市场经济发展的社会大环境客观上迫使图书馆进入社会的“经济圈”，面对新形势的挑战，图书馆服务必须尽快实现由传统型服务向现代化服务的转变，强化市场服务机制，努力挖掘并满足社会需求，以促进图书馆事业的发展。     

南京市女子体操后备人才资源的现状研究

为了解南京市女子体操后备人才资源的现状,进一步提高南京市女子体操的水平,运用文献资料、访问调查和问卷调查等研究方法,结合第十六届省运会体操比赛,对南京市女子体操后备人才的数量、质量等方面进行研究。结果表明:南京市女子体操团体和全能优势明显,各单项水平均衡;招生困难与人才流失造成了后备人才数量紧缺。     

对高校思想政治教育工作的思考

复杂的社会环境,膨胀的学生人数,就业的巨大压力,网络中的迷失等等,给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。如何加强和改进高校思想政治工作,本文从提高"两课"教学质量,引导学生参与社会实践,良好校园文化氛围的创设,加强网络资源的建设和管理,构筑学校、社会和家庭多途径、多层次的教育网络等方面进行了阐述,旨在探索高校思想政治教育的新途径,革新教育方法,增强教育效果。     

Potassium conductances in hippocampal neurons blocked by excitatory amino-acid transmitters

Excitatory amino acids mediate fast synaptic transmission in the central nervous system through the activation of at least three distinct ionotropic receptors: N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA), the alpha-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-isoxasole-4-propionate (AMPA)/quisqualate (QUIS) and the kainate subtypes (for reviews, see refs 1, 2). They also activate the additional QUIS 'metabotropic' receptor (sensitive to trans-1-amino-cyclopentyl-1,3-dicarboxylate, ACPD) linked to inositol phospholipid metabolism. We have used hippocampal slice cultures to study the electrophysiological consequences of the metabotropic response. We find that activation of an ACPD-sensitive QUIS receptor produces a 'slow' excitation of CA3 pyramidal cells, resulting from depression of a Ca2(+)-dependent K+ current and a voltage-gated K+ current. Combined voltage-clamp and microfluorometric recordings show that, although these receptors can trigger an increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration, suppression of K+ currents is independent of changes in intracellular Ca2+. These effects closely resemble those induced by activating muscarinic acetylcholine receptors in the same neurons and suggest that excitatory amino acids not only act as fast ionotropic transmitters but also as slow neuromodulatory transmitters.

根据铁道部１９９４年颁布的《微机联锁系统暂行技术条件》，在阐述可靠性、安全性、故障－安全等概念及其之间关系的基础上，提出了一种计算机联锁控制系统安全性保障体系的描述模型．从这一模型可以清楚地了解到计算机联锁控制系统安全性保障体系的内涵．该模型的提出对计算机联锁控制系统安全性保障的实现奠定了理论基础．

Transformation of mononuclear phagocytes in vivo and malignant histiocytosis caused by a novel murine spleen focus-forming virus

The study of retrovirus-induced leukaemias in mice is a powerful tool for the elucidation of the normal regulation of the haematopoietic system. The acute murine spleen focus-forming viruses (SFFV) can be classified according to the haematopoietic lineage on which they exert their effects in the adult mouse. Here we report a new SFFV isolate, the AF-1 virus, with the novel ability to transform cells of the mononuclear phagocyte lineage. The virus was isolated from sarcomas that were induced on passage of a cloned Friend helper virus (F-MuLV, 643/22F) in newborn BALB/c mice. We have cloned the transforming defective subunit of the AF-1 viral complex in NRK cells and isolated several subclones. Analysis of the proviral genome in two non-producer cell clones reveals that AF-1 virus contains Harvey v-ras-specific sequences (Fig. 1). Thus, AF-1 virus is closely related to Harvey murine sarcoma virus (Ha-MSV), and is, at present, the only tool by which permanent cell lines can be obtained from mononuclear phagocytes in the mouse.
