红豆杉植物愈伤组织的培养及其紫杉醇形成的初探

不同品种的红豆杉外植体及同一品种的不同外植体，其愈伤组织的发生率、发生速度、发生状况有所不同，激素种类及浓度对愈伤组织的诱导及生长有较大影响，适量的水解酪蛋白和抗坏血酸能促进愈伤组织生长，继代培养以２５～３０天为一代较好，接种量以０．７５～１．２５ｍ／５０ｍｌ培养基为宜，薄层层析结果表明，云南红豆杉细胞培养物中存在着紫杉醇（Ｔａｘｏｌ）。     

黑鲷化学感觉发育和摄食关系

研究了黑鲷（Ｓｐａｒｕｓｍａｃｒｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓ）仔、稚、幼鱼嗅觉和味觉器官的基本结构及嗅觉、味觉与摄食的关系，初孵仔鱼的嗅囊很小、很浅，细胞没有分化。５ｄ的嗅囊细胞开始分化，２４ｄ嗅囊分化完毕，嗅觉开始功能化，参与摄食反应。初孵仔鱼味蕾没分化，５ｄ的仔鱼味蕾分化形成，参与摄食反应。随发育的进行，先后从口咽腔、头部、躯干、尾部、鳍等处依次出现味蕾。嗅觉和味觉是鱼类的化学感觉，嗅觉可以对远、近距离的食物发生反应，而味觉只能对接触的或几乎接触的食物发生反应。化学感觉对摄食的作用是对黑暗条件下视觉摄食的补充。     

河北涞源墨铜矿透射电镜研究

墨铜矿的结构属三方面晶系，为典型的异类矿物结构基元层间层矿物。结构以硫化物层（Ｃｕ，Ｆｅ）Ｓ和似水镁石层（Ｍｇ，Ｆｅ）（ＯＨ）２呈规则交互而构成。

提出了生成“铅树”反应成功的关键是硅酸凝胶的坚固性,找到了较好的硅酸凝胶的制备条件,使该氧化还原平衡移动的反应成功率提高了９０ ％ 以上．     

用乳状液膜法提取浓缩L-苯丙氨酸

以膜相中D2EHPA[磷酸二（2-乙基已基）酯]为载体,煤油为有机溶剂,N-205为表面活性剂,内相中以1．5mol／,的盐酸为试剂,高速剪切制乳;在喷射提取往内,用1L,乳状液对6L左右的初始浓度为21g／L左右的外相L-Phe（基丙氨酸）水溶液进行了3次提取,第1次提取后,内相平均浓度达120g／L左右,外相最后平均浓度为0．95g／L左右;每次提取后,液膜破裂率均小于1％,溶胀询小于22％．     

Effect of actinomycin D on Trypanosoma cruzi

Viable metacyclic forms of T. cruzi, Y strain, treated with an adequate dose of actinomycin D (50 micrograms Act-D/ml/10(7) parasites/ml for 72 h at 28 degrees C) showed the following properties: 1) they lost their ability to replicate in culture medium, in blood and in tissues of normal mice and were no longer able to incorporate tritiated thymidine; 2) they could not penetrate into Vero cells and could not replicate inside normal macrophages; 3) they retained their immunogenicity and the ability to protect mice against a virulent infection; 4) they did not induce histological lesions as described in chronic experimental Chagas' disease.

Long-range colour-generating interactions across the retina

The existence of colour-generating interactions across the corpus callosum has recently been suggested from observations with a 'split-brain' patient, thus indicating long-range colour computations at the cortical level. Observations on induced colours described here suggest long-range colour computations at the retinal level. If a white surface surrounded by a particular colour is fixated for some time, the resulting after-image has two colours: the surround appears in complementary colour, whereas the white centre takes on the colour of the surround. The question of whether such colour induction is located in the retina or more centrally was tested in a brain-injured patient with hemianopia. It could be demonstrated that areas of the visual field that are no longer represented in the geniculo-striatal pathway still contribute to colour induction, suggesting that colour induction is a retinal phenomenon.
