基于灰色预测模型的全球气候变化趋势预测

考虑地球吸热、散热和海洋表面温度等因素对气候的影响,建立多变量灰色预测模型,预测未来气候变化趋势.考虑全球与局地之间是整体与部分的关系,建立基于多变量灰色预测的线性回归模型,判断全球气候变化与局地"极寒现象"之间是否存在关联性.     

基于过程模型的分布式工作流引擎的研究

通过CORBA规范,按照过程模型的特点,提出一种基于过程模型的分布式工作流引擎的协同运行机制,可以解决集中式工作流引擎控制结构的运行瓶颈,最后给出了一个银行贷款过程的实例。     

皱疤坚螺在不同发育时期的酯酶(EST)同工酶比较

采用聚丙烯酰胺电泳法分析了皱疤坚螺(Camaena cicatricosa)不同发育时期3个组织的酯酶同工酶,得到19条基本谱带,其中有4条为公共谱带。实验结果表明:不同的组织之间酯酶同工酶存在差异。在相同组织的不同发育时期酯酶同工酶酶谱是相似的,但在谱带上也存在有细微的差异;肝的酯酶活性最大,足的酯酶活性最小。以酶谱为性状,对其进行了聚类分析,发现不同发育时期足和外套膜的相似性比较大,肝的酯酶同工酶酶谱出现了较大变化,而且依成体肝、亚成体肝和幼体肝的顺序与其它组织依次聚类。     

Experimental study of heat transfer of ultra-supercritical pressure water in vertical upward internally ribbed tube

Under ultra-supercritical pressure, the heat transfer characteristics of water in vertical upward 4-head internally ribbed tubes with a diameter of 28.65mm and thickness of 8mm were experimentally studied. The experiments were performed at P=25～34MPa, G=450～1800kg/(m2·s) and q=200～600kW/m2. The results show that the pressure has only a moderate effect on the heat transfer of ultra-supercritical water when the water temperature is below the pseudocritical point. Sharp rise of the wall temperature near the pesudocritical region occurs earlier at a higher pressure. Increasing the mass velocity improves the heat transfer with a much stronger effect below the pesudocritical point than that above the pesudocritical point. For given pressure and mass velocity, the inner wall heat flux also shows a significant effect on the inner wall temperature, with a higher inner wall heat flux leading to a higher inner wall temperature. Increasing of inner wall heat flux leads to an early occurrence of sharp rise of the wall temperature. Correlations of heat transfer coefficients are also presented for vertical upward internally ribbed tubes.     

胰岛素抵抗及高血糖对GFAT活性的影响

分别观察了胰岛素抵抗和高血糖水平对己糖胺途径限速酶GFAT活性的影响.在alloxan高血糖小鼠模型中,与正常对照组比较,血清果糖胺水平升高了15.9%,肾组织GFAT活性升高了32.8%;经胰岛素治疗后,血清果糖胺水平降低了9.7%,其肾组织GFAT活性也降低了l9.4%.在高糖高脂饲料诱导的胰岛素抵抗的IR小鼠中,与同批正常对照组比较,正糖钳实验中稳态时葡萄糖输注率G IR值降低了69.3%,胰岛素耐量实验中的AUC值升高了38.1%,其肾脏组织GFAT活性也增加了26.6%.在胰岛素诱导的具有胰岛素抵抗的IR-H IR c细胞模型中,与正常H IR c细胞比较,其10、25 nmol/L胰岛素诱导的葡萄糖摄取能力分别降低了25.3%、21.1%,而GFAT活性分别增加了29.7%、46.5%.可见,GFAT活性与一段时间的平均血糖水平和胰岛素抵抗状态密切正相关.     

EWMA控制图在MSA稳定性分析中的应用

针对传统的 Shewhart 控制图使用当前观测数据进行测量系统分析(MSA)的稳定性分析,不易检测出过程均值中存在的小偏移,而指数加权滑动平均(EWMA)和累计和(CUSUM)控制图考虑了历史数据,可以克服Shewhart 控制图在小波动情况下检测能力不足的缺陷:首先通过 Montle-Carlo 模拟计算控制图性能评价指标ARL(average run length),分析了 EWMA 和 CUSUM 控制图的优越性;然后给出了 EWMA 控制图在 MSA 稳定性分析中的实施步骤.示例分析表明 EWMA 在小波动时比 CUSUM 和 Shewhart 控制图更为有效.     

一种基于核主元分析的非参数控制限算法

实际过程中,监控指标值往往不满足确定的概率分布,给控制限的计算带来了困难,现有的计算方法计算复杂、精度差.根据高维空间良好的分类特性,提出一种基于核主元分析(KPCA)的监控指标控制限计算方法,将监控指标值映射到高维空间,再在高维空间中对其映射数据进行监控,实现了控制限的间接求取,避免了复杂的计算.     

Wnt-beta-catenin signaling initiates taste papilla development

Fungiform taste papillae form a regular array on the dorsal tongue. Taste buds arise from papilla epithelium and, unusually for epithelial derivatives, synapse with neurons, release neurotransmitters and generate receptor and action potentials. Despite the importance of taste as one of our five senses, genetic analyses of taste papilla and bud development are lacking. We demonstrate that Wnt-beta-catenin signaling is activated in developing fungiform placodes and taste bud cells. A dominant stabilizing mutation of epithelial beta-catenin causes massive overproduction of enlarged fungiform papillae and taste buds. Likewise, genetic deletion of epithelial beta-catenin or inhibition of Wnt-beta-catenin signaling by ectopic dickkopf1 (Dkk1) blocks initiation of fungiform papilla morphogenesis. Ectopic papillae are innervated in the stabilizing beta-catenin mutant, whereas ectopic Dkk1 causes absence of lingual epithelial innervation. Thus, Wnt-beta-catenin signaling is critical for fungiform papilla and taste bud development. Altered regulation of this pathway may underlie evolutionary changes in taste papilla patterning.     

应用精密三角高程测量实现跨河水准的研究

文章从三角高程测量单向观测的高差计算公式入手,分析了三角高程测量的误差来源,推导了跨河水准网中测距三角高程的精度估算公式;在此基础上,得出了减弱各项误差从而提高精度的一些结论。结合目前的自动化全站仪,探讨了精密三角高程测量实现精密跨河水准的可行性和便利性,最后指出了在实施跨河水准测量时应注意的一些事项。     

XML在嵌入式环境下的应用

由于嵌入式系统平台种类繁多,在不同平台间进行互操作需要自定义规范,新规范的引入可能导致系统复杂性增加并降低扩展能力。该文针对上述问题,通过引入可扩展标记语言XML来统一对嵌入式设备的访问,降低了异构平台间互操作的复杂性,提高了扩展性;使用expat对嵌入式XML解析器进行了实现。
