透视中美法律中的公民意识——对中美公民环境诉讼制度的批评性分析

本文以批评性语篇分析学家Fairclough的语篇分析三维观为基础,借助系统功能语言学的研究方法,从预设、及物性和情态三方面对中美公民环境诉讼制度进行分析,以揭示蕴涵在这些法律制度中不同的意识形态.分析表明,美国公民有参与社会事务治理、维护公共利益的意识,能有效利用诉讼制度去积极、主动的保护环境.而我国人民受“各人自扫门前雪“陈旧观念的影响,对公共环境利益的损害表现出一种消极、被动的态度.     

Discontinuity-preserving optical flow algorithm

A modification of Horn and Schunk's approach is investigated, which leads to a better preservation of flow discontinuities. It improves Horn-Schunk model in three aspects: (1) It replaces the smooth weight coefficient in the energy equation by the variable weight coefficient. (2) It adopts a novel method to compute the mean velocity. The novel method also reflects the effect of the intensity difference on the image velocity diffusion. (3) It introduces a more efficient iterative method than the Ganss-Seidel method to solve the associated Euler-Lagrange equation. The experiment results validate the better effect of the improved method on preserving discontinuities.

A cellular automaton evacuation model based on mobile robot＇s behaviors

The research of evacuation in some emergencies, e.g. fire, is of great benefit to reducing the injuries of persons. In this paper, a cellular automaton evacuation model based on mobile robot＇s behaviors is presented. Each person is treated as an intelligent mobile robot, and motor schemas, including move-to-goal, avoid-obstacle, swirl-obstacle and nervous-motion, drive persons to interact with their environment. The motor schemas are combined with cellular automaton theory, and an evacuation model is built. Evacuation simulation of persons with different move velocities shows that the presented model can predict accurately the evacuation phenomena in some emergencies.
