苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲Cu(I)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的直接电化学合成

用电化学金属阳极氧化法在非水溶剂中合成了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲（ＨＬ）与Ｃｕ（Ｉ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁矩、摩尔电导等对配合物进行了表征。     

建立人输卵管上皮细胞无血清培养

人输卵管上皮细胞（HOEC）可以体外较长时间无血清培养,DMEM／F12培养液的培养效果优于Ham’sF10,在加有多种因子和胎球蛋白的培养液中,HOEC可贴壁生长,生长能力达到合质量分数15％FCS的对照组的30％～40％,一般可传代2次,最长培养可维持38d,细胞形态与有血清培养差别不大,虽然无血清培养HOEC的生长速度、密度、传代成功率远不及有血清培养,但能抑制成纤维细胞生长,维持较纯的上皮细胞。     

吉非罗齐胶囊剂的相对生物利用度及其生物等效性评价

１０名健康受试者口服两种不同厂家生产的吉非罗齐胶囊,以高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定其血药浓度经时过程,经“ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１”药动学程序计算表明,湘江制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊与金晓制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊的吸收半衰期ｔ１／２ｋａ分别为（０４２±０１９）和（０４９±０２８）ｈ;消除半衰期ｔ１／２分别为（１４８±０８４）和（１２６±０４５）ｈ;达峰时间ｔｍａｘ分别为（１４５±０３７）和（１６０±０７８）ｈ;达峰浓度ｃｍａｘ分别为（６１８８±１５５１）和（６１５１±１０３４）μｇ／ｍＬ;ＡＵＣ０－∞分别为（２１２９１±４７１６）和（１９９８５±２４９１）μｇ·ｈ／ｍＬ,以湘江制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊为参比测得金晓制药厂生产的吉非罗齐胶囊的相对生物利用度为０９３９。经双单侧ｔ检验法统计分析,表明两制剂间ＡＵＣ无显著差异,两制剂具有生物等效性。     

机器人多指手的位置一力混合控制

分析了一类机器人多指手的动力学模型的特点,针对这类机器人多指手在运动和抓握２个过程中动力学特性有根大差异的特点,提出了１种切实可行的位置─力混合控制方案,并成功的应用于北京科技大学双拇指手控制系统。     

25t转炉自适应静态模型动态化控制

针对中小转炉不宜增设副枪检测,无法进行动态控制的实际状况,提出了自适应静态模型动态化控制的思想;首先建立自适应终点静态控制模型;然后根据枪位－加料模型进行吹炼并自动动态化控制知识库,修正枪位－加料模型及控制量,最后启动预报模型进行终点预报指导出钢。根据实际吹炼数据验证,终点控制模型具有良好的跟踪性,终点预报模型的终点Ｃ,Ｔ命中率分别达到６８％和６３％。     

江西大青属药用植物资源及开发利用

介绍了江西大青属（赤贞桐属）（ＣｌｅｒｏｄｅｎｄｒｕｍＬ．）药用植物种类、地理分布以及临床疗效等,同时对该属药用植物种类进行了本草考证,对该属资源的合理开发利用提出了建议。     

Relationship between the partitioning properties of motoneuron recruitment and the needle feeling propagation

Histological and physiological studies indicated that most skeletal muscles can be divided into a series of relatively independent sub-volumes: "neuromuscular compartments" and the partitioning property of the muscle result in the localization of muscle reflex. In the present experiment we studied the recruitment properties of medial gastracnemius (MG) muscle motoneuron pool of decerebrate cat with two kinds of local mechanical stimulation: local stretch and acupuncture-like stimuli. The results indicate that: (ⅰ) there is an obvious property of localization of recruitment activity, only the MNs which innervate the stimulated compartment were recruited by weaker and shorter stimuli; (ⅱ) recruitment activity spread to those MNs which supply the adjacent and distal compartments during the strength of stimulation or duration of the stimulation was increased; and (ⅲ) the recruitment property of muscle activity elicited by the local mechanical stimulation is thought similar to that of "needle feeling" along the meridian pathway during stimulation of acupuncture point.     

Chronology of environmental events over East Asia during the past 130 ka

In the transitional region between the Loess Plateau and deserts, 4 sections located respectively at Yuling, Hengshan, Dingbian and Huining of China are studied. The high-resolution paleoclimatic records obtained show that environmental events on varying time scales have happened over East Asia. These events are dated with the time scales established using the recently-developed approach of Automatic Orbital Tuning. This leads to the establishment of the chronology of the environmental events.     

An all solid-state electrochromic smart window

An all solid-state electrochromic smart window employing prussian blue and electrodeposited WO₃ film with poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) gel electrolyte that has high conductivity (2 mS/cm) at room temperature has been fabricated for the first time. The smart window has beell found to be excellent for electrochromism and memory characteristics.     

多晶3C-SiC薄层的淀积生长及结构性能分析

采用ＨＦＣＶＤ生长法,以较低生长温度,在Ｓｉ（１１１）衬底上淀积３Ｃ－ＳｉＣ（１１１）薄层。用ＸＲＤ、ＶＡＳＥ、ＸＰＳ等分析手段研究了薄层的结构、光学常数、组分及化学键等性能。ＸＲＤ显示薄层具有明显的择优取向特征。ＶＡＳＥ测量出薄层的折射率为２．６８６,光学常数随深度的变化曲线反映出薄层的多层结构。ＸＰＳ深度剖面曲线表明薄层中Ｓｉ／Ｃ原子比符合ＳｉＣ的理想化学计量比,其能谱证明Ｃ１ｓ与Ｓｉ２ｐ成键形成具有闪锌矿结构的３Ｃ－ＳｉＣ。
