19387例眼病流行病调查

目的 调查大连经济技术开发区的眼病流行病学情况。方法 分析１９３８７例眼科疾病。结果 外眼病占６８．２５％,内眼病占２４．３８％。眼外伤占７．３７％。结论 外眼病多,符合眼病一般发病规律,也显示了新建开发区初期的眼病特点。     

考虑辊系倾角的轴移式轧机辊系弹性变形计算

采用分段离散法 ,求解轴移式轧机辊系弹性变形 ,其方法主要特点是计算过程中考虑了轴移式轧机由于工作辊的窜动而引起的辊系倾角对辊系变形挠度的影响 ,为藕合计算板凸度时提供更为合理的辊系弹性变形模型。

毛泽东教学改革思想 ,是毛泽东教育思想的重要组成部分 ,是毛泽东基于培养“德育、智育、体育几个方面都得到发展有社会主义觉悟的有文化的劳动者” ,针对教育教学中存在的问题 ,提出的一系列重要改革思想 :在教育内容改革方面 ,毛泽东主张德智体全面发展 ,加强学校思想政治教育 ,并提倡减少课程门数 ,以减轻学生的负担 ;在教学方法改革方面 ,毛泽东主张采用启发式教授法 ,注重学生分析问题、解决问题和创造能力的培养 ,倡导自学 ;在考试方法改革方面 ,毛泽东主张用题目公开 ,有些课程不一定考的灵活方式 ,鼓励学生的创见。同时 ,毛泽东提出“教育必须与生产劳动相结合” ,强调理论联系实际。毛泽东教学改革思想是科学的理论体系 ,具有立足于学生全面发展、注重学生个性和健全人格的培养、坚持群众路线等基本特征     

罐形磁芯法测量软磁薄膜复数磁导率的研究

介绍了罐形磁芯法测量软磁薄膜材料磁导率的磁路结构原理,根据磁路磁通分布,给出了计算的等效磁路;推导了复数磁导率的计算表达式;利用罐形磁芯法在阻抗分析仪上测量了几种软磁薄膜样品的复数磁导率,并与冲击法的实验结果做了比较,获得了较为一致的结果。     

QoS over Internet

The integrated services and differentiated services architectures that can be used to support Quality of Service (QoS) guarantees over Internet are analysed. Specifically, how they can interwork in the pursuit of end-to-end QoS is discussed.     

Hg系高Tc超导体(Hg0.8M0.2)Sr2(Y1-xCax)Cu2O6+δ的喇曼和红外光声光谱研究

对Hg系高Tc超导体(Mg0.8Mo0.2)Sr2(Yl-xCaxCu2O6+δ的晶格振动进行了群论分析,给出了该晶体在г点晶格振动的对称性分类.利用红外光声光谱结合喇曼散射研究了该系列样品的声子振动性质.实验结果表明,在喇曼光谱中主要出现145,320,440,578,592Cm-1几个特征振动峰.在中红外吸收光谱(光声光谱)中出现645cm-1特征振动峰.而145,320,440,578,645特征峰强度随掺杂量增加而减弱,其中645峰还向高波数发生位移.本文着重对这些振动模进行了指认,并对其随不同掺杂量的变化特征进行了讨论.     

A comprehensive analysis of protein-protein interactions in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Two large-scale yeast two-hybrid screens were undertaken to identify protein-protein interactions between full-length open reading frames predicted from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome sequence. In one approach, we constructed a protein array of about 6,000 yeast transformants, with each transformant expressing one of the open reading frames as a fusion to an activation domain. This array was screened by a simple and automated procedure for 192 yeast proteins, with positive responses identified by their positions in the array. In a second approach, we pooled cells expressing one of about 6,000 activation domain fusions to generate a library. We used a high-throughput screening procedure to screen nearly all of the 6,000 predicted yeast proteins, expressed as Gal4 DNA-binding domain fusion proteins, against the library, and characterized positives by sequence analysis. These approaches resulted in the detection of 957 putative interactions involving 1,004 S. cerevisiae proteins. These data reveal interactions that place functionally unclassified proteins in a biological context, interactions between proteins involved in the same biological function, and interactions that link biological functions together into larger cellular processes. The results of these screens are shown here.     

The mammalian sodium channel BNC1 is required for normal touch sensation

Of the vertebrate senses, touch is the least understood at the molecular level The ion channels that form the core of the mechanosensory complex and confer touch sensitivity remain unknown. However, the similarity of the brain sodium channel 1 (BNC1) to nematode proteins involved in mechanotransduction indicated that it might be a part of such a mechanosensor. Here we show that disrupting the mouse BNC1 gene markedly reduces the sensitivity of a specific component of mechanosensation: low-threshold rapidly adapting mechanoreceptors. In rodent hairy skin these mechanoreceptors are excited by hair movement. Consistent with this function, we found BNC1 in the lanceolate nerve endings that lie adjacent to and surround the hair follicle. Although BNC1 has been proposed to have a role in pH sensing, the acid-evoked current in cultured sensory neurons and the response of acid-stimulated nociceptors were normal in BNC1 null mice. These data identify the BNC1 channel as essential for the normal detection of light touch and indicate that BNC1 may be a central component of a mechanosensory complex.     

聚乙烯醇在α-Al_2O_3颗粒上的吸附平衡

考察了温度、悬浮液浓度、相对分子质量对聚乙烯醇 ( PVA)在 α- Al2 O3颗粒上吸附的影响 ,实验测定了相对分子质量为 80 0 0 0和 56 0 0的 PVA在 2 88.1 5K、2 98.1 5K和 30 8.1 5K、α- Al2 O3悬浮液质量浓度为 0 .0 5、0 .1 0和 0 .1 5时的吸附等温线 ,用 Langmuir吸附模型对实验数据进行了关联。结果表明 ,吸附量随悬浮液浓度的增加或温度的升高而降低 ,随 PVA相对分子质量的增加而增加。PVA相对分子质量越大 ,其吸附等温线受温度、悬浮液浓度的影响也越大。     

旋流对射流携带床气化炉内宏观混合过程的影响II.冷态停留时间分布

通过置于双通道交叉射流喷嘴中心通道的旋流器产生旋流 ,在 1 m× 4 m的大型冷模装置上 ,测定了射流携带床气化炉内的冷态停留时间分布 ,得到了停留时间分布密度函数的显式数学表达式 ;给出了实验范围内模型参数与无因次相似准数 S、Ct和喷嘴环隙与中心射流动量比 Gr之间的关系。
