的女性形象

冰心和丁玲两位女作家在现代新女性面对不可能的选择时作出各自的选择。冰心高扬“爱的旗帜”,表现“家”的温馨,歌颂“圣母”之爱;前期的丁玲展示女性的欲望和活泼的生命力,致力于与男性世界争一片天空。两位女作家对女性意识的不同回答,成为关于女性解放的极有代表性的两翼。     

卟啉杀虫剂对稻蝗的毒杀作用及机理初探

以太原晋源区的中华稻蝗为材料，用以5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)为主要成份的卟啉杀虫剂作用蝗虫，7d内处理组雄虫全部死亡，而对照组雄虫死亡数约为一半，雌虫死亡数在低浓度下无明显差异．用荧光检测法和考马斯亮蓝蛋白测定法对试虫作进一步的毒性分析，发现卟啉杀虫荆作用于蝗虫后，导致雄虫体内每克组织蛋白含量与对照组相比显著降低，A分析组平均降低73．049mg／g，B分析组降低106．271mg／g．雌虫体内每克组织蛋白含量与对照组相比下降不显著，A分析组平均降低22．741mg／g，B分析组为6．640mg／g．由此得知，卟啉杀虫剂对试虫的作用效果与试虫体内每克组织蛋白含量呈相关关系．此外，分析表明，卟啉杀虫荆作用于试虫后，处理组与对照组相比，试虫体内每毫克蛋白原卟啉Ⅸ(PpⅨ)的含量普遍提高，这一点与Constantin A．Rebeiz的部分实验结果基本吻合．同时还发现，A分析组中雄虫平均每毫克蛋白PpⅨ含量处理组比对照组高0．351gg／mg，雌虫的高0．277pg／mg，前者比后者多0.074pg／mg．B分析组中雄虫平均每毫克蛋白PpⅨ含量处理组比对照组高0．171μg／mg，雌虫的高0．103μg／mg，前者比后者高0．068μg／mg．从实验结果可以看出卟啉杀虫剂对试虫的作用效果与试虫体内每毫克蛋白中PpⅨ含量呈相关关系，结果表明卟啉杀虫剂对试虫的作用效果是由PpⅨ的光敏毒性引起的．
