Change of water use efficiency and its relation with root system growth in wheat evolution

Raising crop water use efficiency (WUE) is the physiological basis to implement crop high efficiently using water. The present soil column and field experiments are designed to investigate the change of wheat WUE (Triticum aestivum L.) at whole plant level and root system growth in evolution and the relationship between WUE and its root system growth using 10 wheat evolution genotypes with different ploidy chromosomes sets. Results show that in wheat evolution from 2n→6n, WUE at whole plant level increases with the increase of ploidy chromosomes, and root system growth (root weight, root length) and root/shoot ratio of wheat decrease with the increase of ploidy chromosomes under dry and irrigated conditions. WUE is negatively correlated with root weight and root/shoot ratio of wheat in evolution, significantly. Root system growth has an adverse redundancy for WUE in wheat evolution, and the root redundancy reduces with the increase of ploidy chromosomes, which result in the increase of wheat WUE at whole plant level.

用于消除区域间电力系统内振荡的最优鲁棒模型匹配控制器的设计

在大型电力系统中存在有自生的甚低频系统振荡。它一旦产生,就会不断增强,从而导致发电机组丧失同步以致使系统解体。本文推出一种新颖的最优控制对策,用以消除低频振荡,而又不损伤鲁棒数值特性。数字模拟结果表明,所推出的控制器可作为消除低频振荡的有效手段。     

外语教学与教学管理意识的探讨

管理现象是普遍存在的 ,从某种意义上说外语教学是一种管理的具体表现 ,这种表现包含着两种不同的形式 :一种是通常概念的管理 ;另一种是在教学行为中的管理 ,这种管理主要由管理的意识来体现 ,并作用于教学的整个过程 .本文对此进行了研究和探讨 .     

脱除金属盐的芦苇热解特性实验研究

通过水洗和酸洗制备了脱除金属盐矿物质的芦苇,在热重分析仪中进行热解反应特性研究,考察了金属盐组分、金属盐洗脱率、生物质样品孔径分布、反应升温速率等因素对热解特性的影响。结果表明,不同洗脱方法对芦苇中金属盐矿物质和孔结构有明显影响,酸洗的洗脱效率达到了99.8%,矿物质原始位置在经过洗脱后形成新孔导致洗脱样的吸附量大于原样的吸附量,且随着矿物质的脱除程度增加,中孔所占的比例逐渐减小;提高升温速率,有利于芦苇和洗脱样的热解,加快生物质内的纤维素和半纤维素的热解反应。     

制药废水中硝基苯致突变性的细菌检测试验

应用Ａｍｅｓ试验检测制药废水中硝基苯的致突变性，以亚硝基胍为阳性对照，测定结果表明硝基苯有弱致突变性。     

Evaluation of transgenic tobacco expressing two insecticidal genes to delay resistance development ofHelicoverpa armigera

The resistance ratio ofHelicoverpa armigera to Cry1 Ac insecticidal protein fromBacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is 13.1- and 3.02-fold after 18 generations of selection by transgenic tobacco expressing Bt or two (Bt and CpTI) insecticidal protein genes, in which the average corrected mortality for each selection treatments is about 60%. The mortality of selected population by transgenic Bt gene tobacco is significantly lower than the control strain when fed on transgenic tobacco plants. The mortaltty of the selected population by transgenic two genes tobacco was not significantly different from the control strain. This is the first experiment under laboratory condition which has proved that transgenic two genes tobacco could significantly delay resistance development ofH. armigera compared with one gene.     

一种改进的基于类间方差的阈值分割法

在图像的目标和背景像素灰度均服从正态分布时,提出了一种改进的基于最大类问方差法的图像分割算法．对新算法进行了测试并与最大类间方差法和最大熵法进行了比较,结果表明,新的改进算法在图像分割过程中具有速度快、效果好的特点．     

阶梯形试样测量材料的声衰减系数

为了获得更精确的声衰减系数,考虑测试材料上下界面的声反射和声透射等影响因素,将传统测试试样改进为阶梯形试样,推导出了严格的声衰减系数表达式。将传统的一次测试回波改进为在阶梯型试样的薄端和厚端各测试一次回波,即可得出测试材料单纯的衰减前后的声压比,由此可得到更为精确的声衰减系数。结果显示:由于将声反射和声透射的衰减排除在外,本方法测量的声衰减系数相对于传统方法减小25%左右。     

栅的散射场研究

针对无限长金属圆柱所组成的栅对声波散射形成的散射场问题,在理论分析的基础上,对列出的散射方程编制了计算程序,又以栅的近场散射场为例作了计算,得到了散射场的若干规律。
