湖北传统农区推进城乡一体化的探索与实践

近两年来,作为传统农区的荆门市立足本市实际,积极开展推进城乡一体化的探索和实践,由此形成了独具特色的发展模式,主要体现在四个方面：一是规划先行,构筑城乡发展一体化新格局;二是试点示范,构建城镇科学发展新体系;三是创新突破,开启农村土地流转和农民转移新进程;四是着眼长远,共建生态幸福新家园;五是高位统筹,健全以新型城镇化带动城乡一体化新机制。     

Aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in fine needle aspirates from benign and malignant breast disorders

The fine needle aspiration (FNA) test is a convenient and tolerable technique with minimal invasion that is accepted by most women.Local estrogen synthesis depends mainly on the aromatase and steroid sulfatase pathways that are believed to play important roles in breast carcinogenesis.However,little is known about the level of aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in FNA samples which contain only small amounts of tissue.The nested Q-PCR assay has been proven to be a highly sensitive and specific method to assess the aromatase expression of breast tissue.In this study,aromatase and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression in 74 patients with benign or malignant disorders was evaluated and compared using nested Q-PCR and non-nested Q-PCR assays.The expression levels were analyzed and correlated with clinical parameters.No difference in the aromatase expression levels between nested and non-nested Q-PCR was noticed.Age and aromatase mRNA expression level were two independent risk factors for breast cancer (P=0.04 and P=0.00,respectively),while menopausal status and steroid sulfatase mRNA expression levels were not associated with breast cancer.This study showed that both nested and non-nested Q-PCR assays were effective methods for research using FNA breast samples.     

40-Gb/s all-optical digital 4-bit priority encoder employing cross-gain modulation in semiconductor optical amplifiers

High-speed all-optical logic circuits have attracted much attention because of their important roles in signal processing in next-generation optical networks.The digital encoder is widely used in binary calculation,multiplexing,demultiplexing,address recognition and data encryption.A priority encoder allows the existence of multiple valid inputs simultaneously,identifies the priority of the request signals and encodes the priority.We propose and experimentally demonstrate an all-optical 4-bit priority encoder for return-to-zero signals at 40 Gbit/s based on cross-gain modulation in semiconductor optical amplifiers.Detuning fil-ters after semiconductor optical amplifiers are employed to improve the output performance.Correct logic bit sequences and clear open eye patterns with extinction ratios exceeding 10 dB are achieved.     

Influence of thermal-decomposition temperatures on structures and properties of V2O5 as cathode materials for lithium ion battery

Submicron spherical V2O5 particles with a uniform size and a lower crystallinity were successfully synthesized by a chemical precipitationthermal decomposition technique using the commercial V2O5 powders as starting material. The crystal structure and grain morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. Electrochemical testing such as discharge–charge cycling(CD) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) were employed in evaluating their electrochemical properties as cathode materials for lithium ion battery. Results reveal that the crystallinity and crystalline size of V2O5 particles increased when the thermal-decomposition temperature increased from 400 ℃ to 500 ℃, and their adhesiveness was also synchronously increased. This indicate that the thermaldecomposition temperature palyed a significant influence on electrochemical properties of V2O5 cathodes. The V2O5 sample obtained at 400 ℃ delivered not only a high initial discharge capacity of 330 m A h g-1and also the good cycle stability during 50 cycles due to its higher values ofα in crystal structure and better dispersity in grain morphology.     

季铵盐 A-l 的相转移催化性能

经实验研究发现具有结构为（Ｃ８～１０Ｈ１７～２１）３Ｎ＋ＣＨ３Ｃｌ－的季铵盐Ａ－ｌ是一种优良的相转移催化剂．在酯化、氧化和烷基化反应中其催化活性要优于聚乙二醇、季磷盐和其它短碳链的季铵盐．Ａ－ｌ在分离过程中不乳化，因而使合成产品易于分离提纯．该催化剂可循环使用，循环使用次数与温度有关．     

农民收入的现状分析与对策

十六大指出增加农民收入是全面建设小康社会的重大任务之一。改革开放以后农民收入曾持续增长，但1997年后增速趋缓。究其原因，既有农产品价格走低等直接原因，也有农业组织结构不合理等深层次原因。因此，增加农民收入也得多管齐下：调整优化农业结构，推进产业化经营，引进、推广、应用农业高新科技，整顿、发展乡镇企业，加快城镇化进程，推行县乡机构改革，稳定关于农村的方针政策等。     

提升管反应器中催化裂化与热裂化反应的模拟

利用小型提升管催化裂化实验装置对工业提升管中的催化裂化和热裂化反应进行了实验模拟研究，考察了反应停留时间、反应温度和剂油比对催化裂化和热裂化反应的影响，在此基础上对催化裂化反应工艺条件进行了分析。结果表明，缩短反应停留时间和提高剂油比可有效抑制提升管反应器中热裂化反应的发生，提高轻质油收率；提高反应温度虽然可在一定程度上提高轻质油收率，但反应温度过高会使热裂化反应加剧，从而使产物分布变差；当采用高温、大剂油比操作时，缩短反应时间，尽量消除提升管反应后期的热裂化反应，是改善催化裂化产物分布的关键。     

基于波峰因子衰减与数字预失真的功放线性化技术

研究了峰均比抑制技术和数字预失真的联合设计及加入峰均比抑制技术后的增益控制问题,并给出了相应的峰值限幅算法和自适应的预失真算法,提出了平均功率调整和增益控制的结构和实现方法.仿真结果表明联合设计方案能够很好地补偿功放的非线性和记忆性,而且信号的带内失真得到了明显的改善,带外扩散也得到相应地抑制.     

SPC与HACCP结合控制辣椒粉生产过程中微生物指标

阐述了食品安全的重要性,指出SPC和HACCP的概念,通过分析辣椒粉生产过程中的潜在危害,制定HACCP危害分析表,并通过统计过程SPC分析辣椒粉生产过程中的微生物管理。     

着眼实现强军目标 加强战时政治工作学科建设的思考

战时政治工作学科是与实现强军目标联系最紧密的政治工作学科方向。新形势下加强战时政治工作学科建设,准确把握实现党在新形势下的强军目标对战时政治工作学科建设提出的新要求,清醒认识战时政治工作学科建设当前存在的问题和不足,从加强学科建设的顶层设计,深化学科基础理论研究,加强学科人才队伍建设,提高战时政治工作综合演练水平等方面全面推进战时政治工作学科建设。
