Studies on kinetics of reactions between phycobiliproteins and hydroxyl radicals by a pulse radiolytic technique

Scavenging of hydroxyl radical (· OH) by phycobiliproteins (C-phycocyanin, Allophycocyanin and R-phycoerythrin) was studied by competitive kinetics methods. Hydroxyl radicals were generated from pulse radiolysis of aqueous systems saturated with nitrous oxide (N₂O). The experimental results indicated that the three types of phycobiliproteins are all strong scavengers of · OH, the rate constants are around (2.8-5.6)×10⁹ L · mol^-1 · s^-1.     

Chemical treatments of the nanocrystalline porous TiO2 electrodes

Two types of nanocrystalline porous TiO₂ electrodes were prepared by the hydrothermal and painting methods. The incident photon-to-current efficiency and photoelectrical conversion efficiency were both improved by chemical treatments of titanium tetrachloride and titanium isopropoxide. The surface roughness, quantities of adsorbed dye, photocurrent-voltage curves, IR spectra and UV-visible absorption spectra were measured, and the mechanism of chemical treatments was discussed.

研制了一种水性涂料防沉剂,该防沉剂由苯乙烯与顺丁烯二酸酐在甲苯溶剂中共聚而成。通过正交试验确定优化工艺条件为：反应温度８０℃,反应时间４．５ｈ。苯乙烯与顺丁烯二酸酐质量比６．５：５,甲苯用量２５ｇ,引发剂用量０．１ｇ。

基于存储局域网络的集群多媒体服务器

针对存储系统这一多媒体服务器的瓶颈,将存储局域网络(SAN)这种新兴的存储系统应用于多媒体服务器,分析了SAN的优点,指出它非常适合于多媒体服务器.并利用SAN的优点,提出了将服务器和存储系统两层集群.服务器使用复制及加权调度,使用并改进了MMPacking算法,提高了Cache的命中率.存储系统使用了窄交叉,并给出了选择交叉宽度、深度及磁盘块尺寸的方法.
