分析出现“豆腐渣”工程事故的严重性,提出要解决“豆腐渣”工程问题,须从体制入手。     

蔗头象虫──细平象甲的研究初报

细平象（Ｔｒｏｃｈｏｒｈｏｐｄａｌｕｓｈｕｍｅｒａｌｉｓｃｈｅｖｒｏｌａｔ）是云南蔗区近十年来发展起来的一种新的地下害虫,以幼虫和成虫在甘蔗地下蔗头内蛀食,损失严重,一年发生一代。研究了该虫的生活习性及发生环境,发现成虫在蔗头内越冬,并提出了相应的防治措施。     

结构频率响应灵敏度计算及响应修改研究

提出了一种通过修改结构的设计参数从而修改结构频率响应幅值的方法,推导出了结构频率响应对设计参数的灵敏度计算公式。通过优化方法求解满足频率响应要求的设计参数的变化量,并采用模态缩减法减少结构重分析的计算量。算例表明,本方法具有较好的精度。     

梯度投影法在测量平差中的应用

本文以梯度投影法迭代直接求解出观测值的改正数,并在最后给出一个简单算例,以资验证。     

双核锰配合物的合成,表征和性质

Web Voice Browser Based on an ISLPC Text.to.Speech Algorithm

A kind of Web voice browser based on improved synchronous linear predictive coding （ISLPC） and Text-toSpeech （TTS） algorithm and Internet application was proposed. The paper analyzes the features of TTS system with ISLPC speech synthesis and discusses the design and implementation of ISLPC TTS-based Web voice browser. The browser integrates Web technology, Chinese information processing, artificial intelligence and the key technology of Chinese ISLPC speech synthesis. It＇s a visual and audible web browser that can improve information precision for network users. The evaluation results show that ISLPC-based TTS model has a better performance than other browsers in voice quality and capability of identifying Chinese characters.     

Induction of human β-defensin-2 in airway epithelial cells by Streptococcus pneumoniae： involvement of IP3-dependent intracellular calcium release and NF-κB

Human β-definsin-2 （hBD-2） is mainly induced by bacterial factors and pro-inflammation mediators in epithelial cells. As the major cause of community-acquired pneumonia, whether Streptococcus pneumoniae （S. pneu-moniae） stimulation induces hBD-2 expression in airway epithelial cells is elusive. In this study, we found that S. pneumoniae stimulation induced hBD-2 expression in a time-and concentration-dependent manner in primary human airway epithelial cells. To further reveal the mechanism of S. pneumoniae inducing hBD-2, we found that S. pneumoniae stimulation activated NF-κB signaling pathway. Specific NF-κB inhibitor, PDTC, could reverse the induction of hBD-2 by S. pneumoniae. We also found that cellular inner Ca^2＋ signaling is involved in the S. pneumoniae-induced hBD-2. Taken together, our find-ings indicated that S. pneumoniae can stimulate the expression of hBD-2 in airway epithelial cells and NF-κB and inositol triphosphate-dependent intracellular calcium release is involved in this induction.     

轴向分段原料气冷激式氨合成塔的稳态模拟

本文以中、小型合成氨厂内部套管换热式合成塔内件技术改造为背景,试把内件改为轴 向四段原料气冷激式．用ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ计算机进行模拟计算研究．结果表明．利用现有生产厂合成塔耐 高压的外筒,改造其低压内件为冷激式的触媒筐,可以省去触媒层中的换热管和下部换热器,从 而增加触媒的有效装填空间,提高触媒装填率,对各种规模合成塔单塔生产能力都能获得较大幅 度的提高（可达１２０～１６０％）．文中所采用的数学模型、参数和计算程序,经用引进的３０万吨／年 的装置验证,各主要工艺参数的误差小于７％,吻合较好．
