电视教育的信息化发展趋向

信息技术在电视教育领域的应用促进了电视教育的改革,引发了教育理念、教育模式、教育手段等一系列变化.电视教育的信息化发展既是信息技术在电视教育领域深入运用的结果,也是其培养高素质信息化人才以适应社会发展的必然趋势.电视教育信息化作为教育信息化的组成部分,是社会信息化建设的重要基础.为此,本文详细探讨了电视教育的信息化发展趋势.     

GIS下无公害农产品产地空气和灌溉水环境预警区划分

将环境质量评价学、GIS(地理信息系统)和编程技术相结合，拟定了无公害农产品产地空气和灌溉水环境条件预警区划分的技术路线。基于GIS建立了自贡市部分地区预警区图层数据库，并通过嵌套编程对废气和废水浓度衰减预测和综合指数计算，矢量化地形图的缓冲分析圈定预警区范围，GIS区域求并，生成预警区成图。不满足产地空气和灌溉水环境条件的预警范围分别为75．93km^2和89.85km^2，综合影响范围129．99km^2。     

稳定土厂拌站监控系统的设计与实现

针对稳定土厂拌站采用的电子计量微机控制的方式,研究了基于“组态王”工控组态软件的监控系统的设计和实现,分析了稳定土厂拌站配料系统的特点,进而确定了系统的硬件架构;接着介绍了用“组态王”设计监控软件各主要功能模块的基本思想及涉及到的几个技术难点;最后研究了系统实现稳定配比控制的算法,该算法主要采用增量式控制和输出限幅的思想.现场测试实验证明,本系统真实再现了稳定土厂拌站的生产工艺流程,实现了配方/生产报表管理、故障报警等功能,并能对配料过程进行实时控制,保证产品达到一定的配比要求.     

Synthesis of TiO2 nanotubes film and its light scattering property

TiO2 nanotubes with diameters of 10 nm and lengths up to 600 nm were fabricated by directly using commercial TiO2 powders P25 as the precursors via sonication-hydrothermal combination approach. TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffractometer （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, selected area electron diffraction pattern （SAED） and transmission elec- tron microscope （TEM）. The light scattering property of film electrodes modified with TiO2 nanotubes was studied and revealed that TiO2 nanotubes can be used as the light scattering centers to increase the light absorption in dye-sensitized solar cells. The TiO2 nanotubes film electrodes mixed with 10% small nanoparticles TiO2 had both strong light scattering property and fine mechanical characteristics, and this kind of electrodes can be used as electrodes in improving the conversion efficiencies of dye-sensitized solar cells.     

Behavior of MC3T3-E1 Osteoblast Cultured on Chitosan Modified with Polyvinylpyrrolidone

The physical and chemical properties of four kinds of modified chitosan materials made by blending chitosan with polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP） were investigated. All four of these modified chitosan materials were hydrophilic with water contact angles ranging from 59°to 69°. Fourier transform-infrared spectra of the modified materials showed a new band at 1288 cm^-1, implying formation of a surface physical interpenetrating network structure. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay results indicated that much less fibronectin was adsorbed on the modified materials than on only chitosan. The viability of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts cultured on the materials was assessed by 3-（4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl）-2,5-diphenyl- 2H-tetrazolium bromide assay. The results show that adding PVP10000 into the chitosan promotes adhesion of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts on the modified materials, but has no effect on cell growth and proliferation; while adding PVP40000 reduces cell adhesion, growth, and proliferation. The results suggest that the increased hydrophilicity of the material surface does not always improve its biocompatibility, which will influence the selection and design of biomaterials.     

Electrostatic self-assembly Pd particles on Nafion^TM membrane surface to reduce methanol crossover

Nafion^TM perfluorosulfonate proton exchange membranes (PEM) have been widely used as solid electrolytes in direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) because it possesses relatively good mechanical strength and chemical stability.Due to its structure of side chains (-SO3ˉ) fixed at CF backbones, phase separation occurs between hydrophilic regions and hydrophobic ones in hydrated Nafion^TM membrane.     

金工实习教学改革探索

对金工实习进行全面改革,建立了新的运行机制,组建并培育出一支结构合理的教学队伍.改革传统的实习模式和实习内容,为培养学生的创新能力,建立了四个平台,使学生通过金工实习在劳动素养、工程素质、严谨的科学态度和工作作风、团队协作精神等方面得到训练.     

审计质量与制度安排

以信息经济学的理论作为分析基础,从概念与理论框架分析入手,论述了低质量审计信息产生的制度原因,并以银广厦事件为例进行了实证分析,阐明了制度安排对审计质量的影响,最后提出应对措施。     

细叶杜香挥发油抑茵和杀菌作用的研究

应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细叶杜香挥发油,采用丙酮溶剂溶解杜香挥发油,以青霉菌、酵母菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作供试菌种,在实验中观察不同浓度的细叶杜香挥发油溶液对不同菌种的作用,研究其抑茵和杀菌作用。     

模糊加工时间和/或模糊交货期下的单机调度问题

分析了一类带模糊加工时间和/或模糊交货期的单机调度问题,调度目标是最小化误工任务数.为了简化计算,用模糊三角数表示模糊加工时间和模糊交货期,引入可能性理论中的必然性测度,分别在只有加工时间为模糊数、只有交货期为模糊数以及加工时间和交货期都为模糊数等3种情况下,比较任务完成时间和交货期,判断任务是否误工.指出确定性环境下的最小化误工任务数单机调度问题是模糊情况的特例.
