Syntheses and lyotropic liquid crystal properties of a series of sandwich-type tungstoarsenates heteropoly compounds with As/W ratio of 4/30

A series of sandwich-type tungstoarsenates heteropoly compounds with As/W ratio of 4/30, Na16[As4W30M4(H2O)2O112]·XH2O (M = Zn,Cu,Co,Ni,Mn and Cd), have been synthesized for the first time and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 183W NMR spectra. The crystal structure of Na16[As4W30Cu4(H2O)2O112]·63H2O was determined to be a triclinic system, of P1 symmetry, a = 1.2721(3) nm, b = 2.451 6(5) nm, c = 2.6450(5) nm, α= 89.90(3)°,β= 77.32(3)°, γ= 89.96(3)°, 2=2. Using tetrahepty lammonium bromide as a phase transfer reagent, [As4W30Cu4(H2O)2O112]16- was transferred from aqueous solution to organic phase (benzene), and the heteropolyanion lost the coordination water molecules to form the coordination-unsaturated ion. After lactic acid was added to the benzene solution, the coordination-saturation was recovered. By esterification reaction between lactic acid and cholesterin, the latter was attached to the heteropolyanion indirectly. Therefore, a new type of lyotropic liquid crystal was obtained, which was characterized by a polarimicroscope, DSC and variable temperature wide-angle X-ray diffraction.

基于属性约简的决策表算法

Rough Set理论通过属性约简和决策规则约简,达到发掘知识并简化知识的目的。本文首先给出了属性重要性的度量方法,然后对条件属性的简化进行了阐述,最后,讨论了一致决策表最小算法的三类优化问题。并通过一个实例证明了这种算法。     

狗尾草的同工酶分析

分析了冀东地区的狗尾草及变种大狗尾草的过氧化物酶、酯酶同工酶差异，并与谷子（冀谷８８８）同工酶进行比较。结果表明：两种狗尾草过氧化物酶同工酶有三条带不同，酯酶同工酶有４条带有差异。同工酶分析表明大狗尾草与谷子品种亲缘关系更接近些。     

Optimal multi-asset investment with no-shorting constraint under mean-variance criterion for an insurer

This paper considers the optimal investment strategy for an insurer under the criterion of mean-variance. The risk process is a compound Poisson process and the insurer can invest in a risk-free asset and multiple risky assets. This paper obtains the optimal investment policy using the stochastic linear quadratic (LQ) control theory with no-shorting constraint. Then the efficient strategy (optimal investment strategy) and efficient frontier are derived explicitly by a verification theorem with the viscosity solution of Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation.     

Workload-aware request routing in cloud data center using software-defined networking

Large latency of applications will bring revenue loss to cloud infrastructure providers in the cloud data center. The existing controllers of software-defined networking architecture can fetch and process traffic information in the network. Therefore, the controllers can only optimize the network latency of applications. However, the serving latency of applications is also an important factor in delivered user-experience for arrival requests. Unintelligent request routing will cause large serving latency if arrival requests are allocated to overloaded virtual machines. To deal with the request routing problem, this paper proposes the workload-aware software-defined networking controller architecture. Then, request routing algorithms are proposed to minimize the total round trip time for every type of request by considering the congestion in the network and the workload in virtual machines(VMs). This paper finally provides the evaluation of the proposed algorithms in a simulated prototype. The simulation results show that the proposed methodology is efficient compared with the existing approaches.     

完善异步电动机能耗制动的理论分析

本文用等效模型对异步电动机能耗制动状态作较全面的理论分析。把能耗制动时的异步电动机等效为一个正常三相交流励磁的异步电动机。得到等效模型。通过对等效模型的分析,自然地把能耗制动纳入异步电动机的四个象限运行。较完整地得出:处在能耗制动时,异步电动机特有的等值电路、相量图及机械特性。     

内蒙古两栖纲一新纪录

本文对内蒙古盘舌蟾科Discoglossidae铃蟾属Bombina新纪录东方铃蟾Bombina orientalis(Boulenger)进行了记录和描述。     

工业铝酸钠溶液比热数学模型的研究

本文在实验测定的基础上用数理统计方法建立了工业铝酸钠溶液比热的数学模型,为工业设计与生产中的热工计算提供了一个简单的计算公式,该公式描述了工业铝酸钠溶液中苛性碱、氧化铝、碳酸钠、硫酸钠和温度对比热的影响。     

Low Carbon Low Alloy Submicro-Steel with Nano-Precipitates

A submicro-steel sheet was successfully fabricated by severe warm-wiling at 773 K through a single pass. The microstructure was characterized first and the thermal stability of the submicro-steel was investigated by annealing the steel at different temperatures.Results indicate that grains are nearly equiaxial with an average diameter of 300 nm for grains near to the surface and 600 nm for grains at the center of the sheet and the submicro-steel can be subjected to annealing at 773 K without obvious grain growth. The formation of the submicro-structure can be related to a severe plastic deformation-induced grain refinement mechanism. The unusually high thermal stability can be attributed to the pinning effect of numerous uniformly-distributed nano-precipitates in the steel. The average diameter of the larger precipitates is about 30 nm and the smaller less than 10 inn.
