我国重大工程项目决策阶段工作 现状与问题问卷调查分析

介绍了问卷的设计思路和主要内容,在对调查的数据进行了整理后,采用spss软件进行了频数分析、描述性统计分析、相关性分析以及交叉列联表分析。统计数据表明对于决策主体的约束激励机制还有待于进一步完善;目前前期研究工作深度基本能够满足决策需要,而决策工作质量并不理想。相关性分析表明决策者的工作态度是影响前期研究工作深度的主要因素;而对决策工作质量影响最大的因素依次为决策工作是否严谨、前期工作的深度是否满足决策要求、决策主体责任是否明确。多数被调查者认为有必要对我国重大工程项目的立项开展不可行性研究。     

荧光染料罗丹明衍生物的改进合成与光谱性质研究

在改进的实验条件下,通过引入不同的官能团对罗丹明的底环结构进行修饰,合成了4种罗丹明衍生物;与传统的合成方法相比,该实验方法反应时间短,反应产率高,反应温度低.并研究了取代基种类和溶剂极性对吸光性能、荧光性能的影响规律.     

基于水杨醛的三维Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和结构研究

以水杨醛(HL)与Cu(NO3)2.3H2O在少量三乙胺存在的CH3OH溶剂中,室温挥发的方法培养出无色配合物[Cu(L)2n].晶体结构分析表明,配合物属于单斜晶系P2(1)/c空间群.Cu(Ⅱ)中心采取四配位的平面四边形构型.水杨醛配体采用双齿螯合配位模式,通过氧原子与铜配位形成配位化合物.配位单元之间通过碳原子和碳原子以及氧原子间氢键作用形成最终的三维结构.     

基于G/G/1排队模型的802.11 DCF延迟分析

针对现有802.11 DCF分析模型在进行退避机制分析时不考虑周围节点状态的不足,提出了一种非饱和情况下IEEE 802.11 DCF协议的性能分析方法,推导出了以802.11 DCF为媒体访问控制(MAC)层协议的单跳无线网络中,MAC层的分组延迟及其抖动表达式,并分析了不同分组到达速率、节点数和退避窗口大小对MAC层分组冲突概率、延迟及其抖动的影响.仿真结果表明:MAC层的分组冲突概率、延迟及其抖动随着分组到达速率、节点数的增加而增加;以冲突概率的增加为代价,减小最小退避窗口可以减小MAC层的分组延迟及其抖动.     

A dynamic ID-based authenticated group key exchange protocol without pairings

So far, most of the proposed group key exchange (GKE) protocols do not consider the attack when the adversary reveals the parties’ephemeral private keys without their long-term private keys, so these GKE protocols are insecure on this attack. In this paper, for resisting above attack, we propose a dynamic authenticated group key exchange (AGKE) protocol in the ID-based setting. Different from previous ID-based protocols, our protocol does not utilize bilinear pairings, which makes it more efficient. At last, we analyze the security of the protocol in the eCK (enhanced Canetti-Krawczyk) security model.     

网络服务提供者侵权归责原则新论

近年来,随着网络侵权案件的层出不穷,网络服务提供者在网络侵权中的法律责任备受关注,而其前提是合理地确定网络服务提供者侵权归责原则,本文通过分析网络侵权行为特殊性,评述我国的立法现状,提出根据网络服务提供者的不同分类及不同侵权行为来合理确定网络服务提供者的侵权归责原则,构建以过错责任原则为主,无过错责任原则和公平责任原则为辅的归责原则体系,有效的平衡各网络主体之间的利益冲突,促进网络社会和谐美好的发展。     

Novel matched filtering method and its application

The method of using a narrowband filter to realize matched filtering is derived. A novel method of using spectrum sampling to realize matched filtering is presented, and the method can conquer the disadvantages that the narrowband filter cannot adopt the adaptive scheduling of phased array radars and realize matched filtering for several waveforms. A novel error extraction method is proposed, which uses a time division multipath method to realize the intermediate frequency extraction. This method can save lots of space for vehicle-born radar systems, reduce the influence of amplitude and phase distortion caused by devices, and enhance the system reliability. Simulation results show that the spectrum sampling method is applicable, and the implementation of frequency spectrum sampling is elaborated.     

Modeling simulation and experiment of micro-Doppler signature of precession

Spatial precession is a special micro-motion of the spinning-directional target, and the micro-Doppler signature of the cone-shaped target with precession is studied. The micro-motion model of precession is built first, and then the micro-Doppler model is developed based on the proposed concept of micro-motion matrix, by which the theoretical formula of micro-Doppler signature of precession is derived. In order to further approach to the actual case, the occlusion effect is firstly considered in micro-Doppler, and the simulated result with occlusion effect is well in accordance with the measured result in microwave anechoic chamber, which suggests that the micro motion model and micro-Doppler model of precession are both valid.

基于节庆开发的区域旅游产品结构升级研究——以福建省环三都澳区域为例

节庆活动是一个区域文化的重要体现.从旅游业发展的角度,节庆活动可以演变为旅游节庆,成为旅游产品,在区域旅游业发展的过程中扮演积极的作用.笔者以环三都澳区域为研究对象,从旅游业发展的视角策划节庆活动的主题定位以及活动的策划,探讨节庆在环三都澳区域旅游产品结构升级中的作用机制.
