一种脉冲压缩信号旁瓣抑制方法

给出了一种在脉冲压缩技术中实现低的压缩脉冲距离旁瓣的方法,由希望的压缩脉冲波形来设计加权滤波器。导出了可实现低的压缩脉冲距离旁瓣的条件。实验用声表面波(SAW)器件实现时,对线性调频信号,其压缩脉冲最大主旁瓣比为50dB。而用数字方法实现时,压缩脉冲最大旁瓣电平还受A/D及D/A变换器位数的限制。     

随机需求下基于库存责任期的装配系统准时供货模型

以装配系统为研究对象, 考虑在VMI模式下, 当制造商采取设定库存责任期以抵御市场需求时间不确定的风险时, 供应商的最优供货时间决策和制造商最优的库存责任期设置. 文章分别建立了单供应商对单制造商和多供应商对单制造商的主从博弈准时供货模型, 通过数学证明和遍历算法找到了供应链双方在不同模式下的最优选择. 研究结果证明制造商并 不应该选择过长的库存责任期, 而供应商之间的不同步供货会对供应链整体造成巨大损失. 并且通过对比集中与分散决策下的供应链绩效, 给出实现系统协同的必要条件. 最后通过算例分析进一步证明相关结论.     

利他、公平和信任等因素对合作的影响

分析了利他、公平、信任等因素对博弈过程中合作的影响,以典型的"gift-exchange博弈模型"为例,假设博弈方行为受到一些因素影响并且可以用启发式规则简单描述,通过对成员Agent内部的利他、公平、信任等属性和交互过程中启发式规则的设计和编程实现,使得博弈双方在博弈过程中不断学习和调整策略,形成最终达成一致的合作机制.利用多Agent系统平台--JADE对所提出的模型进行仿真,通过对实验数据的分析,揭示了在多Agent系统中利他、公平以及信任等因素对合作的影响,指出了这些因素在经济生活中的实际指导意义.     

Turbo／MAP编译码器中的交织器优化设计

讨论采用软输出迭代译交织级联卷积码（Ｔｕｒｂｏ码）编译码器中的交织器优化设计问题．从基于最大后验概率（ＭＡＰ）算法与迭代译码的Ｔｕｒｂｏ码编译码原理出发,给出交织器设计的一些基本方法并分析其特点;提出“保奇偶”的随机交织器设计方案,它能有效地改善某些以提高编码效率为目的的“删余截短”Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的纠错性能．通过计算机仿真得出一些Ｔｕｒｂｏ码在加性高斯白噪声信道中采用不同交织器时的误码率数据,分析了交织类型和交织深度的变化对Ｔｕｒｂｏ码纠错性能的影响．针对Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的特点提出了在卫星通信等应用中交织器设计的实用性结论．     

浅谈网络语言在词汇层面上的变异

随着网络在中国的迅猛发展,一种新的社会方言———网络语言兴起并蓬勃发展。互联网的出现对我们的生活产生了巨大影响。网络语言是广泛应用于虚拟世界的信息符号。网络语言与现实语言相比,它受现实语言的制约,同时又反作用于现实语言。本文试图从词汇层面对网络语言进行浅析。     

Dual hesitant fuzzy information aggregation with Einstein t-conorm and t-norm

Dual hesitant fuzzy set (DHFS) is a new generalization of fuzzy set (FS) consisting of two parts (i.e., the membership hesitancy function and the non-membership hesitancy function), which confronts several different possible values indicating the epistemic degrees whether certainty or uncertainty. It encompasses fuzzy set (FS), intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) so that it can handle uncertain information more flexibly in the process of decision making. In this paper, we propose some new operations on dual hesitant fuzzy sets based on Einstein t-conorm and t-norm, study their properties and relationships and then give some dual hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators, which can be considered as the generalizations of some existing ones under fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy and hesitant fuzzy environments. Finally, a decision making algorithm under dual hesitant fuzzy environment is given based on the proposed aggregation operators and a numerical example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.     

γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) signalling in plants

The role of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) as a signal in animals has been documented for over 60 years. In contrast, evidence that GABA is a signal in plants has only emerged in the last 15 years, and it was not until last year that a mechanism by which this could occur was identified—a plant ‘GABA receptor’ that inhibits anion passage through the aluminium-activated malate transporter family of proteins (ALMTs). ALMTs are multigenic, expressed in different organs and present on different membranes. We propose GABA regulation of ALMT activity could function as a signal that modulates plant growth, development, and stress response. In this review, we compare and contrast the plant ‘GABA receptor’ with mammalian GABA_A receptors in terms of their molecular identity, predicted topology, mode of action, and signalling roles. We also explore the implications of the discovery that GABA modulates anion flux in plants, its role in signal transduction for the regulation of plant physiology, and predict the possibility that there are other GABA interaction sites in the N termini of ALMT proteins through in silico evolutionary coupling analysis; we also explore the potential interactions between GABA and other signalling molecules.     

1961-2014年西安市秋淋气候特征分析

利用1961-2014年8-10月西安市7个气象站逐日降水资料,采用降水强度指数分析了西安市秋淋天气气候变化特征.结果表明,20世纪90年代是近50年来西安市秋季9~10月降水量最少的阶段.1961年以来西安市共有23 a出现秋淋多雨时段,20世纪60年代至80年代中期较多,1983年和1984年出现强秋淋;20世纪80年代中期至21世纪10年代初期,只有1992年出现了1次秋淋天气;2011年以来,秋淋呈明显上升、增强趋势.1961-2014年秋淋天气过程平均降水量呈上升趋势,偏多年份主要出现在20世纪80年代初中期和21世纪.厄尔尼诺使秋季9~10月降水量减少,与秋淋天气存在明显的负相关关系.近54年西安市秋淋没有发生显著的气候突变,存在4~6 a、10 a和24 a左右的长振荡周期.     

Granzyme B is recovered by natural killer cells via clathrin-dependent endocytosis

When they recognize a target cell, natural killer (NK) cells mount an attack to kill the target by exerting their cytotoxicity via the exocytosis of cytotoxic granules. Although the details of this process (which includes the movement of cytotoxic granules in the immune synapse and their fusion with the plasma membrane, releasing granzymes and perforin into the synaptic cleft) are relatively better understood, the post-exocytosis regulation of the process is still largely unknown. Here we show that a clathrin-dependent endocytosis stimulated by target cell occurs in NK92 cell line, which is closely correlated with granzyme B recovery. Inhibition of the endocytosis significantly attenuates the cytotoxicity of NK92 cells. The NK cell recovery of its released effector molecules, in turn, suggests that endocytosis may well play a key role in the post exocytosis regulation of immune cells.
