目前上海市的上市公司最终由政府控制的占89％，政府或国家在上市公司的控制中仍占主导地位。从净资产收益率(ROE)和市净率(Q)的角度比较不同的中间控股类型的绩效情况，得出同行业同专业的实业公司作为控股股东公司绩效最好，同时通过这些比较表明股权结构和产权的不同归属与公司绩效之间存在密切的关联。

基于维护的产品使用可靠性评估及应用

在对定期维护条件下的产品进行可靠性分析时,由于现有性能退化处理方法没有考虑维修行为对产品性能信息的影响,导致处理结果无法准确反映工程需要。考虑维护对该类产品退化量的影响,利用复合Poisson过程对其退化过程进行了建模,并给出了模型参数的矩估计方法,进而给出了一种与定期维护条件下的产品退化过程更加相符的可靠性评估方法。通过进行仿真算例分析,验证了方法的可行性,并说明了方法对合理选取维修决策具有一定的应用价值。

Learning multivariate time series causal graphs based on conditional mutual information

Detection and clarification of cause-effect relationships among variables is an important problem in time series analysis.This paper provides a method that employs both mutual information and conditional mutual information to identify the causal structure of multivariate time series causal graphical models.A three-step procedure is developed to learn the contemporaneous and the lagged causal relationships of time series causal graphs.Contrary to conventional constraint-based algorithm, the proposed algorithm does not involve any special kinds of distribution and is nonparametric.These properties are especially appealing for inference of time series causal graphs when the prior knowledge about the data model is not available.Simulations and case analysis demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.     

Scale invariant features extraction for stereo vision

Stable local feature detection is a fundamental component of many stereo vision problems such as 3-D reconstruction, object localization, and object tracking. A robust method for extracting scale-invariant feature points is presented. First, the Harris corners in three-level pyramid are extracted. Then, the points detected at the highest level of the pyramid are correctly propagated to the lower level by pyramid based scale invariant (PBSI) method. The corners detected repeatedly in different levels are chosen as final feature points. Finally, the characteristic scale is obtained based on maximum entropy method. The experimental results show that the algorithm has low computation cost, strong antinoise capability, and excellent performance in the presence of significant scale changes.     

改善供应链库存管理绩效的系统思考——以啤酒游戏为例

运用基于系统动力学的动态研究的方法,以啤酒游戏为例,从动态复杂性的视角,探讨了改善供应链库存管理绩效的影响因素和解决方案。认为"系统结构""控制策略"和"控制参数"是影响供应链库存管理绩效的3类要素,提出了调整订货周期匹配订货提前期的"结构性解决方案"、基于考虑已发出订单和在途货物量的"策略性解决方案"和基于参数控制的"操作性解决方案"。并且,通过系统仿真分析和人工试验,研究了这3类要素在集中控制和分散控制模式下对库存绩效的影响。结果表明,这3类解决方案在集中控制模式下的有效性依次递增,而在分散控制模式下的有效性依次递减。该结果展示了多级供应链库存系统的动态复杂性,以及系统思考在处理动态复杂性方面的重要性和有效性。
