AES／EBU数字音频传输标准

为了保证演播室中各种数字音频设备之间能够相互连接并且安全的传输数据，AES／EBU（声频工程协会／欧洲广播联盟）制定了AES／EBU数字音频接口标准并于1992对它进行重新修订。该标准现已成为专业数字音频较为流行的标准。本文主要对该标准进行详细的介绍。     

脉冲旁路耦合电弧GMAW焊接过程的稳定性控制

脉冲旁路耦合电弧GMAW(Pulsed DE-GMAW)是一种低热输入的新型焊接方法,可以应用于铝钢异种金属的焊接.针对其在开环条件下耦合电弧抗干扰能力较弱、焊接过程不稳定、焊缝成形较差等影响焊接质量的关键问题,提出通过调节主路弧长控制耦合电弧稳定性的方案,并利用Matlab/Simulink软件和xPC-target快速原型控制平台,进行耦合电弧弧长稳定性控制实验.结果表明:通过控制主路弧长可以有效解决Pulsed DE-GMAW焊接过程中耦合电弧稳定性问题,保证Pulsed DE-GMAW焊接质量,获得成形良好的焊缝形貌.

Teeming stream protection using an argon shroud during casting of steel ingots

Two kinds of argon shroud protection devices with two different basic structures were designed and investigated. Industrial experiments and numerical simulations were used to examine the protection effect, and the mechanism of air entrapment during the casting of steel ingots was analyzed. The influence of the structure of the argon shroud protection device on the protection effect was investigated. An argon shroud protection device mounted to the nozzle holder on the bottom of the ladle does not provide a good protection effect because air can easily flow into the teeming system and cause reoxidation of molten steel during teeming. By contrast, an argon shroud protection device seated on the top of the central trumpet provides an excellent protection effect, where air has little chance of flowing into the teeming system during casting. The feasibilities of the argon shroud protection devices are discussed.     

Incoherent control of two classes of finite-level quantum systems

The incoherent control of finite-level quantum systems is investigated.Following a brief introduction to coherent control paradigms in quantum control,a control problem that can not be accomplished using only coherent control is presented.For such a control problem,it is proved that it can be accomplished using incoherent control based on projective measurement and coherent control for two classes of finite-level quantum systems,i.e.,eigenstate controllable quantum systems and wavefunction controllable quantum systems.

通过对落球法粘滞系数测定仪的分析而获得实验误差来源，通过提高实验技巧而克服仪器的弊端，使小球沿容器中心轴线准确下落，从而提高了实验成功率。     

The RCT approach for cell coverage prediction (II): Experiment and early results

We study on the implementation flow of the radio computerized tomography (RCT) prediction method. A case in real cellular mobile radio (CMR) system together with the prediction results are also presented. As shown by the results, the RCT prediction method is marked for its convenience and rapidity, as well as its relative high precision even when the prediction procedure is highly simplified. Since it is developed according to the characteristics of wireless communication environments of our country and has concurrently merits from both statistical and deterministic prediction models, the RCT prediction method is in good agreement with engineering practices in cellular mobile communication in cities at home. Optimized by combining with other techniques, further improvement could be achieved in the stability and precision of the RCT prediction method which now serves as the core part of a software tool for commercial use in CMR system analysis and optimization. 在有关成果数据库(2000~2006年)的基础上,运用投影寻踪模型分析我国国防科技工业的科研创新能力,结论认为:我国科技工业科研创新能力在最近这几年是逐年提高,进步显著;但与发达国家相比,我国国防科技工业自主创新能力还不够强,距离创新型国防科技工业还有较大的差距。
