贵州生态旅游资源评价与开发利用建议

本文在分析贵州生态旅游资源特点并对生态旅游资源进行分类的基础上,阐述了发展贵州生态旅游的优势和不利条件,对生态旅游资源进行了初步评价,最后对开发贵州的生态旅游资源提出了措施建议。这些措施主要包括：１加强宣传教育,增强广大群众的自然保护意识;２开展生态旅游规划研究;３开展对自然保护区和国家公园管理人员和导游人员的知识培训等。     

加热速度对煤的气化反应性的影响

实验室条件下考察了五种不同类型的煤经不同加热速度处理后,煤中碳对ＣＯ２化学反应性及单位质量碳的气化反应速度常数－－特殊反应速度常数的变化规律。研究结果表明：适于直接还原回转窑窑头喷煤用的高挥发分煤,经不同加热速度处理后煤中碳对ＣＯ２化学反应性和特殊反应速度常数发生明显变化,随加热速度增大而明显增大,这一研究结果为直接还原回转窑窑头喷煤强化还原的机理研究提供了依据。     

稀土与对-茴香酸配合物的合成与性质

本文合成了通式为ＲＥＬ３（ＲＥ３＋＝Ｐｒ３＋、Ｓｍ３＋、Ｔｂ３＋,,Ｌ＝对茴香酸根）的二元配合物．用元素分析、电导、ＩＲ、ＵＶ、ＴＧＤＴＡ等对其结构和性质进行了表征．该类配合物属桥式双齿配位     

采用NP催化剂的芥酸氢化制备山嵛酸工艺研究

本文制备了高效加氢ＮＰ催化剂,并讨论了芥酸采用该催化剂加氢制备山嵛酸时,催化剂浓度、氢气压力、反应温度、搅拌速度等因素对反应的影响。试验结果表明其适宜的工艺条件为：催化剂浓度０．６％,氢气压力８．１１×１０５Ｐａ,反应温度４１３Ｋ,脉冲式搅拌速度８０次／ｍｉｎ。     

路段通行能力的动态微观仿真研究

用动态微观仿真方法研究路段通行能力,从微观的角度出发,考虑驾驶员,车辆,道路, 环境和交通规划的相互关系对通行能力的影响并建立了仿真模型。     

1,6—二磷酸果糖制备研究：Ⅰ.菌种的筛选及培养条件

介绍了１,６－二磷酸果糖产生菌的筛选和最佳培养条件的确定,在所筛选的菌种中９５１８、９５１９号菌株均具较高的产１,６－二磷酸果糖酶系活力。其最佳培养条件为：培养温度２８℃,ｐＨ６．５。     

Discovery of eclogite at northern margin of Qaidam Basin, NW China

Eclogite was first discovered at the northern margin of the Qaidam Basin in this study. It occurs as pods in the gneiss sequence of Middle to Upper Proterozoic age and is mainly composed of garnet, omphacite, phengite and rutile. The garnets contain 44%-62% of almandine, 15%-33% of grossular and 12%-30% of pyrope molecules, and the omphacites contain 40%-46% of jadeite. Applying garnet_clinopyroxene thermometry and jadeite geobarometry, the peak conditions of eclogite facies metamorphism occurred at about (722±123)℃ and at the pressure of up to c. 22 ×10 8 Pa.     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Effect of lanthanum ions on tRNAphe structure: Imino proton NMR spectroscopy

The effect of lanthanum ions on the structural and conformational change of yeast tRNA Phe was studied by 1H NMR. The results suggest that the tertiary base pair (G-15)(C-48), which was located in the terminal in the augmented dihydrouridine helix (D-helix), was markedly affected by adding La 3+ and shifted 0.33 downfield. Based pair (U-8)(A-14), which is associated with a tertiary interaction, links the base of the acceptor stem to the D-stem and anchors the elbow of the L structure, shifted 0.20 upfield. Another imino proton that may be affected by La 3+ in tRNA Phe is the tertiary base pair (G-19)(C-56). The assignment of this resonance is tentative since it is located in the region of highly overlapping resonances between 12.6 and 12.2. This base pair helps to anchor the D-loop to the TΨC loop.     

用^1H—NMR测定纤维素的摩尔取代度

用＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ测定羟丙基纤维素的摩尔取代度,根据纤维素在ＤＣｌ中水解后的＾１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ谱峰面积来计算ＭＳ值。同时还应用铬酸氧化蒸馏法测定了羟丙基纤维素的ＭＳ值,以及利用ＭＳ与羟丙基含量的关系得到ＭＳ值,可以发现ＮＭＲ的方法是可行的。
