Progress in measuring biophysical properties of membrane proteins with AFM single-molecule force spectroscopy

Membrane proteins are crucial in cell physiological activities and are the targets for most drugs.Thus,investigating the behaviors of membrane proteins not only provide deeper insights into cell function,but also help disease treatment and drug development.Atomic force microscopy is a unique tool for investigating the structure of membrane proteins.It can both image the morphology of single native membrane proteins with high resolution and,via single-molecule force spectroscopy(SMFS),directly measure their biophysical properties during molecular physiological activities such as ligand binding and protein unfolding.In the context of molecular biomechanics,SMFS has been successfully used to understand the structure and function of membrane proteins,complementing the static three-dimensional structures of proteins obtained by X-ray crystallography.Here,based on the authors’antigen-antibody binding force measurements in clinical tumor cells,the principle and method of SMFS is discussed,the progress in using SMFS to characterize membrane proteins is summarized,and challenges for SMFS are presented.     

Preparation of water-soluble multi-walled carbon nanotubes by Ce(Ⅳ)-induced redox radical polymerization

Poly(acrylic acid), poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and polyacrylamide functionalized MWNTs were prepared by Ce(IV)-induced redox radical polymerization. The reaction can be conducted in aqueous media at room temperature, and the polymer graft ratio increased with the increase of monomer feed ratio. MWNTs anchored with PAA on the surface are pH sensitive and exhibit a reversible assembly-deas-sembly response in aqueous solution, whereas those coated with PNIPAM are thermally sensitive. All the polymer-functionalized MWNTs are highly soluble in water to give robust stable black solutions. Such water-soluble MWNTs are promising for biological and biomedical applications.

为宜人化双臂操作型服务机器人建立了动力学模型，该模型的特点是独立的机理建模技术结合黑箱技术共同描述出完整的模型；结合建立的模型，提出一种基于NN的自适应鲁棒控制器，并证明了其渐近稳定性．最后，在分析宜人化双臂操作型服务机器人运动特征的基础上，提出一种基于事件的在线协调的策略．

N，S，N-S共掺杂P25可见光催化降解酸性红B活性比较研究

为了提高P25的光催化性能,以尿素、硫脲和甲硫氨酸为改性剂,采用研磨共煅烧的方法分别制备了具有可见光催化活性的改性催化剂N-P25,S-P25和N,S-P25,利用扫描电镜和紫外-可见吸收光谱对改性光催化剂的性质进行了表征,同时考察了改性光催化剂在可见光下对酸性红B的降解性能。结果表明,N-P25,S-P25和N,S-P25改性光催化剂的光响应波长范围扩大,在紫外光区及可见光区均产生较强吸收;煅烧温度700℃,煅烧时间2.0h制得的N,S-P25催化活性最高,且在可见光条件下对酸性红B的降解符合表观一级反应动力学。研究证明,改性P25催化剂提高了P25在可见光条件下降解酸性红B的光催化性能,丰富了可见光催化降解染料废水的研究思路。     

不确定中立型系统的时滞相关鲁棒H∞控制

基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)方法,研究了中立型系统的鲁棒非脆弱H∞控制器的设计问题.系统状态和输出均含有时滞,输入和中立导数项均含有不确定性.针对非脆弱控制器的乘性不确定性,通过构造适当的Lyapunov泛函,利用schur补引理,结合积分不等式及矩阵奇异值理论,得到了非脆弱时滞相关控制器的设计方法.利用Matlab的LMI,验证了控制器设计方法的有效性.
