Hardware system design for UHF surface velocities radar

UHF surface velocities radar is developed based on the successful ocean state measuring and analyzing radar system. The design method for UHF radar system is presented. It is designed to operate at UHF channel, and the transmit power is under 5W. Maximum range of field test over fresh water can be a kilometer. The field tests at Tangsun River and at Majiatan and Gaohazhou proved that USVR System can be used successfully.     

Method of moving target detection based on sub-image cancellation for single-antenna airborne synthetic aperture radar

The method of moving target detection based on subimage cancellation for single-antenna airborne SAR is presented.First the subimage is obtained through frequency processing is pointed out.The imaging difference of a stationary objects and moving object in the subimage based on the frequency division is analyzed from the fundamental principle.Then the developed method combines the shear averaging algorithm to focus on the moving target in the subimage,after the clutter suppression and the focusing position in each subimage is obtained.Next the observation model and the relative movement of the moving targets between the subimages estimate the moving targets.The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the method is effective and can not only detect the moving targets,but also estimate their motion parameters precisely.     

Enhancement of monacolin K production via intergeneric protoplast fusion between Aspergillus terreus and Monascus anka

Intergenric protoplast fusion between Aspergillus terreus CA99 and Monascus anka M-3, the high and low producers of monacolin K respectively，was performed for enhancement of monacolin K production. The 24-hour-old mycelia of A. terreus CA99 and M. anka M-3 were treated with 0.5% lywallzyme, 0.3% snailase and 0.3% cellulase at 34℃ for 5 h and at 30℃ for 3.5 h, and their protoplasts formation reached 1.76×10⁷/mL and 1.68×10⁷/mL respectively. Parental protoplasts were irradiated with a 30 W UV light away from 30 cm for 3 min and then mixed. The mixture was incubated with 30% PEG 6000 for 15 min. The reviving fusants were isolated on the regeneration plates. Of the 363 fusants isolated, over 100 showed enhanced monacolin K production compared with the parental strain M. anka M-3. Ten of them produced monacolin K about 1.6-fold of that M.anka M-3 does and the monacolin K titer of two fusants (F49 and F104) increased by about 1-fold. The monacolin K yields of F49 and F104 were 460 μg/mL and 457 μg/mL respectively. In optimized fermentation medium, the monacolin K titer of F49 reached 1216 μg/mL.

一维螺旋配合物{[AgL](ClO4)(H2O)}n的合成和晶体结构

二硫醚配体2,3-二苯硫甲基喹喔啉与高氯酸银反应合成出配合物{[AgL](ClO4)(H2O)}n.用X射线衍射方法测定了配合物的晶体结构.配合物为四方晶系,空间群为I4(1)/a,晶体学参数:a=2.375 5(2)nm,b=2.375 5(2)nm,c=2.369 5(4)nm,V=13.371(2)nm3,Z=16.晶体结构研究表明配合物为一维螺旋结构.     

二阶非线性脉冲积分-微分方程的边值问题

通过建立新的比较定理，运用单调迭代技术给出了二阶非线性脉冲积分-微分方程边值问题的最大最小解存在定理．     

模拟退火遗传算法在尘埃粒子计数器标定中的应用

文章结合模拟退火算法和遗传算法，研究了国产尘埃粒子计数器单分散粒子标定问题．模拟退火遗传混合算法收敛速度快，有效防止种群早熟现象，也显著提高了尘埃粒子计数器粒径分布反演计算的稳定性，时单径标准粒子检测的分辨率提高到98％以上，为尘埃计数器标定提供了一种新的思路和方法．     

基于实木用材的七种人工桉树木材的干燥特性及准干燥基准

为了开发高附加值的人工林桉树实木产品,采用日本学者寺沢真改良百度法,对普遍引种在中国的尾叶桉、巨桉、尾巨桉、巨尾桉、邓恩桉、粗皮桉、大花序桉7种人工林桉树木材的干燥特性进行了系统描述和测定,同时对制定的7种桉树木材的准干燥基准进行了分析和评价。这一研究结果为桉树用作实木用材产品提供了重要的理论依据。     

不同负荷后对高原短跑运动员红细胞和白细胞及分类的影响

通过对短跑运动员血液有形成分变化的测试和分析，证明高原短跑运动员不同负荷训练前后，白细胞及多数分类，红细胞含量明显增加；中性粒细胞含量降低。对于高原短跑训练中负荷控制和医务监督提供实验依据，为高原短跑训练提供一定的生理学参考。     

抗冰导管架平台结构动力安全评估

基于现场冰激振动监测资料，论述了抗冰导管架平台进行动力失效评估的必要性，分析了在动冰荷载作用下抗冰导管架平台的动力失效模式，指出动力失效模式主要包括振动失效模式和疲劳失效模式，并介绍了基于现场实测冰力数据建立的直立结构冰力谱的计算方法．作为应用实例，利用ANSYS软件建立了Jz9—3GCP平台的有限元模型，分析了其结构特性，并对其进行动力结构安全评估． 此方法对于抗冰平台的设计和安全评估具有一定的借鉴意义．
