Characteristics and geological significance of the eclogites from the Tongbai Mountains, Henan Province

Some eclogites and the related high-P metamorphic belt have been found for the first time from the Tongbai Mountains, Henan Province, where the eclogites and their probable retrogressive products ——garnet amphibolites——occur as lenses in mica-schists. The fresh eclogites comprise garnet, omphacite, quartz, rutile, phengite, barroisite, etc. The compositional features of garnet and available geothermobarometers indicated that the eclogites belong to the low-T type. The mica-schists contain phengite, quartz, garnet and rutile that are also attributed to high-P assemblage. The eclogites and related high-P belt probably belong to the Early Paleozoic in age, which is distinct from the Indosinian Dabie high- and ultrahigh-P metamorphic belt.     

Isolation and identification of a novel STR (D17S2204) in the vicinity of NF1 locus

Using a synthetic oligonucleotide (dA-dC)15 as a probe to screen a probe pool made by microdissected human chromosome band 17q11-q12, a DNA fragment containing (CA)16 was isolated, which is a novel short tandem repeat (STR) determined by searching in the GenBank and GDB. It has 8 allelic types with a PIC value of 0.61. The novel STR is conformed with Mendelian segregation according to the linkage analysis of a three-generation neurofibromatosis type Ⅰ (NF1) pedigree. The STR was localized at chromosome band 17q11-q12 in the vicinity of NF1 gene by FISH analysis. The accession number of the STR in GenBank and GDB is G32112 and D17S2204 respectively.     

Monitoring gene expression by cDNA array

A new method designated cDNA array was developed by hybridization of quantitatively arrayed DNA samples isolated randomly from a cDNA library with probes reverse-transcribed from mRNAs of different sources or treatments. The gene expression patterns of 1 000 randomly chosen clones from an Arabidopsis library were analyzed with green seedlings versus suspension cells and seedlings irradiated under UV light. Northern blot and sequence analysis of some differentially expressed clones confirmed the results revealed by cDNA array, indicating that this method is efficient and reliable to monitor gene expression.     

乙二胺四甲叉膦酸的合成及应用研究

本文介绍了乙二胺四甲叉膦酸ＥＤＴＭＰ（Ｓ）的合成工艺及操作条件。以ＥＤＴＭＰ（Ｓ）为主要原料复配的ＧＫ—１０２水处理剂应用表明,ＥＤＴＭＰ（Ｓ）是一种优良的阻垢缓蚀剂。     

甘肃虫草及其人工培养菌丝体的比较研究

就甘肃省甘南藏族自治州所产虫草———甘肃虫草（Ｃｏｒｄｙｃｅｐｓｇａｎｓｕｅｎｓｉｓ）和其人工培养菌丝体的主要化学成分及红外、紫外光谱进行了比较．结果显示,两者的氨基酸、微量元素等主要化学成分相同、含量相近;红外及紫外吸收光谱一致．     

民俗数学与数学教育

首先指明了“民俗数学”研究的两个不同方向,即关于数学的人类文化学研究,以及“日常数学”与“学校数学”的对立与转化。其次,通过对后一方向上若干研究工作的具体介绍,作者又突出强调了以下几个对于数学教育有着特别重要意义的问题,即数学教育与“文化冲突”,“日常数学”的特征及其局限性,如何更好地实现由“日常数学”向“学校数学”的转化。     

小麦耐盐系筛选及稳定性研究

以小麦幼穗、幼胚为原始材料,进行耐盐突变体的筛选,并对其愈伤组织及再生植株后代进行耐盐稳定性的生理生化分析。结果表明：耐盐系在高盐浓度下其鲜重、干重明显高于对照系;耐盐系保持较高的Ｋ＾＋／Ｎａ＾＋比;与对照组相比,耐盐系种子醇溶蛋白电泳带有１４条,其中Ｂ２,Ｂ３,Ｂ４带为耐盐系所特有,Ｂ１带含量高于对照。但对照Ｂ５带合成量增加;耐盐系再生植株后代可溶蛋白电泳带耐盐系为２８条蛋白带,而对照系为２６条     

素理想参数化的符号算法

Ｇａｏ等给出了素理想参数的一种随机算法,Ｇａｌｌｏ等估计了这种算法的计算复杂度,并将此算法改进为确定性的算法,避免了上机实现可能出现的“随机陷阱”尽管如此,由于这种算法可能需要计算多次特征列,使复杂度提高,应用受到很大限制,本文给出了素理想参数化的一种符号算法,只需计算两次特征列,就能得到原理想的参数化,并同时可以确定“例外集”。     

pH-LAPS的敏感机理

pH-LAPS是一种新型半导体生化传感器,本文对其pH响应机制进行了探讨.分析了电解液-敏感膜界面的选择性吸附过程,利用电化学理论得到界面势与液体pH值的定量关系,结果与实验一致.     

扬子地区寒武系油气藏地质条件

中国扬子地区是一个元古代末形成的克拉通地区。将沉积学和构造地质学相结合,对扬子地区寒武系的油气地质条件进行了研究。研究结果表明,扬子地区寒武系是中国南方古生界最好的烃源岩发育层系之一,又具有较为理想的生储盖组合系列及油气保存条件,是中国南方古生界油气勘探的重要目的层系
