甘肃省产业发展、技术投入对经济增长的贡献研究

本文从产业结构的角度，运用协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验分析了甘肃省1978-2005年间产业结构与经济增长的长期均衡关系。研究结果表明：第二产业对经济增长的贡献比较大，其经济增长弹性在0.5左右，第一、三产业的经济增长弹性相对较低：技术进步对经济增长的影响较微弱。     

宁强县7岁—14岁弱智儿童神经运动功能特点研究

对宁强县某两乡（缺碘地区）７岁～１４岁弱智（ＭｅｎｔａｌＲｅｔａｒｄａｔｉｏｎＭＲ）儿童及对照组儿童进行了神经运动功能检查，以查找该地区ＭＲ儿童的深层病因。结果表明，该地区ＭＲ儿童与正常儿童之间、该地区正常儿童与补碘后正常地区的儿童之间，在神经运动功能方面均存在显著性差异。进一步分析发现，这种神经运动功能损伤存在个体差异，即部分ＭＲ儿童在有智力落后的同时伴有神经运动功能障碍，而部分ＭＲ儿童仅表现为智力落后。因此提示，以碘缺乏为主的营养不足很可能是该地区ＭＲ儿童的致病因素之一。

球铁枝晶中硅锰元素偏析行为的研究

采用着色腐蚀法，借助电子探针定量分析了Ｓｉ、Ｍｎ元素在球铁枝晶中的分布特征及其偏析行为，以及碳当量、壁厚对Ｓｉ、Ｍｎ元素偏析行为的影响。结果表明：Ｓｉ在枝晶中的偏析系数ＫＳｉＳ和分配系数ＫＳｉ均大于１，而Ｍｎ的偏析系数ＫＭｎＳ和分配系数ＫＭｎ均小于１；Ｓｉ在奥氏体枝晶晶粒内分布具有一定的空间几何对称性，沿径向呈阶梯形分布特点；在Ｓｉ平均含量不变和试样壁厚相同的情况下，随着碳当量的增大，Ｓｉ、Ｍｎ元素在枝晶中的分配系数基本保持不变。     

镍正极掺杂NiOOH的MH/Ni电池性能

将化学氧化法合成的NiOOH以一定的比例掺杂到商用球形Ni(OH)2粉末当中,以此作为镍正极活性材料,制成额定容量为1 5Ah圆柱密封AA型MH/Ni碱性蓄电池·采用恒流充放电和交流内阻分析方法测试了该电池的性能·结果表明:镍正极掺杂NiOOH的MH/Ni电池在活化效率和循环寿命方面得到了明显的改善和提高,掺杂NiOOH的镍正极具有更高的反应活性及更小的电化学反应阻抗,因而表现出良好的电化学性能·实验表明,镍正极活性材料中NiOOH的掺杂量为1%～3%时对电池性能有较好的影响,掺杂量过多会降低电池的放电容量·     

多孔介质中可逆化学反应和传质过程数值模拟

考虑到流体同固体骨架间的化学反应对多孔介质内的传递过程有很大影响,在导出微元体的综合速率表达式基础上,建立了描述当流体同固体骨架间存在可逆化学反应时多孔介质内传递过程的数学模型,运用有效容积隐式方法对其进行数值求解·针对固定床中铁矿石的间接还原反应,分析了流速、颗粒半径、化学反应平衡常数、化学反应速率等主要参数以及Peclet数和Thiele数的相对大小对床层内气体浓度分布和固体转化率分布的影响规律·研究结果对反应器的设计和运行具有一定的参考作用·     

Cloning and molecular characterization of a gene encoding MAP kinase from maize and its expression in E. coli

A new MAPK gene, ZmSIMK1 （Zea mays L. salt-induced mitogen-activated protein kinase 1）, is isolatod from a maize eDNA library. The full-length ZmSIMK1 gene contains 1636 bp and an open reading frame of 1122 nucleotides capable of eneoding 373 amino acid polypeptides with a predicted molecular mass of 42.3 kda and pI of 6.01. The putative ZmSIMK1 protein contains all 11 conserved subdomains that are characteristics of serine/threonine protein kinases and the TEY motif, which is the putative phosphorylation site. Northern blot analysis shows that ZmSIMK1 is ubiquitously expressed in roots, stems, and leaves of maize seedlings and its mRNA accumulation is observed in maize seedlings treated with 30 mmol/L PEG-6000 and 137 mmol/L NaCl, but the expression of ZmSIMK1 is not significantly affected by 4℃ treatment. The expression vector pET-ZmSIMK1 is constructed by inserting the coding region of ZmSIMK1 eDNA into pET-42a（＋）, and transformed into E. coli strain BL21（DE3）. A 77kda fusion protein is induced by the further culture at 37℃ after addition of 1 mmol/L IPTG.     

Maize transformation via pollen tube pathway and the inheritance of transgene in progeny

The herbicide-resistant gene als was introduced into maize inbred line Qi319 through pollen-tube pathway. The inheritance of transgene was studied up to 33 generation. Transformation was performed by applying plasmid DNA carrying solution on the severed styles after self-pollination, or just prior to selfpoll/nation. After herbicide screening, PCR and Southern blot analysis, seventeen plants were confirmed positive in TO generation, and sixteen of them were self-bred to construct family to 33 progeny. Through PCR analysis and herbicide screening in offspring, four lines were confirmed following a 3 : 1 Mendelian segregation ratio. In other lines the numbers of positive plants were lower than expected. Therefore, it is necessary to select large population in progeny to produce stable inherited lines when transgene was delivered by pollen tube method.     

Identification of inhibitor of apoptosis specific DNase in Xenopus egg extract

When added with cytochrome c, Xenopus laevis egg extract XS-150 can induce exogenous nuclei undergoing apoptosis. Apoptosis specific DNase XAD was activated during this process, and cut chromatin between nucleosome, leading to DNA Ladder in electrophoresis. Our results showed that an inhibitor of XAD, IXAD, exists abundantly in normal egg extract, its molecular weight is about 40 ku. Normally, IXAD exists either in the form of dimmer or in complex with XAD. It was degraded during apoptosis, releasing active XAD. The results of Western assay and cross-inhibition showed that IXAD was likely homologous to DFF45 in structure and function. At the same time, these results also indicated that the pathway in apoptosis was conserved in evolution.
