二硝酸(N,N,N′,N′—四正丁基丁二酰胺)合铀酰(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其性质

合成化合物Bu_2NCO(CH_2)_2CONBu_2,并制备相应的硝酸铀酰配合物UO_2[Bu_2NCO(CH_2)_2CONBu_2](NO_3)_2通过摩尔电导、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重分析等测试,研究该配合物的有关性质。     

乙基紫水相光度法测定废水中痕量银的研究

本文讨论了在硫酸溶液介质中,在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,乙基紫同碘银酸生成蓝色三元络合物,用水相分光光度法测定痕量银的实验条件,并用于测定定影液废水和镀银工业废水中的痕量银。     

用溅射方法制备金属超微粒

研究了一种制备金属超微粒的新物理方法——溅射法.介绍了该方法的装置并阐明了其基本物理原理.通过Ag、Au超微粒的制备及其透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪观察与分析表明,用此法可制备纳米量级的球形金属结晶超徽粒.     

环焊缝质量对压力容器安全性能影响的分析

为了有针对性地采取预防措施,最大限度地减少压力容器爆破事故发生的根源,对部分爆破的圆筒形压力容器起爆点位置进行了统计分析,得知由环焊缝引起的压力容器破坏几率远远大于由纵焊缝引起的破坏,环焊缝是压力容器中薄弱环节之一。据此提出了在今后设计、制造、检验、安装、使用、维修一系列过程中,要改变过去只单方面注重纵焊缝质量,轻视环焊缝质量的观念,应加强对环焊缝质量这一薄弱环节的认识。     

脱落酸对离体叶片衰老的影响及其与活性氧代谢的关系

研究了脱落酸对离体韭菜叶片衰老的影响与活性氧代谢的关系.发现在暗诱导衰老过程中膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量随超氧物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性和抗坏血酸、谷胱甘肽含量下降而增加.脱落酸处理后,伴随着叶绿素和蛋白质含量下降,超氧物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性和抗坏血酸、谷胱甘肽含量降低,而丙二醛含量增加.证明脱落酸促进离体韭菜叶片衰老的作用与活性氧代谢有密切关系.     

H—空间中的一些变分不等式

本文利用广义Gwinner定理,证明了H-空间中一些变分不等式解的存在定理,所得结果是Guinner和[6]中相应结果的推广。     

Direct observation of the clockwise light-driven rotation of F<Subscript>0</Subscript>F<Subscript>1</Subscript>-ATP synthase complex

The purified thermophilic bacterium PS3 F₁ β _10×His-tag is inserted into the F_oF₁-ATP synthases of chro-matophores isolated from photosynthetic bacteria Rhodo-spirillum rubrum. The studies of biochemical properties of the hybrid chromatophores show that they have both protons-driving capability and photophosphorylation. The fluorescent actin filaments, as a marker of its orientation by video-microscopic experiment, are connected via Maleimido-C₃-NTA to the reconstituted β_10×His-tag of F_oF₁-ATP synthases. The clockwise rotation of F_oF₁-ATP synthases driven by light is observed directly when viewed from the F_o side to F₁. This system should be valuable for further studying the coupling property of F_oF₁-ATP synthase.     

炮兵群火力计划评估仿真研究

针对目前炮兵作业缺乏对火力计划科学性、可行性进行系统、定量验证的现状,提出了一个定量评估炮兵群火力计划的新方法,该方法按由点到面、逐层累加的步骤对火力计划的火力分配方案和毁伤效果进行评估.研究了相应的评估模型,实现了一个能较全面、系统地定量评估炮兵群火力计划科学性、可行性的仿真系统.最后给出并分析了仿真试验的部分评估结果,仿真结果验证了模型的有效性、系统的实用性.     

多牵引床网络化控制系统设计

医疗保健牵引床的应用非常广泛，但是目前市场上的牵引床多为机械式手工操作，医护人员的工作量较大．文章提出了一种基于网络的智能型微电脑控制牵引床设计方案，牵引床控制系统采用89C52为核心，上位机基于WINDOWS操作系统结合数据库技术控制多台牵引床，可方便地构建医疗网络，也可单台使用．     

The induction of Sinorhizobium meliloti C4-dicarboxylate transport system （Dct） is regulated by oxygen concentration

The Sinorhizobium meliloti C4-dicarboxylate transport （Dct） system is essential for symbiotic nitrogen fixation. The dctA gene, encoding the C4-dicarboxylate permease, is expressed in both free living and symbiotic cells. But in free living cells expression of dctD and dctB is absolutely required for the expression of dctA. In this study, in order to investigate the effect of oxygen concentration on the induction of Dct system, E. coli DH5a strain which carries the plasmid-encoded dctABD operon was used in tube assays. It was found that the specific induction of Dct system oc- curred only at a certain depth under the surface of M63-0.6% agar media, suggesting that Dct system could respond to oxygen concentration during succinate-induced expression. Furthermore, when measured at different oxygen concentrations, the highest expression level was observed at oxygen concentration of 2%. Thus, we predict that in addition to dicarboxylates, the induction of Dct system may also regulated by oxygen concentration.
