基于泊位坐标的无人船自主靠泊仿真研究

针对神经网络自主靠泊控制器只能完成特定港口的靠泊,而无法拓展到其他没有训练数据的泊位这一问题,提出一种以泊位顶点为原点,岸线为y轴的坐标系(泊位坐标系)。采用泊位坐标系中相对位置来训练神经网络控制器,在V.Dragon-5000航海模拟器中选取集装箱船“银河号”,在大连港进行靠泊训练后,成功将靠泊控制器拓展到没有训练数据的深圳蛇口港与新加波樟宜港。仿真验证了采用新建立的坐标系可以拓展神经网络自主靠泊控制器适用范围,减小训练数据所需的成本。     

定西市地下水开采引起的环境地质问题及对策

定西市城市供水主要依赖于西部的内官-香泉盆地地下水。本文从定西市城市供水水源地水文地质特征和地下水动态分析入手,指出由于长期的超量开采导致地下水位急剧下降,定西市城市供水水源地已面临地下水资源枯竭等环境地质问题。如何有效的利用地下水资源,以满足定西市城市经济的可持续发展已成为十分紧迫问题。除了采取节水措施,提高水资源的利用率外,跨流域调水是中远期解决定西城市供水的有效对策。     

A buffer insertion and simultaneous sizing timing optimization algorithm

A path-based timing optimization algorithm for buffer insertion and simultaneous sizing is proposed. Firstly, candidate buffer insertion location and buffer size for each branch in a given routing path were obtained via localized timing optimization. Then, through evaluating each potential insertion against design objectives, potential optimal buffer insertion locations and sizes for the whole routing tree were determined. At last, by removing redundant buffer insertion operations which do not maximize S （ so ）, given timing requirements are finally fulfilled through minimum number of buffers.

DNA编码的模型分析

提出了适应DNA计算的DNA编码问题.对等码长的DNA编码问题的数学模型进行分析.以优化码长作为目标,分析了约束条件.以杂交反应为核心将约束条件分为基本约束和控制生化实验的约束,而控制生化实验的约束包含组合约束和热力学约束.控制移动不匹配的下值才能控制杂交反应,由此改进了移动距离.引入窗口距离解决了错配总量和分布的控制问题.

Heritable germline epimutation of MSH2 in a family with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer

Epimutations in the germline, such as methylation of the MLH1 gene, may contribute to hereditary cancer syndrome in human, but their transmission to offspring has never been documented. Here we report a family with inheritance, in three successive generations, of germline allele-specific and mosaic hypermethylation of the MSH2 gene, without evidence of DNA mismatch repair gene mutation. Three siblings carrying the germline methylation developed early-onset colorectal or endometrial cancers, all with microsatellite instability and MSH2 protein loss. Clonal bisulfite sequencing and pyrosequencing showed different methylation levels in different somatic tissues, with the highest level recorded in rectal mucosa and colon cancer tissue, and the lowest in blood leukocytes. This mosaic state of germline methylation with different tissue distribution could act as the first hit and provide a mechanism for genetic disease inheritance that may deviate from the mendelian pattern and be overlooked in conventional leukocyte-based genetic diagnosis strategy.     

基于L-M算法的EV71传播预测模型

本文基于神经网络L-M优化算法,提出一种时EV71病毒的有效预测模型,利用matlab进行仿真模拟,结果和阜阳病毒感染情况非常符合.神经网络L-M优化算法克服了神经网络BP算法收敛速度慢的缺点,同时通过学习训练,本模型的神经系统具有有效性和通用性的特点.
