化学发光法确定库仑滴定终点的研究

利用鲁米诺－Ｉ＿２的化学发光体系与Ａｓ（Ⅲ）的无机偶和反应，确定Ｉ＿２库仑滴定法的终点，实验证明，此法测砷的灵敏度高（检测限３．０×１０￣（－８）ｇ／Ｌ），线性范围１．０×１０￣（－６）ｇ／Ｌ～３．５×１０（－８）ｇ／Ｌ，且选择性好，仪器装置简单，操作方便．

NMA对LIPN PS/PBA动态力学性能的影响

针对在制备的LIPN PS/PBA的两网络中因含有热交联的活性官能团—CH_2OH基和—COOH基,而在成膜过程中加热交联,使体系的交联程度进一步提高。通过动态力学性能的测定,主要考察了NMA不同加入方式和用量对体系tgδ的影响。结果表明:NMA用在网络Ⅱ时,随着NMA质量分数的增加,tgδ值逐渐增大;NMA用在网络Ⅰ时对tgδ的影响比较复杂。总的来说,NMA的质量分数在一定范围内,NMA用在网络Ⅱ时对tgδ的影响明显大于用在网络Ⅰ时的影响,当其含量增加到一定程度时,NMA两种不同的加入方式对tgδ的影响变得较为接近。     

Chromosome stability, in the absence of apoptosis, is critical for suppression of tumorigenesis in Trp53 mutant mice

The p53 protein integrates multiple upstream signals and functions as a tumor suppressor by activating distinct downstream genes. At the cellular level, p53 induces apoptosis, cell cycle arrest and senescence. A rare mutant form of p53 with the amino acid substitution R175P, found in human tumors, is completely defective in initiating apoptosis but still induces cell cycle arrest. To decipher the functional importance of these pathways in spontaneous tumorigenesis, we used homologous recombination to generate mice with mutant p53-R172P (the mouse equivalent of R175P in humans). Mice inheriting two copies of this mutation (Trp53(515C/515C)) escape the early onset of thymic lymphomas that characterize Trp53-null mice. At 7 months of age, 90% of Trp53-null mice had died, but 85% of Trp53(515C/515C) mice were alive and tumor-free, indicating that p53-dependent apoptosis was not required for suppression of early onset of spontaneous tumors. The lymphomas and sarcomas that eventually developed in Trp53(515C/515C) mice retained a diploid chromosome number, in sharp contrast to aneuploidy observed in tumors and cells from Trp53-null mice. The ability of mutant p53-R172P to induce a partial cell cycle arrest and retain chromosome stability are crucial for suppression of early onset tumorigenesis.

国家对高校银行贷款的会计核算没有统一的办法，致使各高校对银行贷款的核算做法不一，容易产生资产负债表日后事项的调整．高校银行借款支出事项的会计调整，需要比照企业办法，结合事业单位特点，初步明确高校资产负债表日后对银行借款支出事项调整的会计核算方法．     

Monoclonal Antibodies Recognizing HIV-1 gp41 Could Inhibit Env-Mediated Syncytium Formation

Some monoclonal antibodies （mAbs） could inhibit infection by HIV-1. In this study, four mAbs against HIV-1 gp41 were prepared in mice. All four mAbs could bind to the recombinant soluble gp41 and recognize the native envelope glycoprotein gp160 expressed on the HIV-Env^＋ CHO-WT cell in flow cytometry analysis. Interestingly, the results show that all four mAbs purified by affinity chromatography could inhibit HIV-1 Env-mediated membrane fusion （syncytium formation） by 40%-60% at 10 μg/mL, which implies potential inhibitory activities against HIV-1.

ABS/硅橡胶共混物的阻燃性能研究

研究了十溴联苯醚/三氧化二锑(DBDPO/Sb2O3)、有机硅橡胶/含氟聚合物、有机硅橡胶/硬脂酸镁、二盐基亚磷酸铅、滑石粉对ABS燃烧性能的影响.研究结果表明:DBDPO/Sb2O3阻燃体系配合含氟聚合物对ABS/硅橡胶共混物的阻燃是有效的.当硅橡胶2PHR、含氟聚合物1PHR、添加剂DBDPO/Sb2O320PHR时,ABS的氧指数达27;二盐基亚磷酸铅对硅橡胶/硬脂酸镁阻燃ABS有较强的助阻燃作用.     

汞离子胁迫对茭白及其体内黑粉菌的影响

研究了Hg^2＋对茭白（Zizania latifolia Turcz．）体内共生的茭白黑粉菌（Ustilago dctdenta P．Henn．）的影响．对不同浓度Hg^2＋胁迫下茭白黑粉菌在幼茎中的分布状态进行了解剖观察，分析了在此过程中的MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性和POD活性等一系列指标．试验结果表明，2mg／L以上的Hg^2＋胁迫能导致茭白黑粉菌的消亡，导致茭白茎尖不能膨大．
