Histological observation of some primitive euconodonts of Late Cambrian from Liaoning

The histology of some euconodonts of Late Cambrian from Benxi and Fuxian County, Liaoning Province is studied by the oil-immersion technique. The histological characteristics of six primitive species of euconodonts - Proconodontus muelleri， Proconodontus tenuiserratus， Granatodontus ani， Rotundoconus tricarinatus， Teridontus nakamurai and Cordylodus proavus are described in detail. Tubular dentine and atubular (parallel- and wavy-lamellar) dentine are found in the basal bodies of the primitive euconodonts Proconodontus tenuiserratus and Proconodontus muelleri, respectively. The tubular dentine and spherulitic dentine are also recognized from the basal bodies of Granatodontus ani and Rotundoconus tricarinatus. Since the histological characteristics of the studied six species of euconodonts belonging to Proconodontus lineage and Teridontus lineage Sensu Miller (Univ Kansas Paleontol Contr, 1980, 99: 1?39) seems to be almost the same, euconodonts are proposed as possibly monophyletic herein.

目的　追踪观察患者慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)双重急性变(M2a,M2b)的诊断及治疗过程,以期对慢粒急变有更深入的了解.方法　对患者整个病程给予追踪记录.结果与结论　通过对患者病程的诊断、治疗和观察,进一步研究和探讨慢性粒细胞白血病急性变机制及基因、染色体的结构变化.     

时滞依赖的变延时细胞神经网络的指数稳定性

细胞神经网络(CNNS)由于有许多重要的应用价值，所以它的稳定性分析一直是神经网络领域里的一个重要课题．近年来，神经动力系统的定性分析吸引了众多学的关注．在神经网络的电子器件实现中，出现了许多问题，诸如：转换延时，积分器，连接延时等．在这种情况下，在系统模型中一定要引进一个延时参数．要制造高质量的微电子神经网络，研究带有延时的神经动力行为是特别重要的．献[1～11]研究了时滞神经网络的全局稳定性；献[5，9，12，13]给出了有关延时细胞神经网络(DCNNs)全局稳定的充分条件，但是在这些章中，细胞的输出函数要求是一个分段线性函数并且延时是一个常量；献[10，13]虽然不再要求细胞的输出函数为分段线性函数，但是仍要求它的延时项是一个常数．在Lyapunov稳定性理论及矩阵不等式的基础上，给出了一个保证变延时细胞神经网络平衡点存在唯一并且全局指数稳定的充分条件．这个条件对参数变延时做了一个限制．给出了一个具体的数值例子及其仿其结果来说明我们结果的可行性．     

输油管道漏磁检测信号自适应滤波的研究

在采用漏磁法对输油管道进行无损检测过程中,信号会受到各种噪声的干扰。介绍了输油管道漏磁检测方法及归一化最小均方自适应滤波方法。通过实验装置采集了含有噪声的漏磁信号。由于各传感器提离值不能保证一致,对信号进行了补偿调整。将一路的传感器输出信号作为主输入信号,与之相邻的传感器输出信号作为参考信号,采用归一化自适应滤波对主输入信号进行处理。结果表明,采用归一化最小均方自适应滤波方法可使缺陷漏磁信号的信噪比得到显著的提高。     

基于产品局部特征分析的造型设计方法

探讨了产品局部特征分析的新算法,具有良好的全局重构能力,重视产品的局部特征,为产品局部特征分析提供了更深更广意义的理解,为产品设计反求工程提供一种新的形态重构方法,为产品局部造型深入设计提供依据.     

Functional identification of gene cluster for the aniline metabolic pathway mediated by transposable element

A convenient and widely applicable method has been developed to clone aniline metabolic gene cluster in this study. Three positive recombinant plasmids pDA1, pDB2 and pDB11 were cloned from genomic library of aniline degradation strain AD9. The result of aniline dioxygenase （AD） activity and catechol 2,3-oxygenase （C230） activity assay showed that pDA1 and pDB11 contain aniline dioxygenase genes and catechol 2,3-dioxygenase genes, respectively. The sequence analysis of the total 24.7-kb region revealed that this region contains 25 ORFs, of which 17 genes involve metabolism of aniline. In the gene cluster, the first five genes （tadQTA1A2B） and the subsequent gene （tadR1） were predicted to encode a multi-component aniline dioxygenase and a LysR-type regulator, respectively, while the others （tadD1C1D2C2EFGIJKL） were expected to encode metacleavage pathway enzymes for catechol degradation. The gene cluster was surrounded by two IS1071 sequences.     

The Recent Advances in Plant Protection Researches of China

There are eight examples briefly given in this paper, namely, (1) Polymyxa graminis and the cereal viruses it transmits; (2) the geographical types and facultative migration of cotton bollworm as well as the safety of Bt transgenic cotton; (3) development of crop near-isogenic lines with resistance to diseases; (4) molecular-biological researches induced resistance of rice by infection of blast fungus;(5) to use cytological and molecular-biological techniques for breeding wheat varieties resistant to barley yellow dwarf virus; (6) mass rearing and field releasing of Microplitis mediator for cotton bollworm control; (7) identification and recombination of insecticidal crystal genes of Bacillus thuringiensis; and (8) interplanting of diverse resistance rice varieties for sustainable control of blast disease; which reflect the general situation of recent advances in plant protection researches of China.     

基于SOA的电子政务空间地理信息服务与实现

为了满足电子政务对空间信息服务的需求,并解决现存GIS软件的一些局限性,本文尝试把SOA技术引入到GIS领域,提出基于SOA的电子政务地理信息服务概念.设计了支持软件功能松偶合的基于SOA电子政务地理信息系统架构,采用再工程技术对现存GIS系统进行了改造.最后,介绍了基于SOA的电子政务地理信息服务实验情况,对提出的方案进行了验证.
