无线传感器网络中基于时间分量的混合路由协议

在均匀分簇的基础上,分析了多簇群情况下单跳和多跳模型能量的有效性,给出了两种情况下计算最优簇首数目的算法.考虑到单一的路由模式会引起网络能耗不均衡,提出并改进了多簇群情况下利用时间分量的单跳和多跳相结合的混合模型.仿真结果表明,基于时间分量的混合通信模式在能量有效性和能耗均衡分配方面均优于单跳、多跳模式.     

微纳传动系统的BP神经网络非线性控制

对微纳传动系统的动态特性进行了分析,将微纳定位平台简化成等效弹簧质量阻尼模型,应用拉格朗日方法,建立了定位平台的动力学模型。结合压电陶瓷驱动器(PZT)的电容特性,推导了微纳传动系统的总传递函数。利用BP神经网络的自学习、自适应及非线性逼近功能,对该微纳传动系统的PID参数进行在线自整定。结合PID控制简单、实现容易与鲁棒性强的优点,设计了BP神经网络PID(BPNN-PID)控制器,与传统PID控制相比,实现了更高的控制精度和更短的稳态时间,满足了微纳传动系统高精度与快速响应的要求。     

环境污染物PFOS可致人脑微血管内皮细胞骨架蛋白改变

目的:探讨全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物(PFOS)引起的人脑微血管内皮细胞(HBMEC)骨架蛋白(F-actin)排列变化.方法:培养正常的人脑毛细血管内皮细胞,不同浓度PFOS作用30分钟,利用免疫荧光染色的方法检测细胞骨架蛋白F-actin的变化.结果:PFOS可使细胞骨架蛋白F-actin发生重排,这与PFOS的浓度有关.     

并行埋地管道准周期土壤温度场的数值模拟

并行埋地管道中,常温输送的成品油管道会影响热原油管道的温度场,从而与单根输油管道的温度场不同.热油管道周围土壤温度场是管道停输再启动和管道运行的基础,只有准确掌握管道周围土壤温度场的变化规律,才能使管道安全运行,避免凝管事故发生.为了研究并行管道周围土壤温度场在准周期内的变化规律,以西部原油成品油管道四堡进站位置为例,在实测管道周围土壤物性的基础上,采用非结构化有限容积法对并行埋地管道周围土壤温度场进行模拟研究.模拟计算结果与现场实测结果基本吻合,表明提出的计算模型正确,计算结果能够为工程实际提供参考.     

地方工科大学实施大学物理新基本要求的探索与实践

分析了当前地方工科大学实施大学物理课程教学基本要求存在的问题,结合本校实际,在实施新《基本要求》上进行了积极的探索与实践,取得了初步成果。     

利用SRAP标记分析黄淮海地区纤毛鹅观草居群的遗传多样性

笔者利用SRAP标记对纤毛鹅观草29个居群进行了遗传多样性分析.本实验利用11对能够在不同居群中扩增出稳定多态性条带的引物进行扩增,结果表明,平均每对引物获得9.34个多态性位点,多态位点百分率为80.47％.GS值在0.583 3到0.967 7之间,平均GS值为0.775 5,这表明,居群之间差异明显,具有较为丰富的遗传多样性.对所有居群进行聚类,可聚为6类,其中大部分来自相同或相似生态地理环境的居群聚为一类;对不同生态地理类群基于Nei氏无偏估计的遗传一致度的聚类分析表明,各生态地理类群间的遗传分化与其所处的生态地理环境具有一定的相关性;而UPGMA聚类分析结果表明SRAP标记技术能较真实地反映纤毛鹅观草居群间的亲缘关系,可以用于纤毛鹅观草遗传多样性研究.     

城市旅游发展动力系统视角下的旅游产品开发——以南京市为例

以南京市为例构建城市旅游发展驱动力模型判别指标体系,采用AHP法和多目标线性加权函数法得到南京市旅游发展驱动力得分及结构并与理想旅游城市比较分析,结果表明南京市旅游发展存在旅游产品结构单一、供需脱节、品牌形象缺失等问题.然后提出相应升级方向:塑造鲜明的品牌形象,打造高端旅游产品,挖掘特色产品,添加参与性、体验性要素,引入另类旅游产品,培育生态旅游产品,并注重产品整合和规模效益、集聚效益的发挥.本研究首次将客源地旅游需求系统纳入城巾旅游发展驱动力指标体系,利用定量方法分析了南京城市旅游产品存在的问题并提出相应对策,为发达地区面临竞争的旅游城市产品开发研究提供了借鉴和指导.     

Photonic integrated technology for multi-wavelength laser emission

We summarized the design, fabrication challenges and important technologies for multi-wavelength laser transmitting photonic integration. Technologies discussed include multi-wavelength laser arrays, monolithic integration and modularizing coupling and packaging. Fabrication technique requirements have significantly declined with the rise of reconstruction-equivalent-chirp and second nanoimprint mask technologies. The monolithic integration problem between active and passive waveguides can be overcome with Butt-joint and InP array waveguide grating technologies. The dynamic characteristics of multi-factors will be simultaneously measured with multi-port analyzing modules. The performance of photonic integration chips is significantly improved with the autoecious factors compensation packaging technique.     

Serum levels of perfluorinated compounds in the general population in Shenzhen, China

Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) have been detected in many environmental matrices, biota, and nonoccupationally exposed populations in China recently. However, little is known about the distribution and levels of various PFCs in the general population living in areas where there is PFC exposure. In the present study, the levels and prevalence of ten target PFCs were determined in 227 serum samples from a population of nonoccupationally exposed individuals in Shenzhen, China. Results indicated that human exposure to PFCs was prevalent in Shenzhen. Perfluorooctanoate (PFOA) was the dominant PFC contaminant in the serum samples, with a median concentration of 6.72 ng/mL, followed by perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) with a median concentration of 2.07 ng/mL. Other PFCs were detected at much lower concentrations, with median concentrations ranging from 0.02 to 0.87 ng/mL. Statistically, no significant (P>0.05) gender differences were observed for any of the PFCs. Significant (P<0.01) positive correlations were found between age and serum concentrations of the target PFCs, except for perfluorobutane sulfonate (R = 0.16, P = 0.01), perfluorohexanoic acid (R = 0.08, P = 0.22), and perfluoroheptanoic acid (R = 0.11, P = 0.10). Based on the one-compartment pharmacokinetic model, the total daily intakes of PFOA and PFOS for the general population in Shenzhen were calculated as 0.63 and 0.20 ng/kg body weight/day, respectively.
