刘师培“正名”思考的乌托邦瞬间

“正名”问题贯通了刘师培“变节”之前的思想脉络。刘师培一方面看到中国的意义系统在西方冲击之下需要依照“公例”来修正，另一方面也意识到在西方所主导的世界格局中，此一公例只会将中国置八这一霸权性关系，因而他的“正名”冲动意在同时“克服”中西弊端．也引导他走向无政府主义革命。刘师培的“正名”冲动呈现出晚清知识分子回应中西古今冲突的独特方式．此种冲动的兴衰起伏正相符于刘前后变化的轨迹。“正名”可以说激发出一个新的“起源”瞬间名物之间的关系的重新整理与确认，而且这一“视野”的边界不单是中国，甚至涵括进整个世界。刘师培激进的“乌托邦”政治观正是更大的“正名”问题的表现形式之一。而刘师培、章太炎和鲁迅关于“语言”问题思考的同异也暗示着他们对于中国未来的不同设想。     

New rapid transfer alignment method for SINS of airborne weapon systems

Transfer alignment is an effective alignment method for the strapdown inertial navigation system （SINS） of airborne weapon systems. The traditional transfer alignment methods for large misalignment angles alignment use nonlinear transfer align- ment models and incorporate nonlinear filtering. A rapid transfer alignment method with linear models and linear filtering for ar- bitrary misalignment angles is presented. Through the attitude quaternion decomposition, the purpose of transfer alignment is converted to estimate a constant quaternion. Employing special manipulations on measurement equation, velocity and attitude linear measurement equations are derived. Then the linear trans- fer alignment model for arbitrary misalignment angles is built. An adaptive Kalman filter is developed to handle modeling errors of the measurement noise statistics. Simulation results show feasibili- ty and effectiveness of the proposed method, which provides an alternative rapid transfer alignment method for airborne weapons.     

Apolipoprotein CIII hyperactivates β cell CaV1 channels through SR-BI/β1 integrin-dependent coactivation of PKA and Src

Apolipoprotein CIII (ApoCIII) not only serves as an inhibitor of triglyceride hydrolysis but also participates in diabetes-related pathological events such as hyperactivation of voltage-gated Ca²⁺ (Ca_V) channels in the pancreatic β cell. However, nothing is known about the molecular mechanisms whereby ApoCIII hyperactivates β cell Ca_V channels. We now demonstrate that ApoCIII increased Ca_V1 channel open probability and density. ApoCIII enhanced whole-cell Ca²⁺ currents and the Ca_V1 channel blocker nimodipine completely abrogated this enhancement. The effect of ApoCIII was not influenced by individual inhibition of PKA, PKC, or Src. However, combined inhibition of PKA, PKC, and Src counteracted the effect of ApoCIII, similar results obtained by coinhibition of PKA and Src. Moreover, knockdown of β1 integrin or scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI) prevented ApoCIII from hyperactivating β cell Ca_V channels. These data reveal that ApoCIII hyperactivates β cell Ca_V1 channels through SR-BI/β1 integrin-dependent coactivation of PKA and Src.     

（1-uv）-CONSTACYCLIC CODES OVER Fp＋uFp＋vFp＋uvFp

Constacyclic codes are an important class of linear codes in coding theory.Many optimal linear codes are directly derived from constacyclic codes.In this paper,（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over the local ring Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are studied.It is proved that the image of a（1 — uv）-constacyclic code of length n over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp under a Gray map is a distance invariant quasi-cyclic code of index p2 and length p3n over Fp.Several examples of optimal linear codes over Fp from（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are given.     

2002-2012年中国林学基础研究热点分析——基于国家自然科学基金申请项目和资助项目关键词的研究

本文通过对2002-2012年国家自然科学基金委员会林学学科申请和资助项目的关键词进行共词分析,剖析了各关键词之间的关系,并借助对高频关键词的聚类分析和多维尺度分析,揭示了这11年来林学学科基础研究的热点及其内涵,探讨了目前被科学家忽视的重要科学问题.这一分析将为做好林学学科布局,促进学科均衡持续发展提供帮助.     

低共熔物中的快速卤素交换反应

在绿色化学的研究中,低共熔物越来越受到重视.利用低共熔物作为反应介质和氯离子源,以α,α-二溴代羰基化合物为原料,通过室温下的卤素交换反应,在较短的时间内,可以制备α,α-二氯代羰基化合物,二氯代产物产率为76%~85%.在低共熔物中进行的卤素交换反应,原料相对易得,反应温和,具有快速、简便等优点,比较接近绿色化学的要求.     

体育教育中引入橄榄球运动的研究

橄榄球运动可以野蛮其体魄,践行着对体育精神的追求。探讨了在学校体育教育中开展橄榄球运动的价值。通过触式橄榄球、腰旗橄榄球和定期举办校级橄榄球赛事等途径进行普及和开展,对提高中国学生的自信心更具特殊价值。     

基于小波变换和支持向量机的心电信号ST段分类

摘要: 为完成ECG(Electrocardiogram)信号特征点提取, 并对ST 段分类, 提出了一种基于离散小波变换和支持向量机的ST 分类算法。首先对信号进行预处理, 完成噪声消除, QRS 波群检测和提取特征值; 然后计算ST段平均值、曲线面积和标准差, 并结合使用SVM(Support Vector Machine)对ST段进行分类。Matlab 仿真结果表
明, 小波去噪效果明显,ST 段未出现失真现象, 特征点提取完整。经MIT鄄BIT 数据库验证, 分类结果显示交叉验证准确率平均值为80. 70%, 训练准确率平均值为91. 83%, 测试准确率平均值为74. 28%。     

基于社交网络签到数据的城市空间相互作用和节点吸引力研究

基于社交网络大数据的研究视角,选取全国348个城市之间一年的跨城市社交媒体地理位置签到数据,采取优化粒子群(PSO)方法,使用引力模型,逆向推导该系统中空间相互作用的距离衰减函数以及各城市的节点吸引力。通过引入经济发展水平、产业结构、人口规模和结构、旅游竞争力、教育水平5个方面的12项变量,经过因子分析和回归分析,探究这些变量对节点吸引力的影响作用。结果表明,社交媒体签到系统中的交互流量符合距离衰减的幂律函数,与其他交互系统相比,其距离衰减系数偏小,说明全国尺度的城市间人的移动受距离影响不明显。对全国城市节点吸引力及其排名的进一步分析发现,与旅游竞争力、城市发展成熟度、人口规模这几个维度相关的因子对社交媒体签到系统中的城市节点吸引力有显著的影响。研究结论将为更好地理解人类签到和移动行为,为进一步了解复杂网络系统中节点吸引力的内涵做出一定的理论和实际贡献。     

Multi-threshold second-order phase transition in laser

We present a theory of the multi-threshold second-order phase transition,and experimentally demonstrate the multi-threshold secondorder phase transition phenomenon.With carefully selected parameters,in an external cavity diode laser system,we observe secondorder phase transition with multiple(three or four) thresholds in the measured power-current-temperature three dimensional phase diagram.Such controlled death and revival of second-order phase transition sheds new insight into the nature of ubiquitous secondorder phase transition.Our theory and experiment show that the single threshold second-order phase transition is only a special case of the more general multi-threshold second-order phase transition,which is an even richer phenomenon.
