基于通用接口母线的自动测试方法

论述基于GPIB智能化测试系统的原理和设计开发方法。通过高级语言封装，统一发送命令、接收执行结果和执行结果提取函数，系统建立了逻辑规则库，在测试过程中根据测试结果与设置的报警阈值等参数进行比较，根据设定的判断规则，对测试流程进行动态调整。     

Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4/α-Fe2O3复合材料的磁性和电阻率温度关系研究

采用化学共沉淀法制备了Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4和α-Fe2O3纳米微粉,进而利用陶瓷工艺制备了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x纳米晶复合块体材料.详细研究了(Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4)1-x/(α-Fe2O3)x样品的相结构、磁学性质和电阻率的温度依赖性.研究发现在Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4中掺入适量的α-Fe2O3可改善材料的高频软磁性能,也可改善样品电阻率的温度灵敏度.从而为锰锌铁氧体性能的改善提供了新的线索.

用ab-initio法对硅氧烷及硅酸分子的研究指出,在硅酸盐中,由于电子的局域性,体系的总能量可以向结构单元或双中心分割:从而可以得到Si-O~(br)比Si-O~(ter)更稳定。用这些结果可以解释硅酸盐的许多性质。     

Effect of Carboxymethyl Starch as Stabilizer for Increasing the Stability of Warp Sizing Pastes

The influences of carboxymethyl starch used as stabilizer upon the stability of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes for warp sizing have been investigated. The effect of the modified starch on the paste stability was evaluated in terms of the initial demixing time and the volume percentage of separated starch. The carboxymethyl starch with a series of different degrees of substitution was prepared in ethanol dispersion by varying the amount of monochloroacetic acid reacted with refined native cornstarch. The paste stability strongly depends on the modification extent and amount of carboxymethyl starch used, and on native starch content in the paste. Increase in the modification extent and/or the amount of the modified starch effectively retards the phase separation and reduces the separation extent of native cornstarch-polyvinyl alcohol blend pastes. A UDDI Based Shared Resources Management Mechanism in Virtual Enetrprises .

Service and information resources are two kinds of major shared resources in virtual enterprises, where, service resources include third party‘s service resources and enterprise‘s legacy service resources, and information resources include database resources and file resources. Since service and information resources have distributed, autonomic, remotely bound as well as some other similar characteristics, an implementation mechanism on managing shared resources based on UDDI are presented. XML instances are used to describe resources authorization information, WSDLbased special XML instance represents information resource metadata, and these XML instancesare referenced by tModel for realizing the purpose of managing shared resources metadata based on UDDI.     

Analysis of cDNA sequence, protein structure and expression of parotid secretory protein in pig

Parotid secretory protein (PSP) secreted abundantly in saliva, whose function is related with the anti-bacterial effect. The PSP cDNA has been isolated from pig parotid glands by 3′ and 5′ rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE), based on the conserved signal peptide region among the known mammalian PSP. The result of homologous comparison shows that pig PSP and human PSP shares the high identity at the level of the primary, secondary and tertiary protein structure. A search for functionally significant protein motifs revealed a unique amino acid sequence pattern consisting of the residues Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(7)-Leu-X(6)-Leu-X(6)-Leu near the amino-terminal portion of the protein, which is important to its function. RT-PCR, Dot blot and Northern blot analysis demonstrated that PSP was strongly expressed in parotid glands, but not in other tissues.     

Abnormal piezoresponse behavior of Pb（Mg1／3Nb2／3）O3-30% PbTiO3 single crystal studied by high vacuum scanning force microscopy

The piezoresponse behavior dependence of the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTi03 single crystal on the vacuum degree has been investigated by scanning force microscopy in the piezoresponse mode under high vacuum. Unusual piezoresponse behavior related to the screening charges compensation mechanism is observed on the (111) crystal face. The significant piezoresponse degradation behavior with low piezoresponse signal under high vacuum is attributed to the instability of the polarization state due to the insufficient compensation of the intrinsic screening charges for the polarization charges in PMN-30%PT single crystal. In contrast, the remarkable domain contrast of the sample at ambient pressure is owing to the dominant surface screening charges deriving from surface adsorption, which plays an important role in determining the stability of the domain behavior and in achieving the optimal properties.     

体外预应力混凝土梁的非线性有限元分析

体外预应力结构在承载能力极限状态下的性能是设计关注的重要问题 ,而现行规范中并没有提出一种有效的计算方法 .而采用非线性有限元程序对体外预应力混凝土梁进行全过程分析不失为一种较精确的方法 ,同时考虑了混凝土和钢筋的材料非线性以及结构的几何非线性 ,建立了体外预应力简支梁的三维分析模型 ,分析并模拟了在三分点荷载作用下加载直到破坏的全过程 ,并和试验进行了比较
