Spontaneous transformation of C60Br24 to C60 in solvents

It was found that C₆₀Br₂₄ transforms to C₆₀ spontaneously in some solvents. The intermediate, C₆₀Br₈, can be separated in some cases. When the bromine trap, phenol, was added,p-bromophenol and other brominated product were obtained and identified. The influences of time, the kind of solvent, etc were investigated. Molecular cloning and nucleotide sequence of classical swine fever virus strain Shimen

According to the previously published CSFV sequences, 18 paris of partially overlapping primers which span the entire genome of CSFV strain Shimen were designed and synthesized. Each cDNA fragment of strain Shimen was amplified by RT-PCR method from the anticoagulant blood of strain Shimen infected pig. The PCR fragments were cloned into pGEM-T vector respectively and sequenced. The results show that we have obtained the nucleotide sequence of strain Shimen. The viral RNA consists of 12 297 nucleotides including noncoding regions of 373 and 227 bases at the 5′ and 3′ end, respectively, and a single large open reading frame spanning 11 697 nucleotides in the middle, which encodes an amino acid sequence of 3 989 residues with a calculated molecular weight of 437.6×10³. 用于瞳孔序列图像分析的实时轮廓检测和参数提取

本文介绍一种医用图像分析系统．该系统连续获取瞳孔图像,根据对图像序列的某些先验知识自动确定门限．在此基础上进行快速边缘检测,并自动修补缺损的目标轮廓．在判定所得轮廓有效后计算目标面积．若数据无效则自动重新采样．序列图像观测结束后对间隔不均匀的数据进行内插校正．系统所提供的分析结果可用于临床和医学研究     

镦粗工艺理论与技术的进展

提出了普通平板间镦粗圆柱体高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〉１时刚塑性力学模型的拉应力理论和高径比Ｈ／Ｄ〈１的静水应力力学模型的剪应力理论,前者打破了传统工程塑性力学中所阐述的镦粗体内部总处于三向压应力之说,后者圆满地解释了大型饼类锻件中常出现的“夹馅饼”缺陷问题,平板镦粗所理论已被定性物理模拟和定量数值模拟,广义滑移线解,力学分块法和生产解剖试验所证实,在该新理论基础上,进一步提出方柱镦粗的两个新力学模型,锥形板镦

钢筋混凝土无柱帽式无梁楼盖板的弯曲分析

将整体双向钢筋混凝土无柱帽式无梁楼盖视为支承于等矩柱网上的正交各向异性板,依据ｋｉｒｃｈｈｏｆｆ薄板理论,利用变形的对称性,并借助Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ求解方法,给出了均布荷载作用下楼盖板弯曲挠度的解析解。本文解析解收敛很快,使用较为方便,对该类问题的工程设计有一定的参考价值。
