基于循环经济模式的交通运输可持续发展研究

文章阐明了循环经济的基本概念和基本理论，在分析我国交通运输业可持续发展面临的诸多问题后，结合循环经济模式对我国交通运输可持续发展战略进行了研究。     

普通高校体育教育专业田径专修跨栏教学素质教育模式的再探

对体育教育专业如何与“素质教育”良性接轨进行了探索与研究,旨在能够为全面推进体育教育专业素质教育改革起到抛砖引玉的作用.研究结果表明：设计的教学模式有助于实现从应试教育向素质教育的良性转化;还有助于在普通高校体育教育专业田径专修跨栏教学中增强学生的自信心,提高教与学的效率.     

A non-commutative time-frequency tomography

The characterization of non-stationary signal requires joint time and frequency information. However, time and frequency are a pair of non-commuting variables that cannot constitute a joint probability density in the time-frequency plane. The time-frequency distributions have difficult interpretation problems arising from negative and complex values or spurious components. In this paper, we get time-frequency information from the marginal distributions in rotated directions in the time-frequency plane. The rigorous probability interpretation of the marginal distributions is without any ambiguities. This time-frequency transformation is similar to the computerized axial tomography (CT or CAT) and is applied to signal analysis and signal detection and reveals a lot of advantages especially in the signal detection of the low signal/noise (S/N).     

葡萄酒月度价格指标的季节ARIMA时间序列分析

以时间序列分析为工具,研究了法国葡萄酒价格月度指标,使用基于周期图的Fisher检验证实该数据指标具有潜在周期,最后发现(1,0,0)×(1,0,0)12模型能较好地拟合数据.在此基础上给出相应的预测.     

基于模糊数学的计算机性能评价和销售预测的研究

根据模糊数学理论,运用模糊意见集中评价和模糊综合评价方法,计算机性能评价和销售预测进行研究,为评价差别不是很明显和含有多种因素的事物,提供了科学有效的方法.     

浅议我国建筑垃圾产业化中存在的关键问题

阐述了我国建筑垃圾产业化的重要性与必要性,利用两个建筑垃圾产业化企业实例从正反两方面论述了我国建筑垃圾产业化中存在的关键问题是相应的法律法规和标准规范的及时制定、政府的政策导向和相关部门工作的协调、公众宣传教育的加强。     

化学配比对TiAl有序合金微观组织和变形特性的影响

本研究用三点弯曲实验测定了铝含量为43at·％～56at·％的Ti-Al二元合金的力学性能;利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜研究了不同成分合金的微观组织和变形亚结构。实验结果表明:根据不同成分合金的微观组织可将其分成三类,即:γ-TiAl单相组织(52at·％～56at·％Al);双态组织(46at·％～50at·％Al)和全片层结构晶粒组织(43at·％～46at·％Al),其中以具有细晶双态组织的合金具有较好的塑性变形能力。本文从微观组织结构和变形位错组态的变化,探讨了合金成分对TiAl基有序合金塑性变形的影响机制。     

PP K-MEAN CLUSTERING

In this paper, we propose a dimension-reducing, K-mean clustering procedureby Projection Pursuit (PP) technique so as to explore the clustering structure of data inhigh-dimensional space in terms of low-dimensional projective points of data, and we obtainthe a.s. consistence of the estimates of the cluster centers and projection orientations.     

A New Discipline of Science-The Study of Open Complex Giant System and Its Methodology

This paper introduces the conception of open complex giant system and the methodology for dealing with the system, with stress on its profound significance in development of science and technology. The authors conclude that the reductionism underlying the exact science is not suitable to open complex giant system, and the only feasible alternative is the meta-synthetic engineering from the qualitative to the quantitative.     

NiAl金属间化合物熔体旋转法制备工艺参数研究

研究了金属间化合物快速凝固薄带的成型过程和影响薄带质量的工艺参数。提出了熔体在喷嘴处进行层流流动的经验关系式，给出了金属间化合物快速凝固薄带制备的最佳工艺参数。
