硫酸浓度对纳米级SO4^2-／TiO2固体超强酸的影响

用锐钛型纳米TiO2制备了纳米级SO4^2-／TiO2固体超强酸，分析了硫酸浓度不同时其比表面积、失重率、红外光谱及催化活性的不同。当硫酸浓度为1．0mol／L时，它在450～900℃的失重率为3．3％，比表面积为105．2m^2／g，对乙酸和丁醇酯化反应的酯化率达到98．4％。玻璃球负载纳米级SO4^2-／TiO2固体超强酸的重复使用性能好，在乙酸和丁醇的酯化反应中重复使用9次后的酯化率才由初次的99．3％变为84．9％。     

Dynamical framework with blocking topography coordinates for atmospheric GCM and its validation

The dynamical framework with Blocking Topography Coordinates (hereafter, BTC), which is suited to handle the steep topography for the atmospheric general circulation models, is presented in this paper, together with its validation results. The integral properties of both the differential and finite-difference equations for the BTC dynamical core are: gross mass conservation, quadratic conservation for advection terms, Coriolis force does not change the kinetic energy, conservation of total available energy. The improved nonlinear iteration scheme is utilized for the time-integration. The energy conservation for BTC dynamical core is validated by using the integration results from 9-layer and 21-layer version respectively. Comparison results show that, the changes of the kinetic energy and total available potential energy during the integration are quite close for both the BTC dynamical framework and the dynamical framework of IAP 9-level and IAP 21-level AGCM, and this may suggest that the BTC dynamical core can be used for long-term integration with good computational stability. Furthermore, the BTC dynamical core has the advantage over the terrain following (sigma) coordinates in its better representation of the influence of the large-scale topography on the atmospheric general circulation. Finally, the correctness and reasonableness of the BTC dynamical core has been further proved by the numerical simulation of the topography influence on the quasi-stationary planetary wave with 21-layer version of BTC dynamical framework.     

Impact of the closure of Indonesian seaway on climate: A numerical modeling study

Using a global OGCM and its relevant coupled ocean-atmosphere GCM with the contemporary, 6 MaBP and 14 MaBP oceanic topography, respectively, a series of numerical experiments are implemented in order to investigate the effect of the north shift of Australian continent on the tropical oceanic circulation, especially the formation of the western Pacific warm pool. The numerical experiments of the individual OGCM forced by the modern atmospheric circulation indicate that the closure of Indonesian passage results in warming in the tropical Pacific Ocean and cooling in the tropical Indian Ocean; furthermore, it also results in change in source of the Indonesian Through Flow (ITF) water, e.g. ITF mainly originates from the south Pacific at 14 MaBP, but it mainly originates from the north Pacific now. The coupled model shows similar results as the individual OGCM qualitatively.

兰州北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成与群落结构

通过对沙井驿、刘家堡、九州台、白塔山、小牛圈沟等样点采集的生物结皮样的培养和鉴定 ,研究了兰州市北山生物结皮中陆生藻种类组成及其群落结构 .结果发现 ,该地陆生藻共计 5 3种 ,其中蓝藻 34种 ,绿藻 7种 ,硅藻10种 ,裸藻 2种 .蓝藻中以丝状种类占优势 (6 5 % ) ,绿藻中仍以球状种类居多 (5 7% ) ,但也有不少丝状个体(43% ) .黄土结皮以非洲席藻为第一优势种 ,石崖表具鞘微鞘藻占绝对优势 ,人工草丛中小球藻最丰富 ;种类数在砾质黄土中最多 (2 3) ,黄粘土中最少 (16 ) .     

口服转胸腺素α1基因聚球藻对小鼠T细胞亚群作用的研究

为探讨口服后转胸腺α1(Tα1)基因聚球藻对T细胞亚群的作用,将小鼠随机分为空白对照组、野生藻组、转化藻(小剂量、中剂量和大剂量)组和日达仙组,用灌服的方式,给予空白对照组20mL·kg~(-1)的生理盐水,野生藻组0.4g·kg~(-1)的野生聚球藻;转化藻小、中、大剂量组,分别0.2g·kg~(-1)、0.4g·kg~(-1)和0.6g·kg~(-1)的转Tα1基因聚球藻;日达仙组则肌注给予3.2mg·kg~(-1)的胸腺素α1(日达仙)。结果表明转Tα1基因藻口服后可显著提高CD3亚群水平,显著提高CD4亚群水平,明显提高CD4/CD8的比值。提示转Tα1基因聚球藻具有增强机体免疫功能的作用。
