基于数量柔性契约与Markov链的应急物资采购模型

突发灾害是以一定概率发生的随机事件,其状态总是不断发生转移,使政府已采购的应急物资在状态好转时易造成浪费,在状态持续恶化时难以满足突发需求,因此考虑突发灾害状态转移的应急物资采购策略对提升政府应急物资保障能力至关重要.本文将突发灾害状态转移过程视为一个有限次的齐次Markov链,构建了基于数量柔性契约的应急物资采购模型,分析了政企达成合作的条件与双方最优决策策略.采用数值计算与敏感性分析验证该模型的有效性,讨论了若干外生变量对政企最优决策策略与双方成本收益的影响,提出了重要的管理启示.结果表明,突发灾害状态转移情形下的应急物资采购模型既能提高政府应急物资保障能力,又可以保障企业合理收益与控制政府成本.     

大数据营销:综述与展望

随着追踪消费者足迹能力的增强,营销科学正经历着一场大数据的革命.为了了解大数据背景下消费者行为和营销战略的改变,此项研究结合近十余年大数据营销的有关文献,梳理了大数据营销的相关概念,类型及分析方法,并提炼出搜索、移动、口碑、数字化、APP和社会媒体等50个大数据营销的热门主题.在此基础之上,分别从互联网、社会网络、移动互联网、大数据和人工智能等四个阶段对大数据营销的研究进展进行回顾,最后围绕客户旅程,营销活动的量化评估和营销分析技术的开发三个方面对大数据营销的未来研究方向进行展望.

Big Data Analytics for Improving Financial Performance and Sustainability

In this study, the key drivers of sustainability commitment, green supply chain management, big data integration and green human resource practice are explored, and the impact of these sustainable capabilities on the environmental and financial performance of banks is also elaborated. In addition, the influence of green management practices on integrating big data technology into operations is presented. As for the concept of dynamic ability, it has been used to recommend and empirically test conceptual models. Data were collected through a self-administrated survey questionnaire on 317 people working in 37 banks in six Asian countries. Research suggests that big data analytics strategies have an impact on internal processes and on the stability and financial performance of banks. Besides,it is indicated that banks are committed to proper data monitoring of their customers to complete operational efficiency and sustainability goals. Furthermore, our result proved that banks practicing Green Innovation strategies experience better environmental and economic performance because their employees are already trained in Green HR. Finally, from our study, it was found that internal and external green supply chain management practices have a positive effect on the environmental and financial performance of banks, thus ensuring that the bank of Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) mitigates the environmental impact through its operations and ultimately experiences an increase in financial performance.

人脸表情识别综述

作为生物特征识别与情感计算领域的一个极富挑战性的交叉课题,人脸表情自动识别技术在各种应用的推动下发展很快,但鲁棒的自动人脸表情识别系统至今尚未建立.人脸表情识别的3个关键环节是人脸检测(定位)、脸部表情特征提取和人脸表情的情感分类.目前上述环节上均取得了重要进展.本文就这三方面分别进行了分类总结。

在板式换热器的蒸汽凝结换热试验台上进行了实验研究,获取蒸汽完全凝结和部分凝结两种典型工况下的换热和压降特性．且就板式换热器中蒸汽凝结过程的换热进行分析和处理,得到了一个在板片槽道中蒸汽凝结换热系数关联式．并推荐用于板式换热器的蒸汽凝结换热系数的计算．     

Lysosomal chymotrypsin B potentiates apoptosis via cleavage of Bid

We have reported that chymotrypsin B (CtrB) is not just a digestive enzyme but is also stored in lysosomes. Herein, we demonstrated a broad distribution of CtrB and explored the involvement of CtrB in apoptosis. Exposure of RH-35 cells to H₂O₂ or palmitate induced the redistribution of lysosomal CtrB into the cytoplasm as a result of lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP). Suppression of CtrB significantly blocked apoptosis, while overexpression of CtrB sensitized apoptosis markedly. CtrB could cleave Bid under neutral conditions. In RH-35 cells with Bid silenced, apoptosis induced by CtrB protein was attenuated, suggesting that CtrB mediates apoptosis of RH-35 cells mainly through processing Bid. Our data also suggest that LMP occurs earlier than mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization; Bid activation initiated by caspase-8 might be reinforced by CtrB in consequence of LMP, which causes a positive feedback loop leading to the accumulation of tBid, and results in lysosome- and mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis.
