苦参碱在玻碳电极上的直接电化学行为及电分析方法研究

研究了生理介质中苦参碱在玻碳电极上的直接电化学行为,结果发现,在0.30～1.20V(相对于SCE)的电位窗口内及0.15mol/LNaCl水溶液中,苦参碱在0.92V附近产生了一个不可逆氧化峰,并且在一定条件下电极反应受扩散步骤控制.运用差分脉冲伏安法研究了苦参碱的峰电流与其浓度的关系,确定了浓度测定线性范围4.0×10-4～1.4×10-2mol/L,检测限为(4.0±0.02)×10-4mol/L.用该方法测定了相应药物中苦参碱的含量,相对偏差在0.6%以内,平均回收率为100.0%～101.0%,测定的精密度和准确度符合测定要求.     

CTAB胶束溶液对正脂肪酸乙酯碱性水解反应的催化动力学行为研究

在20℃条件下，运用电导测定方法及非线性动力学模型进行数据处理，得到了在不同浓度十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)胶束水溶液中正脂肪酸乙酯(甲酸乙酯，乙酸乙酯，丙酸乙酯，丁酸乙酯及正戊酸乙酯)碱性水解反应的速率常数．依据离子交换模型(PIE)理论讨论了在第一和第二临界胶束浓度(CMC)时，CTAB对正脂肪酸乙酯碱性水解反应速率的影响及规律性．     

秦始皇陵2,3号坑兵马俑原料来源和研制工程的初步分析

为探究秦始皇陵兵马俑的原料来源和烧制技术,选取63个秦始皇陵2,3号坑的兵马俑样品和20个秦陵附近的黏土样品,2个耀州瓷胎样品,进行中子活化分析(NAA),测定每个样品中32种微量元素的质量分数.将这批NAA数据进行模糊聚类分析,得到动态模糊聚类分析图.结果表明,2号坑和3号坑兵马俑原料来源不完全相同,但多数兵马俑样品与秦陵附近的垆土样品关系密切,其原料来源可能在秦陵附近,由此推断烧制2,3号坑兵马俑的窑址也可能在秦陵附近.还初步分析了2,3号坑兵马俑研制工程的历史背景和秦陵封土,2号坑夯土、回填土与附近黏土的关系.     

Effect of heat treatment on magnetostriction and order-disorder transition of Fe83Ga17

Effect of heat treatment on magnetostrictive properties and order-disorder transition of 〈110〉-oriented polycrystal Fe83Ga17 alloys is investigated. It is found that magnetostriction and order degree of Fe83Ga17 alloys are very sensitive to cooling rate. Variation of magnetostriction is discussed in terms of order-disorder transition. Under compressive stress of 20 Mpa, saturation strain λs of partially ordered Fe83Ga17 alloys quenched into water reaches 298×10-6.

Seasonal Variation and Land-Use/Land-Cover Type Impacts on the Correlation of Urban Heat Island Intensity and Difference Vegetation Index with Satellite Data in Xi’an,China

Green coverage has pronounced influences on urban heat island (UHI) effect, while the impacts of seasonal variation and Land-Use/Land-Cover (LULC) types on this effect has not been implemented. This paper investigated the spatio-seasonal characteristics of urban thermal environment and the vegetation-soil mixed area, and then explored the effects of vegetation status on UHI intensity from the perspectives of seasons and regions in Xi’an using four Landsat 8 images. UHI intensity index was implemented to extract UHI intensity based on thermal infrared imagery, and difference vegetation index (DVI) was used to represent vegetation-soil mixed area. Results indicated that DVI has impacts on UHI intensity, and their relations vary with season and region. In the whole Xi’an, if UHI intensity is smaller than -0.1, DVI increases with the increase of UHI intensity; whereas for UHI intensity is greater than -0.1, DVI decreases with increases of the UHI intensity from early spring to autumn. The highest correlation level was discovered in the autumn map (R²=0.713). Results of correlation analysis further displayed that DVI positively correlated with UHI intensity at impervious surface, and that the main urban area possessed the best correlation with R²=0.564 5.

Nanoengineering of amino - functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres as nanoreactors

Selective functionalization of mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) is crucial for nanoengineering of MSNs. Herein, we have combined “surface-protected etching strategy” and “cationic surfactant assisted etching strategy” to prepare functionalized MSNs with externally attached amino groups. The externally attached NH2 groups endow the catalysts with excellent catalytic performance for nitroaldol reaction between nitromethane and benzaldehyde. In addition, those NH2-MSNs can also be used to support gold nanoparticles, which display very good catalytic performance for reduction of 4-nitrophenol. It can be envisioned that the synthesis protocol developed in this work could also be extended to nanoengineered MSNs, which provides opportunities for nanoreactors design.     

荞麦立枯丝核菌发酵液对苦荞萌发和生长的影响

采用胚根生长抑制法测定了荞麦立枯丝核菌发酵液对苦荞种子萌发和生长的影响.结果表明:立枯丝核菌Rs-1发酵液对苦荞种子萌发和生长具有明显的抑制作用,其抑制效果与发酵液类型、处理浓度和添加时间紧密相关;苦荞种子经马铃薯葡萄糖培养基(PD)发酵液、查氏(CD)发酵液和以蛋白胨为氮源的查氏发酵液处理后,其根长受到明显的抑制,仅为1.02、0.44和0.07 cm,与空白对照相比较,其抑制率分别为81.1%、92.9%和98.8%;当PD发酵液/灭菌发酵液处理浓度为100%时,对根长的抑制率可达92.3%和92.7%;PD发酵液/灭菌发酵液在第0 d处理苦荞种子时,对根长抑制效果最为显著,抑制率达到96.7%和96.0%;80℃下处理20 min后的PD发酵液,对苦荞根的生长仍有显著抑制效果,其抑制率可达98.8%.本研究结果为荞麦立枯丝核菌致病机制的深入研究提供了依据.
