Au nanochannels technique and its application in immunoassay

Au nanotubules (channels) can be electrolessly plated within the pores of polycarbonate microporous filtration membranes. When an electric field was applied on the cell consisting of the membrane and Pt electrodes, the response current decreased due to a baffle effect from big molecules when the electrolyte ion and big molecules passed through the channels modified with chemical groups. Based on this principle, a nanotubules-based sensing technique has been developed. This method can be applied to the determination of human IgG with a detection limit of 0.34 ng/mL.     

An AFM investigation of the mesostructure of Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbon

The mesostructure at the cross section of the Fe-based nanocrystalline (Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9) ribbon was observed with atomic force microscopy (AFM). An apparent mesostruetural difference was found between the sticking roller face area (SRFA) and the free face area (FFA) of the ribbon crystallized after annealing. In SRFA there is a preponderance of rough grain gathering in longitudinal arrangement, while in FFA a fine grain gathering arranged transversely dominates. This phenomenon could be due to the different residual stress remained in the different areas of the amorphous ribbon resulting from the single-roller quenching technique.

MIMO—ZP—OFDM系统中的子空间信道估计

盲信道估计正因为其节约带宽和发射功率成为正交频分复用（OFDM）无线通信系统中的热点。Yonghong Zeng和Tung SangNg提出了一种应用于多输入多输出（MIMO）填零（zero—padding，ZP）OFDM系统非时变上行信道的子空间估计算法。算法的前提是接收端天线的数目必须不少于发送端用户数目。在算法估计过程中不需确切得知信道的阶数信息，但估计结果和真实的信道矩阵之间会相差一个常数矩阵。而这个常数矩阵可以通过在传输的第一个OFDM符号之前插入一个导频求得。本文通过试验结果验证了此算法的正确性并提出其算法存在的缺陷。     

非专业法语教学中MCALL现状分析及教学初探

多媒体计算机辅助语言学习(M CALL)在我国高校英语专业教学中已被广泛使用,但在包括法语在内的非专业外语教学和学习中却鲜为应用。通过调查,分析其中的缘由以及存在的问题,笔者探索性地尝试了一些M CALL在非专业法语教学中的应用,取得了较好的效果。

根据具有爬升约束机组组合可行的充分必要条件,在Lagrangian松弛方法的框架下,给出了一种获得具有爬升约束的机组组合问题可行解的重新寻经的新的系统方法.当利用充分必要条件判断对偶机组组合不可行时,则利用对偶解的信息重新选择非爬升约束机组的动态规划的路径,即调整它们的启停序列,使之满足充分必要条件,最后以此解决经济分配问题.该方法可使爬升约束机组重新参与经济分配,因而扩大了获得可行解的范围,改善了可行解的经济性.对2个分别具有5台和10台机组的电力系统的测试结果表明,所提方法是有效的,利用它可扩大获得可行解的范围,改善可行解的经济性.
