H_2O_2 氧化玉米淀粉胶性能研究

在引入预糊化剂的条件下,利用Ｈ２Ｏ２对玉米淀粉进行氧化,通过正交设计选择最佳氧化条件,确定对氧化淀粉进一步改性所用试剂的量,以降低淀粉胶的粘度,提高其流动性和初粘强度。实验所得产品淀粉胶与目前普遍使用的白乳胶相比,性能相近。     

恶性肾肿瘤术前肾动脉栓塞术的应用

对２３例较大的肾肿瘤行肾动脉栓塞后,再行肾癌根治术,手术切除率１００％,认为此法可增加手术切除成功率,增加安全系数,减少术中癌栓转移。本文还对栓塞病例、栓塞材料、手术时机的选择以及并发症进行了讨论。     

1,6—二磷酸果糖制备研究：Ⅰ.菌种的筛选及培养条件

介绍了１,６－二磷酸果糖产生菌的筛选和最佳培养条件的确定,在所筛选的菌种中９５１８、９５１９号菌株均具较高的产１,６－二磷酸果糖酶系活力。其最佳培养条件为：培养温度２８℃,ｐＨ６．５。     

Determination of tectonic background for sedimentary basin from sandstone geochemistry

The chemical composition of sedimentary rocks is mainly controlled by source rocks. Through examining chemical composition of terrigenous rocks, the tectonic evolution of a sedimentary basin can be modeled. The Turpan Basin belongs to a continental sedimentary basin and its source rocks are derived from the upper continental crust.     

一种应用神经网络的实时语音增强方法

提出了一种用神经网络模型和信号子空间特征分解相结合进行语音增强的方法,该方法利用了神经网络并行处理、高速计算的能力和语音信号的短时平稳的特性．它既克服了传统的谱相减法中残留“音乐噪声”的缺陷,又可以实时、有效地增强语音,能够满足一些语音处理与识别系统的需要．     

Preparation of enantiomerically pure 1,1′-bi-2-naphthols from 85% cinchonine and 1,1′-bi-2-naphtholboric anhydride

A possibility of preparation of enantiomerically pure 1,1′-bi-2-naphthols using an impure cinchonine has been examined. The solid and the mother liquor formed from the reaction of 1,1′-bi-2-naphtholboric anhydride and 85% cinchonine in toluene could give optically pure (S)-(−)- and (R)-(+)-1,1′-bi-2-naphthol after acidification and kinetic crystallization, the overall yields were 40% and 28%, respectively. Molecular cloning and nucleotide sequence of classical swine fever virus strain Shimen

According to the previously published CSFV sequences, 18 paris of partially overlapping primers which span the entire genome of CSFV strain Shimen were designed and synthesized. Each cDNA fragment of strain Shimen was amplified by RT-PCR method from the anticoagulant blood of strain Shimen infected pig. The PCR fragments were cloned into pGEM-T vector respectively and sequenced. The results show that we have obtained the nucleotide sequence of strain Shimen. The viral RNA consists of 12 297 nucleotides including noncoding regions of 373 and 227 bases at the 5′ and 3′ end, respectively, and a single large open reading frame spanning 11 697 nucleotides in the middle, which encodes an amino acid sequence of 3 989 residues with a calculated molecular weight of 437.6×10³. 利用近十年来兴起的分形几何学,对固体表面进行了研究,指出固体表面的粗糙程度及不规则性可以用分形维数给予很好的定量描述,并给出了测定化学活性固体表面分形维数的方法。
