激光清洗技术的初步研究和应用

激光清洗技术与其他清洗方法（化学清洗、超声波清洗等）相比,具有保证清洗对象无损、清洗效果好、精细、无污染等优点,正在被广泛的研究和应用.根据去除原理的不同,激光清洗技术被分类为干式激光清洗、湿式激光清洗和激光等离子体冲击波等方法.本文介绍了本单位项目组对激光清洗技术的初步研究和应用.     

Rong Shuan Jiao Nang in the treatment of acute mountain sickness and high altitude myocardial ischemic syndrome in Yushu

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Rong Shuan Jiao Nang (RSJN) on treatment of acute mountain sickness (AMS) and high altitude myocardial ischemic syndrome in workers in Yushu,three groups were studied: group A (60 patients with AMS,given RSJN),group B (15 patients with altitude myocardial ischemic syndrome, given RSJN),and group C (control,without drugs). All studied subjects were lowland workers who were first time entry to Yushu for work at an altitude of 4 250 m. During the course of treatment,a routing physical examination was performed,AMS Lake Louise Scores were estimated,arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2),electrocardiography and hemoglobin concentration were measured before and after using RSJN for 10 days. In group A,the effective rate was 68 %,symptomatic improvement in 54 cases (90 %) within 5 days. In group B,the effective rate was 93 %,episodes of angina pectoris stopped in 12 patients within 3 ~ 7 days,one lasted 8 days. After treatment, the level of SaO2 increased 15.5 %,21.8 % and 5.6 % in group A,group B and group C,respectively. RSJN taken at the start of the arrival at Yushu can decrease AMS scores and facilitate cure. If taken after the illness has begun,RSJN may help lessen symptoms,especially effectively improved angina pectoris of the high altitude myocardial ischemic syndrome. Symptoms usually subside after 3 ~ 8 days. RSJN should be continually used for at least 7 days after ascent.     

Design, synthesis and nonlinear optical properties of “dendronized hyperbranched polymers”

A new type of dendritic polymer, named dendronized hyperbranched polymer (DHP), was prepared successfully by the macro-monomer approach. Thanks to the perfect 3D isolation effects, DHPG1 exhibited good NLO property with d 33 value of 133 pm/V, higher than its analogues of dendronized polymer and dendrimer, and its stability of NLO effect was also enhanced.     

Overexpression of N-cadherin is correlated with metastasis and worse survival in colorectal cancer patients

N-cadherin is related to the progression and metastases of several solid carcinomas. However, it was still unclear whether N-cadherin is overexpressed in colorectal malignant tumors that have stronger malignant tendency. In this study, we used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression patterns of N-cadherin in both the primary tumors and their normal mucosa tissues of 120 patients with colorectal cancer. We revealed that N-cadherin was expressed in 78.3% (94/120) of colorectal tumor tissues and in only 9.2% (11/120) of paired distant normal mucosa tissues with a significant difference (P=0.000). The low, moderate, and high expression of N-cadherin protein was 42.5%, 30.8%, and 26.7%, respectively. N-cadherin overexpression was associated with advanced TNM stage, lymph nodes metastasis and distant metastasis (P<0.05). Patients with N-cadherin overexpressed showed the obvious lower overall survival rate than those with moderate and low expression, and patients with low expression had a better survival rate than those with moderate and high expression (P<0.05). In conclusion, high N-cadherin expression may lead to tumor aggressiveness and metastatic potential in colorectal cancer, and may prove to be a possible prognostic factor.     

Informative gene selection using the Algebraic Connectivity Strength of Point and Scoring Criteria

This paper presents a novel method that integrates the Algebraic Connectivity Strength of Point(ACSP) and Scoring Criteria to identify genes associated with tumor type.First,for each gene,the ACSP is used to identify reliable expression levels of the gene in all the samples.The informative genes are then selected using Scoring Criteria based on these reliable expression levels.Finally,the Support Vector Machine(SVM) classifier is used to classify the two datasets of gene expression profiling.The results show that the informative genes selected by the proposed method have higher credibility than those selected by Scoring Criteria alone.

硬态车削轴承钢GCr15切屑形成机理分析

使用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS对硬态车削淬硬轴承钢GCr15（62HRC）的切削过程进行仿真,从切屑形态出发,结合切削力和切削温度等场量对切屑的形成过程进行分析.结果表明：在低速（60 m/min）切削时,没有形成明显的绝热剪切带而形成了连续切屑;在高速（181 m/min）切削时,形成了锯齿状切屑和绝热剪切带,且因绝热剪切区的热软化效应而使材料的承载能力下降,切削力发生波动;在高速切削时,工件与切屑自由表面处出现了微裂纹,并在一定程度上沿绝热剪切带而向刀尖方向扩展,使得锯齿更加明显,导致切削力“二次下降”并推迟了下一锯齿节块的形成;硬态车削淬硬轴承钢GCr15的绝热剪切是形成锯齿状切屑的前提,而周期性微裂纹的出现和扩展则是源于绝热剪切作用下材料发生的韧性断裂.     

基于性别分异的旅游行为特征分析——以广西大新县为例

男性游客和女性游客的旅游行为差异研究对于旅游目的地营销具有重要意义。以广西大新县的调查数据为基础,对男性游客和女性游客的旅游行为进行细致分析,得出如下结论:男性游客和女性游客的游前行为体现出了"大趋同,小分异"特征;游中行为的交通方式和旅游方式亦呈现"同中有异"特征,而停留时间和消费水平则具有较大分异性;在游后阶段,女性游客的旅游满意度和忠诚度比男性游客更高。     

脱硫石膏在水泥生产中的应用

主要阐述了脱硫石膏的概念、主要成分及其应用分类,及其在我国水泥工业中作为缓凝剂的性能和再处理方法,分析了脱硫石膏全部替代天然石膏生产水泥的优点及其注意事项,实现脱硫石膏的资源化利用。     

不同性别死亡率对食饵-捕食者系统动态行为影响的计算机模拟研究

文章应用计算机模拟的方法,研究了具有性别结构的两种群食饵-捕食者模型,讨论了不同性别的死亡率对两种群竞争生态数学模型动态行为的影响.结果表明,雌性死亡率低于0.477时,食饵种群的数量可以达到自生的繁殖需求,虽然随着雌性死亡率的增加,雄性食饵数量、雌性食饵种群数量以及捕食者种群数量都在递减,但是由于食饵的数量可以满足捕食者种群的基本需求,不足以使种群灭绝.雌性死亡率高时,雄性食饵种群数量较之之前急剧下降,而且捕食者种群灭绝,说明食饵的数量不足以满足捕食者种群的基本需求,导致其灭绝.当雌性死亡率高时,由于雌性数量相对较少,无法满足食饵种群的繁殖要求,导致整个食饵种群灭绝,可见雄性死亡率对种群数量变化的影响程度较低.
