Functional analysis of the ABA-responsive protein family in ABA and stress signal transduction in Arabidopsis

The phytohormone abscisic acid (ABA) plays an important role in plant growth and development, for example in seed dormancy and germination, as well as in plant responses to environmental stresses, such as drought and high salinity. Previous studies have shown that ABA regulates the expression of genes with an ABA-responsive element (ABRE) and their corresponding physiological responses. Bioinformatics analysis identified a GRAM domain-containing gene family that has a multiple ABRE cis-element, which was termed the ABA-responsive protein (ABR) family. To analyze the function of the ABR family, we identified homozygous T-DNA insertion mutants and constructed abr1, 2, 3 double mutants and triple mutant. The abr1, abr2 and abr3 single mutants showed a normal phenotype; however, the germination of seeds of the double mutants and triple mutant were insensitive to ABA, NaCl, mannitol and glucose. ABR1-GFP was distributed as a punctate structure in the cytosol and may be localized in the endomembrane system. The ABR2-GFP and ABR3-GFP proteins localized in the cytoplasm. In addition, ABR1, ABR2 and ABR3 were expressed in various tissues, and could be induced by several abiotic stresses, especially by ABA. The expressions of these genes were significantly suppressed in aba2, abi1 and abi2 null mutants. These results suggested that the ABR family may act downstream of ABI1 and ABI2 in the ABA signal transduction process in plants.     

一类商品价格供需系统的稳定性分析

运用动力系统稳定性理论,建立了一类具有时滞脉冲的商品价格供需系统,讨论了一类商品价格供需系统的稳定性问题.给出了系统在时滞脉冲下零解渐近稳定的条件,分析系统参数、脉冲和时滞量之间的相对关系对系统的影响,发现在一定条件下商品市场的价格调节机制是可行的,能够保证市场商品价格的稳定,但价格这种调节机制是有限的,一旦超出这个范围,就会出现市场商品价格的不稳定.最后进行数值仿真,验证了时滞脉冲稳定的有效性,并给出了经济学解释.     

Behavior and adrenal activity in a group of zoo golden snub-nosed monkeys, Rhinopithecus roxellana, following social structure change

The effects of individual removal by zoo managers on behavior and fecal glucocorticoid changes in snub-nosed monkeys(Rhinopithecus roxellana) were investigated at Beijing Zoo.The results showed that the effect of the removal of three subordinate individuals(DD,male,4 years;XZZ,male,3 years and LL,female,3 years) from a group varied across the remaining group members that may be related to individual’s social status,gender and age.The dominant male was impacted less than subordinate individuals in both the frequency and time duration for the four main behavioral categories.The frequency of stereotypic behavior significantly decreased in the dominant female after the removal of three animals(Z= 2.862,P=0.003).Fluctuations were found in both the behavioral frequency and time duration in other remaining individuals.These findings suggest that small,socially stable groups were somewhat resilient to changes in member composition.Moreover,the cortisol level did not change significantly in the remaining members.An alternative method of hormone assay using fecal samples for vulnerable animals was presented,and that may be useful for monitoring wild golden monkeys and other endangered species of animal.     

Enhancing site style tree construction algorithm

The World Wide Web has become a global information service center with a vast amount of news, advertisements, product and service information, and disparate information from diversified sources. However, only a small portion of information is truly relevant and useful to the users who are seeking information on specific topics. In this paper, common relations among nodes are taken into consideration when constructing site style tree, and a new node type is introduced. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher precision and recall.

输电线路OPGW光纤网络可靠性分析与设计

文章针对基于OPGW单芯光纤的输电线路监测系统网络的远距离、高带宽特点和低抗毁性的缺点,提出了一种基于多级级联技术的OPGW光纤网络的组网方法,给出了二级级联模式下系统失效的马尔科夫模型与概率计算公式,与单芯传输模式下的可靠性进行了分析对比,并分析了该模式下系统的抗毁性.采用多级级联技术的网络可靠性优于单芯传输模式,并且可靠性随着级联数的增加而提高.

一种适用于16级TDI CMOS图像传感器的电流型累加器(英文)

提出一种适用于混合域累加的16级时间延迟积分(Time Delay Integration,TDI)型CMOS图像传感器的电流型累加器.为了实现混合域的累加,电流信号首先在电流型累加器中累加4次,累加的结果被量化成数字量后再次完成4次的累加,即4×4的混合累加模式.详细分析了电流型累加器的热噪声和闪烁噪声特性,并给出了等效输入噪声的均方根电压表达式,并结合仿真工具进行分析验证.提出的电流型累加器电路在CMOS180nm 1.8V供电电源的工艺下实现,电路的功耗为0.37mW,芯片面积为0.03mm×0.82mm.经过电流型累加器的4次累加后,能够将信号的信噪比提升5.86dB.     

一种消除锯齿的图像放大算法

为了最大程度消除图像放大后出现的锯齿现象,提出了一种新的二次导数连续的多结点立方卷积插值函数,通过增加结点使得插值曲线更加的平滑;同时对插值函数引入逆梯度约束条件,然后根据图像放大的倍数定义一个适当的模板对图像进行卷积操作,自适应的消除图像放大后出现的锯齿现象。实验结果表明,该算法在对图像执行高倍放大时,几乎看不到锯齿,同时图像的清晰度也保持的较好。     

Microstructure of Ba0.615Sr0.35Mg0.035TiO3 dielectric ceramics via X-ray spectrum analysis

The compound Ba0.615Sr0.35Mg0.035TiO3 was analyzed by the X-ray dispersed spectroscopy analyzer (SEM-EDAX) with the spec-trum image method, a powerful tool for chemical phase identification. The method was first time applied on a ceramic material to collect spectrum image and was progressed to identify the Mg-enriched component with fine scale pocket shown in matrix. This result, together with the stoichiometry result obtained from spot mode spectrum analysis, strongly confirmed the microstructure and properties of dielectric materials.
